Came in to buy a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and was taken care of by Howard, Pedro, and Johnnie. 10/10 experience, felt like I really got a deal and I'm in love with my new car. They even offered a little more than I expected for my trade-in. They made this process stress-free, quick and were very transparent. Recommend stopping by to at least check out what you're looking for. Ask for Pedro or Howard.

Out-of-State Buyers....BEWARE! The Owner suggests there are numerous reasons why drivers choose Ed Napleton Honda. Raving about his teams of sales advisors, service technicians, and financing experts who are trained with "one" focus in mind...."to address needs of the customer with the utmost respect, care, and attention to detail." Well, that was NOT my experience! It all started with my finding a car at Ed Napleton, which was in a whole other State; requiring 5+ hours of travel on my part. *But, when you find the "1" sometimes you have to do what you have to do. 1st Issue: I had to travel by Plane, Train, or Automobile to get to IL., I had to make travel arrangements. Problem is, I was flying to FL, the next day, after working a deal, so i offered to leave a substantial deposit on the car to 1) show my serious intent to purchase the car and 2) to lock down the deal so it wouldn't be sold before I got there. I should also mention that Labor Day was approaching so that wound up extending my proposed arrival & pick up date to 7-days (after discussing my intent to come and purchase the vehicle...but remember, I was willing to leave a substantial deposit). 2nd Issue: The dealership agreed to accept my deposit until they determined that 7-days was going to be too long for me to arrive. But "later said," if I could've shown travel arrangements that would've been okay. They said this "after," the deal was off the table. I definitely could've provided that! Anyway, I was told that they could send a notary to my FL location for $399; bringing me paperwork to sign & purchase a vehicle sight-unseen (never test-driven, touched, or seen with my own eyes). *Where they do that at....Who buys a car w/o seeing it? Remember I started this story by saying that I found the "1," NOT saying that I was desperate. On-line car shopping offers PLENTY of vehicles out there with the same mileage, trim, & upgrades. Sometimes you just have to be willing to travel, be patient & move quick when you find the "1," but also not be an emotional buyer...b/c it has to make sense. Fast Fwd: My FL flight got canceled, so I called on Sun. to see, "if the car was still available, If so, i could be there in the a.m by Amtrak to purchase the car, drive back home, & resume my trip back to FL on Tues. b/c of my flight cancellation. So, I did just that. They sent a Lyft to pick me up. I arrived at the dealership @ 10am and left at 7-8pm (but, I'll get to that in a minute). I did all the things you're supposed to do as a consumer buying a car: test drive, negotiate, and inspect Fast Fwd: I made the deal (buying a car with no spare key), signed the paperwork, and hit the highway about 5-6pm. *Superlong buying experience right? 3rd Issue: As soon as I get to the highway the car starts making a noise with high exceleration. Now, I'm concerned because I didn't hear this during my test drive. I call the dealer and am told to come back to have it checked out. I waited for a service appt/for them to put it on the rack....they determined bolts underneath the car were loose and took care of it. * If a car goes through a dealership maintenance inspection, why didn't someone see/catch this? Now, concerned about what else the service dept did/did not do; giving me assurance I'm buying a used car w/no hidden issues . *I'm a out-of-state buyer so, it's not like I can come back/forth. 4th issue: It's almost 8pm (I got up @ 2am for a 4am Amtrak train) & I'm faced with a 5+ hr drive to get home, for a Tues. flight to FL. Final Issue: A oil light WARNING light came on the next day after purchase. Again, I called the dealer to report the issue (to sales & finance), plus, sent text messages w/ photos of the warning . .....but, NEVER HEARD FROM THEM again. The deal hadn't even been sealed for 24hrs before I was faced with a 2nd issue with my "new," car! (-) This is the BITTER! (+) The SWEET, I got the car I wanted & a hookup for a hotel (bc I had to stay overnight)!

My daughter did a lot of research online before finding her first car at Ed Napleton Honda. We booked a test drive, but when we got there another couple was looking at the same car. Sean (in sales) helped us expedite the process and we ended up the lucky new owners of a gorgeous black 2021 Honda Civic with only 26,000 miles. Monica in Finance was a kind, warm, professional who answered all our questions and helped us get the paperwork finalized swiftly even though it was a late night. Great experience.

