The service department came back with $1400 repair plus stating I needed every fluid in the car changed even though it was done less than a year ago?? I went to my local mechanic 3 miles from home and they did the repairs for less than $300.00 out the door. I was quoted $23,250 before taxes and fees in writing for a vehicle that was also advertised at $24,403. However, the contract I signed reflects a pre-tax price of over $36,000 -- a difference of more than $12,000. There is no reasonable explanation for this gap. It is not believable that a buyer would knowingly agree to pay over $12,000 more than both a written quote and the advertised price without clear disclosure. This dealership typically has an outstanding service department, who put a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction first. Usually. My previous visit was less than stellar and comparison to all of the others. Typically I have no issue requesting a shuttle to take me somewhere while I wait on my car to be serviced or at the least, Brandon Honda will pay for a Lyft for me. My visit a few days had me asking for the status of the shuttle every 15 minutes and after an hour, still nothing. My car ended up being done by the time the shuttle came around which I was happy that it was done quickly, but still upset that I had missed out of my morning plans of breakfast around the area. With that being said, this dealership still offers a great price for an oil change, multi inspection, and complementary car wash. If you have one of the frequent coupons they mail or email. My only complaint would be the shop fees and additional hidden costs that are not included in the coupon price as I feel them to be a little bit higher than they should be but in the end, it's still one of the cheapest oil changes you can get and backed by Honda. A video of your car being serviced is texted you and also outlines any issues you may have. The techs and service advisors treat you with respect and do not try to oversell you with services you may not need, which is very rare for a dealership to do. I very much appreciate not being antagonized and haggled with especially first thing in the morning. Overall, while I'm still not too thrilled with my previous visit, this is one of the best dealerships to have your car serviced with given the great customer service, awesome free coffee selection and overall quality of the experience, so long as the shuttles are on time. I bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra from Brandon Honda in 2023 primarily because of their lifetime warranty, which seemed like a fantastic benefit. However, it has now come to my attention that they do not honor the warranty, and the entire experience has been nothing short of misleading. On their website, it clearly says no additional cost, which gave me the impression that the warranty was included with my purchase. But to my surprise, they charged me for the warranty, and what's worse, they claim it lasts for the duration of your car's lifetime -- which is simply false. The warranty maxes out at $9,000, and after you pay all your $250 deductibles, it's nowhere near the "lifetime" coverage they promised. The website also says the warranty will enhance the resale value of the car, but the fine print of the contract reveals the warranty is non-transferable. So, not only does it not last as long as promised, it won't even help you if you try to sell the car. It's also worth mentioning that when I tried to have them honor the warranty, they told me the warranty is actually through a third-party provider and that Brandon Honda has no responsibility for it. This wasn't disclosed anywhere on their website, and it feels like they've misled customers into thinking they were getting a direct warranty from the dealership itself. All of this is a violation of Florida's Truth in Advertising Law, § 817.41, which prohibits deceptive practices in advertising. It's incredibly frustrating to be sold on a car under the impression that the warranty is a significant benefit, only to find out it's essentially useless. Thankfully, I am an attorney and can easily take them to small claims court. However, I believe a class action lawsuit against Brandon Honda/Morgan Auto Group would be the best course of action to address these deceptive practices. When I questioned the large price increase, I was shown handwritten explanations that these products could be fully cancelled and that my final amount would return to the original price. Believing that, I proceeded--something I now regret. The next day, when I returned to complete the cancellations as discussed, things changed dramatically. I first spoke with the general sales manager. I leased a brand new Honda Pilot Elite, end of May 2025 from NJ where I live. I am currently in Fla for the winter. My husband brought my car to Brandon Honda for an oil change, the day before my husband brought it there, a code was showing up. They told my husband that it was a rear differential code and that it was not covered. They charged my husband 170.00 dollars. The car is 10 months old and has 8,500 miles on it. This should have not been an issue. And if it was, it should be covered as I have bumper to bumper coverage on a brand new lease. This all took place on March 28th. Within the first week, I had to return the car twice due to a strong gas smell and an ant infestation. While the dealership resolved the ant issue, the gas odor persisted. I was told a fuel pump was replaced the same day, but that turned out to be false--my service advisor later confirmed no work was actually done. We are an elderly couple who feel these people took advantage of us. We bought a used car they advertised for $14000. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were there hours and hours and were exhausted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have Parkinson's Disease and my wife was beginning to be concerned that this was taking SO LONG.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Long story short we put $10000 down and somehow still ended up financing $17000. never ever get a extended warranty from them. my was car is totaled and they drag there feet to get you a refund. The warranty company is owned by dealer so you get the run around from finance And warranty company. The process should not take 3 months to get a refund. Worst ever run around on not getting you your money back. read more

My wife bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson there in 2022 and we were repeatedly told that our purchase included the package which was presented to us as being a warranty for the life of our vehicle that would be honored nationwide. we never received any literature on the package although we have asked for it several times. I have on file copies of your advertising that says all used car purchases include the package. Came into the service department on Christmas Eve, had an appointment booked for a safety Recall to have inspected as well as a routine oil change. You would think there would be at least a little holiday cheer in the air but my service advisor Jason B. had the worst demeanor possible. Instantly started questioning everything I said about my appointment being booked and that an Oil change wasn't covered under Honda Pass unless it was 15% or lower, when the dealer originally stated 30%. (The car was at 20%) I recently bought the vehicle in March, and i'm glad I didn't purchase from this dealership and will not be bringing my new vehicle back here for service in the future. read more

In the end we did not buy a car here but it had nothing to do with them. There was an insurance issue on our end. We were here because my oldest child's partner needs a new car and I've been shuttling them around to look at some. I'm also there to help go over the vehicles to try and find any problems they may have. Having spent over 40 years in the automotive field I've learned one or two things about cars. They had looked at a vehicle online and checked to make sure it was available before we drove down. We got there and found that they had already been assigned a salesperson which made things easier. We did have one issue and somebody else was checking the car out when we got there but they ended up not buying it. We were pretty happy with the vehicle we viewed. It had 104,000 mi on it and was in very good shape with only a few nicks and dings. The vehicle was brand new on their lot and hadn't been through all the cleaning process and everything yet but that was fine. We took it for a test drive and it performed admirably. Some of the vehicles we've looked at other places have had problems with brakes and such but this one was just like it should be. There were a lot of other vehicles there worth viewing but this one was in the price range we wanted and everything was right for us. If we could have worked the insurance out we definitely would have left with the vehicle. They went above and beyond with trying to assist us with it but in the end we just couldn't make it happen. They got the payments and everything right in line with where we wanted them. Once we get things worked out we may come back here and look at some other vehicles. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]My sister has been trying to report a complaint about someone named Ryan who works at the Brandon Honda on Adamo due to he was very disrespectful to her over the phone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We have been trying to get in contact with someone who is at the top of the corporate chain of the company because she has emailed people and no one has responded to her except for the manager Justin who told her that he can give her a $50 WaWa gift card and that was like a slap to her face and an insult to her after purchasing a brand new 2026 vehicle from you all anyway.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Is there an email or direct phone of someone who can help with this matter asap.
