Diego was very honest after his evaluation and said the squealing was being caused by a cheap pad that was installed by the last place I went to last year but that the width was still ok and that I didn't quite yet need to replace anything. My brothers car broke down on the side of the freeway while traveling up north. Eventually after the tow truck man checked it out and after taking it to a well known mechanic shop that was too busy to figure out what was wrong. The brothers at EMF were open on a late Saturday afternoon and took time to run the diagnostics and figure out what was wrong with the car. They offered the restrooms for the kiddos to use and were sympathetic to the situation. I drove up from OC to help them out since they couldn't fit in the tow truck. While we hung out for lunch and the park the car was looked at. The car wasn't able to be fixed on Saturday due to part shops being closed. My bro and his family were able to rent a car nearby and go on their way. I was planning on picking up the car that is an hour and half away from my home, take it home, and then would have to drive it back for my brother to have once the rental was returned a week later. The team at EMF came up with a solution to park the car in a safe place until they could return as well as what was wrong with the car! Talk about trouble shooting!! It was the craziest thing!