I had a regular oil change and tire rotation completed at Happy Hyundai. There were absolutely no problems with the service. I laughed and said you have a hundred used cars in the lot, pull one out! I have been using them for years but it is hot or miss. Between service and car issues and crime making me scared to drive my car half the time... It would be a hard sell for me to get my fourth Hyundai. . The prices were jacked up after Covid when I was hot to upgrade. Now, I am thinking about hybrids and Buicks or Lexus. The prices have come down but I am waiting another year. I recommend that women take a guy with them. I recommend that you purchase end of month quarter or year when the salesmen are more willing to strike deals and that you use truecar service and get quote before coming in. I also recommend you have a preapproval in hand so if they high ball you with financing costs you can negotiate costs or go elsewhere. Drive the car you like and a few others. Drive at daytime but if you can do it in the dark as well. Make sure you are shown everything in the car. Do not pay for extra anything... you can scotchguard seats yourself and the alleged clear coat... not sure it's anything more than clear nail polish. Not needed especially if you have a garage and keep your car clean. Dealerships often add extras to the car so they can charge you more... you can ask for that model without it and you can go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, after multiple incidents and inconsistent information from the service department, I no longer trust this dealership with my vehicle. On 03/03/2026, I came in for an oil change and a tire sensor error. When I got back into my car, the tire sensor light was still on -- I hadn't even left the lot. I walked back inside and informed the service advisor, Pedro Zavala, who seemed rushed and frustrated. He had previously told me the issue was fixed when I asked before paying. He then took my keys, drove my vehicle around the dealership several times, and brought it back into the bay. After about 10 minutes he returned and told me the TPA was bad and that he had temporarily gotten the sensor to work by spraying "something" to hold it in place. I had already waited over two hours, so I scheduled a follow‑up appointment. At my 03/18/2026 appointment, the paperwork stated that Fix‑A‑Flat was found on the sensor and that the TPA was replaced for $278.36 -- consistent with what Pedro told me. On 06/25/2026, the tire sensor issue happened again. Despite having a 7:00 AM appointment, I waited two hours before being told that Fix‑A‑Flat was supposedly used again -- which is completely untrue. I have never used Fix‑A‑Flat. I was then told I needed another TPA replacement, this time quoted at $390. When I asked why the same repair suddenly cost more, the Service Director, John Coan, responded with: "Why are groceries higher? Why is gas higher? Parts cost more and labor costs more." This was dismissive, unprofessional, and did not address why I was being charged again for the same unresolved issue. Both John and Pedro later claimed they would "never spray anything themselves" and that no such action was documented -- even though Pedro clearly told me on 03/03/2026 that he used a spray to temporarily fix the sensor. The conflicting statements and lack of documentation are extremely concerning, especially since I only service my vehicle here. A reduced price of $260 was eventually offered, but no real explanation was provided for the repeated failure, the inconsistent Fix‑A‑Flat notes, or the pricing differences. I have recommended family members to this dealership over the years, and they have experienced similar issues. This is my second incident, and after the repeated problems, contradictory information, and the way I was spoken to, I feel insulted and will no longer be returning. Bottom line customers deserve honesty, consistency, and professionalism -- none of which I received here.

If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Quinton. I made an appointment to have routine service performed on my EV. While I was there, I also asked them to check a clicking noise that occurs when I turn my vehicle to the left. This is actually the second time I have brought my vehicle in specifically because of this noise. I work during the week, so Saturdays are the only time that I am available to bring my vehicle in for service. The first time I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday, I was told that they did not hear any noise and that everything was fine with my car. However, the clicking noise continued, so I brought it back again--once again on a Saturday. This time, I was told that they do not have an EV technician available on weekends. That immediately raised a question for me: If there is no EV technician working on Saturdays, then who inspected my vehicle the first Saturday I brought it in and told me that everything was fine? That is extremely concerning to me. I feel like I was given inaccurate information the first time, and now I have wasted my time coming in for a second appointment only to find out that the service I needed could not actually be performed. What is even more frustrating is that when purchasing an EV, I was never clearly informed that EV service is essentially limited to Monday through Friday. Not everyone has the flexibility to take off work during the week. If EV customers can purchase these vehicles seven days a week, there should be reasonable options for getting them serviced as well--or at the very least, customers should be clearly informed of the service limitations. I am very disappointed with this experience. I expect better communication and transparency from a dealership, especially when it comes to servicing a vehicle that I purchased from them. I should not have to make multiple trips and take time out of my schedule only to find out that the appropriate technician isn't available. Webb Chevy needs to do a better job communicating its EV service availability to customers.
