This Tire Kingdom has a full service garage and a decent waiting room with a tv. Plenty of parking right in front of the business or in the extended parking lot. I was greeted by staff upon entry and got right to business. He spent about ten minutes with me making a visual inspection of my truck tire then scouring the database to locate a similar tire. He provided me with several choices from low to high cost and gave an explanation of the variations. Very competitive pricing for tires verses other big name tire companies. I understand these Tire Kingdoms are corporate owned, but the staff treated me as if I was a customer in a mom & pop owned business and I was impressed. Terrible location!!!!!!!!! Be aware store is run by crooks. Left the car for 7 hrs no call to tell me they can't remove the lug nut. They claim they don't have the proper tools to remove a standard lug nut and I will have to tow my vehicle to the dealership. Told me I can go to discount auto and buy it myself said they have no way to help me and advised me to call corporate and leave a bad review. I made an appointment on the phone they said they have no record of it. Quoted me tires at one price just to jack up the price once I got to the location. This is a pure scam. 8 hrs later. And my cars exactly how I left it. I'm going to call corporate and leave the same complaint. For a mavis tire location I just can't understand this level of lack of care. I brought my Audi Q7 here to have 2 tires replaced, balance and rotated. I also had my oil changed. I left there and when I got home, I realized they didn't return my lug nut key so I had to go back to pick it up. The next day my check oil light came on and I saw there was a huge oil stain on my driveway under my car. I had to purchase more oil to refill my tank and then I noticed that they didn't replace one my Audi rim caps. After calling MULTIPLE times and having them lie about ordering me a replacement, I finally gave up and will be purchasing a replacement for myself. I went back to have them fix the issue with my leaking oil but I will not be returning for any future services. We all noticed a rhythmic hammering sound coming from the garage. I started to tap my foot, another customer began tapping a sub beat with a pencil. The manager noticed and began whistling. One of the mechanics popped in from the garage, stirred his foot across the floor, began snapping his fingers and belting out a bit of do-wap improvising. On November 1st I took my car to tire kingdom after I noticed a streak of oil under my car, I spoke to Ali at the front desk and explained to him where I saw the oil, he told me the mechanic would check it out and let me know what he found, now I'm not a mechanic so I'm depending on their expertise. After an hr I went back to the shop to find my car on and running, not sure how long it had been running but I brought it to one of the guys who work there attention. I showed him exactly where the leak was between the transmission and the engine, while speaking with him Ali called me and said the mechanic said it's the head gasket seal, I ask him if he's sure and would that fix the problem they said yes. I left the car there over the weekend because I went out of town and picked it up on Sunday, I ask for a full detail on what was done. I paid the cost and left. A few days later I called the shop back and spoke with Jerome, he was very rude and spoke to me as if I was slow, giving me a waste of time run down about how gravity works. I then took my car to another shop for a second opinion and with one look the mechanic said the leak is coming from the rear main seal. I called corporate and to put me in touch with Tom the regional manager, I spoke with him for a few minutes and he said he will get back to me. 30mins later Jon the manager of that branch call and said to bring the car in so he could look at it, about an hour later he called back and tried to give me the runaround about the head gaskets, I explained to him I showed the young man who works there exactly where the leak was which is the rear main seal, he said to me "we din't fix that here" so immediately I called Tom the regional manager back and explained the situation, again he said he would get back to me, that was on November 13th 2024, I've been calling corporate and had no success.. Jon and his team is very dishonest, I paid $507.75 and my car is still leaking Tom refuse to call me back to get this issue resolved I even put my name as an urgent call back and no one has called me back, very unfortunate and disappointing.. I have been going to tire kingdoms for my tires for a long time. This is my first time at this tire kingdom since moving from palm beach. I was very very disappointed. Went in for replacing two tires with an 8 am appointment, the first of the day. I walk in and was confused at first with what Thomas was saying would be done, and instead of explaining he just said "it's okay you don't understand I understand it's okay." That was very frustrating, luckily I was able to get ahold of my mother who understood what he