    "Zeus"

Buying a car for most people (including me) can be a stressful experience. It's hard to wade through all of the different models and options and prices. After a ton of research, I made a decision to purchase an electric vehicle, but also needed something large enough to carry any combination of four grandchildren and/or two dogs and family and friends. After doing my homework, I am so happy that I chose to purchase an EV9 from Napleton Kia in Elmhurst. I decided on the Kia EV9 because of its safety rating, size, and electric design. I went on a quest to locate one close by in Chicago where I live. I went to a Chicago dealership, but they didn't have any in stock and the salesperson was not very knowledgeable about EVs in general. After a long hunt, I found the vehicle and trim I was looking for at Napleton Kia in Elmhurst. I researched the VIN number to learn where it was made (in the US!) and called to set up a time to see it the next morning. My salesperson, Drinor Haziri, was outstanding. He took me for a test drive and immediately showed he was not only very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle, but about EV cars in general. He offered a comparison of other options, including the Acura ZDX, also available at their dealership. In the end, it was the size, strong ride and mileage capacity in the EV9 that sold me. Drinor never pressured me, but offered the sales approach that served me best. The next step in the process (which is usually the most painful) was the finance office. My sales manager, Marius, was phenomenal. Again, very knowledgeable, but most important he was very transparent in the process. He had a clear picture of my financial situation and personal considerations and helped me make a sound decision. When I showed him a comparable price at a dealership 100 miles away, he matched it. Financing was quick and painless. I also appreciated how easy it was to reach him, even after the sale. I think Marius may have moved to a different dealership, but even now, when I had a question, I was able to reach a different finance manager at Napleton, Kissy, and she helped me immediately. But the highlight of my experience, the icing on the cake, was working with Martin. He is their 'closer', making sure each new owner is knowledgeable and prepared about the workings of their car before they leave. I have never owned an electric car and he taught me about charging and adaptive driving/breaking and all of the systems in my new EV9. I have returned twice on my own to meet with him to continue learning about various components of the car. Having him part of my purchase process made all the difference in my satisfaction going forward. This man is a hidden gem!! I have owned my EV9 (now named "Zeus") for nearly a year. I absolutely love this car and the way it drives, and have not had a single issue with it. If I do, I feel confident Kia Napleton will make it right. If you are looking for a new car, Kia Napleton should be your first and last stop.

My rating still stand as a negative two stars. Update to my review. These guys are crooked as hell. The telluride we went to go look at is for sale again on the website. Don't go here to buy your car. I will be telling everyone in my town not too

ZERO STAR Napleton Kia of Elmhurst is the kind of dealership that makes people hate car buying. Let's start with the classics: "Someone JUST looked at the car" to create fake urgency Online price in-store price Surprise $3,500 "inspection/certification" fee magically added later A "manager's special 0% financing" that turned out to be Kia's national offer, not anything special at all When I followed up and very clearly asked (in writing) for a simple out-the-door price with all fees included, the response was exactly what you'd expect: deflection, vague apologies, and the ol' "someone will follow up" line. Spoiler alert: no one ever did. What's wild is that after this experience, I found out the Napleton auto group has been hit with a widely reported multi-million-dollar lawsuit related to deceptive sales practices. Suddenly, all the games made a lot more sense. The good news? I bought my car somewhere else, no pressure, no fake urgency, no mystery fees and I couldn't be happier. I drove an hour away to not deal with a dealership that is 5 minutes away WILD The bad news? This place is still out here hoping the next customer doesn't ask too many questions or is easily intimidated into car buying. If you enjoy transparency, honesty, or not being played, avoid Napleton Kia of Elmhurst. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Disrespectful and Disappointing Experience at Napleton Acura Kia I reached out to Napleton Acura Kia about purchasing a used Bronco I saw on Cars.com. I was very clear in my message: I wanted an out-the-door price and was ready to buy the car that evening. I even shared competitive offers I had from two other dealerships and explained I had excellent credit with no trade or cash down--everything they needed to provide a price. The response I got was shocking. The salesperson told me that the sales manager "has to work everyone in the showroom over first" and that if I wanted anything done that night, I'd have to come into the store. They also added, "If we still have the car early next week, someone can reach out." What customer wants to hear that they need to be "worked over"? Buying a car is exhausting enough without being treated like a chess piece. This attitude shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time and priorities, especially for someone ready to finalize a deal. If you're looking for a dealership that values your business, respects your time, and doesn't treat you like you need to be "worked over," I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships out there offering professional and customer-focused service, and this is not one of them.

Offers shuttle service, but they no longer have it

From the first text, Mario was responsive and professional. Speaking directly with the owner and mechanic Mario on the phone, he was incredibly helpful and was able to diagnose multiple root causes of my Acura TL based on my feedback alone. What really impressed me was the pricing. Mario quoted me almost 50% below what I was quoted at two separate dealerships and a local service station. When scheduling came up, he fit me in that same week. On service day, he texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. Beyond the actual work, which he executed with all the proper tools, Mario walked me through everything that was done, provided an itemized receipt with warranty information, and asked me to follow up with him. This transparency and attention to detail made me feel confident in the service, unlike the disconnect you sometimes feel after visiting a dealership. I highly recommend Mario, not only for the convenience of mobile service, but for his professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Five stars. On a side note, I really think this might be the business model of the future for auto maintinence and repair. I have my groceries, packages, uber's, etc come to my house. Why not have my mechanic services as well. Someone will make a billion dollars from this amazing business model with the right App and Marketing team.

I know what you're thinking. A gas station review? Is she nuts?…read more Normally, I don't care. A gas station is a gas station and price is the main thing to worry about. But I stop at this one a lot, since it's close to home. It's usually cheaper than the Mobil across the street, and easier to get in and out of. AND, they have free air, which is practically unheard of in this day and age. I love the free air, they've saved me, well...dollars, at least, keeping my tires properly inflated. Probably more if you consider the gas mileage savings :) While the convenience store is really quite tiny, with not much more than cigarettes, candy bars and soda for sale, they do have a full-service repair shop attached as well. Which is good to know in case of emergency. And here's the real reason I wrote this review: This morning, I stopped before work, in the copious amounts of snow, to put some air in my tires. I set the little valve stem cap on the trunk, foolishly ignoring the fact that it was rather windy. And when I was done, I realized my little cap had disappeared. No sign of it around the car. I sighed. I considered stopping at the Napa down the street. Then I thought I would at least pop into the store just in case they had some for sale. I asked the guy (who'd been helping to shovel) if they sold any. He asked me what color it was, disappeared into the auto shop for a second, and came back with one in hand, no charge, no hassle. I know it's just a little valve stem cap that probably only cost 2c, but it struck me as a kind gesture and the kind of service that keeps people faithful to a station or shop.
