I am allergic to anything but gold and before they repaired it i made sure to ask if they were replacing it with another gold one. They said yes and charged me for a gold clasp. I started noticing my neck breaking out and turning black, took off my necklace and the clasp is completely black! They lied to me about the metal, they charged me for gold and everything so far has been unable to use. I definitely don't trust them anymore!

I forgot a payment was due on Feb 28th, and they were calling me on March 2nd, telling me that by March 4th. They will have to notify the credit companies that the payment will be late and staining my credit record. Most credit card companies and banks give you 30 days before they hit you with a late payment on your record. I made the payment because it was not a big deal, but this was the first time I was told I would be hit with a late on my credit record by only being 4 days late.
