Wish I could give them 100 out of 5 stars! We were on our way back from mammoth and my Lincoln Navigator started screeching when braking and I had 100 miles left to drive. It was Christmas Eve at 4:30 pm and I was frantically trying to find a mechanic shop to help me as I was too afraid to drive without proper brakes. Out of the 15 places I called from Google, they were the only ones that answered the phone. They were about to close to go home to their family gatherings, but felt bad for me and agreed to stay and help me out. Considering my urgent state, they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me an arm and a leg, but they actually charged me far less than (almost half of) what I've ever been quoted for my car breaks (I've had this heavy car for 10 years and had to go through brake changes several times). They didn't try to upsell me to get my roaders changed either. AND my wheels don't squeak!!! A common issue I've had every time I've changed the breaks on this car! Truly ethical, compassionate, reasonable, fair, skilled mechanics. Wish I lived close by so that I could become a regular customer- or maybe I will actually make the drive to see them again!!! read more

One of the most honest business that we have encountered in a very very long time. We've never been to an auto-shop in this area before. We didn't know who to look for when our car broke down and had to be towed. We were desperate, it was on Easter weekend too. We yelped and saw good reviews for this place and figured it was our best bet. From the minute we called, it was either Misha or Daniel on the other line, we can tell he was honest, was very upfront with how they were going to test our car and what charges would look like. Provided us with progress update along the way throughout the process too! Did I mention it was Easter weekend and that we were desperate? They could have charged us an arm and a leg but they didn't. Gave us really good quotes and got our car done on time. To top that off we brought 2 other cars back to them and for one of the car they told us we were just low on steering fluid, topped it off for us and told us it was on them. Wow,talk about good people and work/ business ethics!!!! We can finally say we have a guy now for our car troubles without any hesitation. I went to Pacific auto with the intention of changing my serpentine belt and misha had already given me a set price on the job. Well as he was working on my car he found other problems with my car that i was unaware of. Daniel called me at home and kept me up to date on the progress of my car which kept me at ease. ultimately i had to have the top end of my engine rebuilt. i was worried about the price and that it was going to break my wallet. But i have taken my car to Misha before and he was good to me, so i went ahead and agreed to the additional work he suggested. Well misha could have just done the work he said he was going to do but he didnt. Instead of just rebuilding the top end of my motor he just put an entire new (used) motor in my car because he didnt want me to have any future problems with my car. And to top off the great customer service and fair and the most honest mechanic i have ever come across, he didnt even charge me more than the quoted price. I am a single woman with little knowledge about the maintenance of a vehicle. Misha and his brothers are very honest and hard working. Misha is the worst mechanic I have ever came into contact with! Not only did he screw up my car, but he blamed me for him crashing his car in the process! I had a blown head gasket, and he told me no problem it will take 1-2 weeks. I called in 5 days later to see how everything was going, and he proceeded to tell me that he had not even started working on my car, because he crashed his car while taking my head to the machine shop & it was my fault! ?????? Why would he blame me for a car accident? Must be because he was drinking on the job, which I later seen when picking up my car! Long story short- I got my car back, and it would not stay on. 2 valve adjustments were completely closed! Causing my car to idle up and down & having to use both feet to keep it on and drive. I almost crashed into cars! He had me buy other parts, because he said he did not know why my car was doing that! I had my car checked out by a reputable mechanic, and he determined it was my valves. Problem solved. These good reviews must be his friends and family trying to save his crooked business. Stay away! He is not trustworthy! read more
