First off Ed is very accessible through phone and text, which is so convenient. I called 2 or 3 times and he answered quickly all 3 times. He was very accommodating and friendly so immediately I felt at ease, especially when I saw he was working on a really high end expensive mountain bike (as I too was leaving my new eMTB). He diagnosed the issue, my dropper post cable housing had broken and my barrel adjuster wouldn't budge (I over tightened it and it got stuck). He gave me a few options to pay less if I gave him more time or pay more to have an express service and get the bike back tomorrow. I chose the express service as I REALLY wanted the bike back tomorrow so I could go riding. Then he called me about 2 hours later and he had repaired the dropper post ahead of schedule! He over estimated the price and then dropped the price by about 20% AND he delivered the bike back to me the same day!! I mean talk about a miracle worker. I wasn't expecting that at all. Such a nice guy and he's got a customer for life with me 100%. If you need repair work done I would trust this business. Ed used to work as a bike mechanic at another very well known brand and has over 20 years of experience and it shows. Ed is such an efficient guy who really knows his bikes. I texted him and within 10 min he was able to give me a price quote on the issue I described. I agreed and he said I could bring the bike in within an hour. I therefore brought it in and after discussing the disc brake adjustments that were required, I left and he went to work. A little over an hour later, Ed let me know that the work was all done. I headed back over and paid cash for the work (which is exactly the price he originally estimated).
