The girl who answered the phone began telling me that I can't return the chain and when I explained I was told I had seven days to return it she would cut me off and tell me that's wrong. She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to. I am allergic to anything but gold and before they repaired it i made sure to ask if they were replacing it with another gold one. They said yes and charged me for a gold clasp. I started noticing my neck breaking out and turning black, took off my necklace and the clasp is completely black! They lied to me about the metal, they charged me for gold and everything so far has been unable to use. I definitely don't trust them anymore!

"Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow?
