I mostly do my own regular repair and have used some aftermarket parts. I can say I know just enough. However, certain issues are not staightforwards. Some cases are due to the combination of little issues such as slightly loose derailleur hanger, not tight enough qr, misplaced cassette spacer, slightly bent hanger and so on. With my limited knowledge, I thought my bike with some minor hassle is not fixable. I found Nathan's cycling service shop by accident and wanted to try out. He is such a calm and knowledgeable person. After he heard some issues I have had, he started overall fixes here and there. What a difference! Similar example I can use is that (although I have not tried myself) people benefit from good bike fit may feel this way. You thought you did the right things but only an expert can take you to the last mile. That's what I have experienced with Nathan's service. This is one of the places where I paid more than he asked because 1. I valued his expertise more than he valued himself and 2. He shared his knowledge which I may not be able to get from just watching YouTube clips. Try yourself and be pleased. read more

Extremely helpful and friendly they fixed my flat in no time! Figured out a custom mount solution for my light on my e Ike as well at a non custom/reasonable price. He tested the bike and fine tuned a few things. Great service all around and just amazingly friendly. I found this place on google as there were not many yelp reviews but went there to get my new bike assembled and tuned last week. Nathan is a super helpful person. He even spent 15 minutes helping me installing my new bike career on my trunk. By the way, the front door is closed all the time and it seems no one is there. The shop actually works with customers through the back door and they are also closed on Sunday and Monday. read more

This place is honest and do not try to up-sell you with wrong diagnosis or unnecessary repairs. He/his shop is a hidden gem!!!! He helped me get my blow out on my tubeless tire/rim assessed, fixed, and out the door in 30 minutes. Even helped me get a replacement tire at an awesome price. Stopped by CCS the day before Xmas to have a catastrophic derailleur failure looked at. The owner, Nathan, tried a couple used ones he had on hand but they didn't work very well. He didn't have a new one for my old 8 speed in stock, so as a last resort he fixed the one I had with a tidy hack. All this took less than half an hour. I was impressed at how well he knows his trade and how fast he got on my problem, intent to solve it one way or another. He wanted to charge me a pittance so I happily offered extra. Five BIG STARS All the Way!! I have a Rad Rover 6 Plus, and suddenly the pedal assist stopped working. The throttle worked, but no pedal assist. I called them, and from the get-go, I knew I was in safe hands. They immediately let me know that they have worked on Rad Power bikes and explained a few things to me about the bike itself. I believe they said they owned one as well. When speaking to them, I knew they knew what they were doing, and I felt a sense of relief. I no longer felt like somebody could really get a lot of money out of me since I knew nothing about ebikes. My husband dropped of my bike, and one of his Specialized bikes as well to get it rewired. Sure enough, they went through my whole bike and basically tuned it up, checked all the wiring and sensors and so on got it working again. They did the same for my husband's bike, and in just under a week, both bikes were ready, and they run better than they ever have before! The total for both bikes was only $50 too! These guys are VERY GOOD at what they do! They leave you feeling safe, and they are so nice! This is the place to get your bike fixed! No need to make any other calls, just go there and have them fix it or tune it up or whatever you need. You will be in great hands! Nathan was busy and helped with my ebike (brake bleed) as most bike shops refused. Kind of hard to find the shop but worth the effort as he's super competent.
