It was a little pricey for him to go to the dealership and conduct the review but he found a ton of problems and ultimately recommended that I do not purchase the car. This is the exact service I needed because I'm about 90 minutes out of the area. Couldn't be more thankful for the service and will definitely give them a call again next time.

Come to find out maybe two weeks later my car is making this weird clunking noise so I take it to my normal dealership to get service and they said that this place didn't put enough grease in the socket, I called 360 back and they said that that's not possible. Barely over a year later I've taken my car back to my normal dealership, and the ball and joint replacement and boot is cracked and leaking. Do not come here it is awful

It was repaired by noon. I walk with some difficulty, and they are a two-story operation (showroom to shop). There was a problem with the furnace that could have caused carbon monoxide to leak into the trailer at night, easy fix, but I would never have known. Toms report was thorough and detailed. He talked with me afterwards by phone to clear up some questions. I will definitely use him again

Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

I called Inspectiver directly for clarification on their summary and recommendation. The rep on I spoke with was incredibly helpful and reinforced the inspector's recommendations on how to proceed. Having a trusted service to inspect a used car before you make a purchase is crucial. I highly recommend Inspectiver to do the job!

What can I say that wasn't mentioned already, I am so pleased with the overall care and treatment, I came here for a second opinion and boy am I glad I did, I felt 100% comfortable having them repair my car, they even showed me the broken parts that needed to be replaced, what a reassurance..... Initially, the quote was for $6k to fix the car. Tom, cautioned me that my car had a lot of miles already. My emotions would have gotten the best of me. I was hesitant and Tom offered to drive the car himself to check it out. What business owner does that these days?! He must have tested it twice to be sure because he came back and told me the car was overheating meaning the head gasket was blown. A "normal" mechanic would have fixed teh other stuff and hoped I'd be back for the rest of the $4K! Tom is a rare find. Mechanics that know the cars, not a technician, can quote you options, OEM or reliable aftermarket, and honest. People we need to send Tom Kale salads to keep him around! If you have a German car and you are anywhere near the Santa Clarita Valley AND you need service or car care, you owe it to yourself to stop in and talk to Tom or Chelsea. (I spent so much time talking about Tom, I almost forgot to mention how great Chelsea was getting us all set up! )