said so went forward with the service. Then about 20 minutes into waiting another customer walks in to get tire replaced and there car got taken before mine and they were out before me. I had an appointment for 8 am and did not leave till 9:30. I will not be going back to this tire kingdom. Did not feel welcome nor felt like Thomas wanted to help me. I asked if they could patch my tire before they closed And to my surprise, with a nice smile the manager said 'Absolutely" I went out to watch the technician pull off one of my tires and to my shock it was almost destroyed Fearing sticker shock, I went into see the price of two new tires. I was so shocked at the low prices I actually got four new tires, great warranties, and total Protection for three years for my tires against damage. I typically come here to get my tires changed or to get an oil change on my company vehicle. For me it's very convenient because I work in plantation next to IKEA and this is a skip away next to it. So I can typically drop off my Jeep in the morning go to work and then during lunchtime come and pick it up. There typically fast with the service and helpful with what you need. This is a tire and vehicle location, therefore I don't expect to be treated like if I'm at a five-star restaurant or hotel. I tell them what I need and I go, my company pays for any and all repairs on my vehicle so I really don't have to worry about pricing or what not, but they do have their prices listed on the board with specifically what they do and how much it cost. For someone who is not too knowledgeable on vehicles I have seen them deal with other customers and they are helpful. It's happened to me couple times where I have dropped off my vehicle and they have forgotten to reset the calibration on my vehicle for oil changes. It's not something that is going to damage my vehicle it'll just tell me when the next oil change is done. Brought it to their attention and they corrected the issue. read more

Awful! I cannot believe that I keep coming to this place. I have been through oil changes that cannot be done because they could read the dip stick, trust me I did not get it either. Apparently I did not have oil in my car so they could not change my oil. How did I get my car there genius? I went to get an oil change somewhere else. Another 3,000 miles means another oil change. I had an oil leak and was told (by a tire kingdom employee) that I should get the synthetic oil because it will seal the oil leaks you may have. Of course I agreed with that because it's coming from someone who knows cars. Nope! Still had the leaks! Great job! I have gone to get an oil change at this Tire Kingdom another time and it was fine. But they broke a stud off one of my tires because they needed to rotate the tires, they never told me until I looked closer when I got home. They repaired it at no charge but that does not make up for them not telling the customer about the broken stud. And they do not pay me back for the inconvenience of having to go back to get it repaired. And this is the most recent time. I took my car in for 2 new tires and an oil change. Everything seemed like it went smoothly. Well then I got home to wash my rims and noticed another stud broke off. I called them and told them about it and the explanation they gave me was the best. "Well sometimes when the lug nut does not come off, we have to break the stud or we cannot change the tire". As he finishes the comment I was ready with "No one called me to tell me that they needed to do that". Another inconvenient trip was in order to get this solved. I then brought my car back to get repaired (free of charge). Dropped it off cause I do not have time to wait for them to finish fixing it. Picked it up, repaired. Went in to get my keys and this guy just drops the keys on the counter. You can't hand it to me? Rude much? To top it off, I did not realize that I had a voicemail from Tire Kingdom employee, before I picked up the car. The voicemail stated that I need rear brakes really bad. Ummmm? No one told me anything when I picked it up just now? Not only that!!! I just got NEW tires a week before! They rotated with the old tires. At that point they should of told me I needed rear brakes! I purchased the new tires to go to Orlando and no one told me I needed to change my brakes! Good job! Thanks for the heads up! Not! I never complain about anything really but this is something that has been building up for a while. This Tire Kingdom needs to work on the communication with the customer. I have been taking my car there for years but I do not learn my lesson. This was the final time I will go to that Tire Kingdom! Awful communication! Very inconvenient for me, and I am sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to. My advise to them: Get the job done right the first time! Took our vehicle to THIS Tire Kingdom to assess the issue. When they apparently knew the problem (which was incorrect) they wanted a diagnostic charge we did NOT authorize. Tried to bully us into paying especially when we decided to get another opinion!!!
