I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for design and price options before deciding on buying. I also made it very clear that I was only looking for ideas and I'd need to bring my engagement ring in to see what would match with it. And if I decided to buy, I would come back at a later time. He was desperate for me to buy any ring, even if I didn't like it. He kept pushing me very aggressively and rudely. His responses to me throughout the visit.... "Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow? Monday? Tuesday?".... and more. It was an awful experience. I spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and not forced to buy something I didn't want. Very shady business practices.

While paying for the chain I was told that I can return the chain for any reason within 7 days if I had the receipt. The chain I bought ended up being too short so I called the next day to not only see about returning the chain, but to also see if they can order one for me in a longer size. The girl who answered the phone began telling me that I can't return the chain and when I explained I was told I had seven days to return it she would cut me off and tell me that's wrong. She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to.
