Wow i actually had to make a yelp account to leave a review for these guys ^^ During my recent stay in Brooklyn, i was working 2 jobs. One in a bar, from which i would come out at a random hour of the night, between 2 and 5 am. The second job at the factory started at 9 am. So imagine, getting home at 4 am, knowing i barely have 4 hours of sleep left, and finding no doorknob on the door. It looked like someone just smashed it with a crowbar. The outer part was gone entirely, and the inner parts were smashed and stuck. I was sure i would have to get my landlord to install a new door altogether, but still decided to call a locksmith just in case. Mike, (Eddies son) was at my doorstep within 18 minutes. I half expected him to laugh at me for even calling when he saw the door, but he took a quick look, whipped out a new doorknob and got to work, with a nonchalance that suggested that as mutilated doors go, mine was nothing out of the ordinary. After no more than 5 minutes, the only remaining evidence of the assault on my door were a few dents and scratches, from the aforementioned crowbar no doubt. Mike charged my credit card on the spot, gave me a receipt 2 new keys, a quick word of caution on my choice of neighborhood and was on his way. I would probably still be better off with a sturdier door, what happened once can happen again, but for now i got my 3.5 hours of sleep, a brand new lock, doorknob and a spare key. I recently stopped for gas and accidentally locked my keys in the car. My phone, wallet, purse, everything stuck in the car! I wasn't sure what to do, I had very limited options without all my stuff, so I figured I needed to call someone for help and went into the quickie mart to ask for a phone. As I spoke to the man behind the counter and explained how I had locked myself out of the car, in front of one of the pumps, his face showed a little concern. Well as luck would have it, one of your locksmiths was a few feet behind me and offered his assistance. For way less than I thought it would cost, he popped open my door without leaving so much as a scratch behind. No broken glass, no damaged windows! And it took less than a minute for him to get his tools and open the car. I was so ecstatic. Your excellent service really saved the day! I can't thank you enough for getting me out of a tight spot, and potentially causing an inconvenience at the gas station. I was able to go about my day without losing any time! read more

These guys were great. Professional and everything. Expensive but worth every penny. i couldn't have asked for a more polite technician. The guy is truely and expert on locks and I have them on speed dial. We had an appointment and they were late showing up. They were really late. I had things to get to that day. It also seemed like they over charged me for locks. I probably could have bought the locks cheaper in the store. These things are just really difficult at times. The job was fine and the installation was sound and everything worked in the end but it was just really unprofessional that they showed up an hour late. A business should run on time. read more

I have these guys on speed dial because i am always losing my keys in my drunken adventures. I use them because they are fast and their prices are right. I have never had a problem with them and I appreciate there talents. They are good guys and they always help me out. I recommend their services for all my friends. Even my not so good buddies could probably benefit from these guys. One time i broke off my car keys in the ignition. I called the mechanic and the dealer to quotes on prices and it was a fortune plus i would have to get the car to them. Eddie came to me and fixed everything on site at a great price. There was a break in in my building the other day. After that I kind of wanted to have locks upgraded. i went to the internet and looked around for a good price and solid service. i found it with these guys. they got me the locks i needed and installed them as good as it could be. That was really all I expect from any kind of locksmith. The tech was late showing up and it was annoying waiting around for him and he was kind of impatient with me. There I was, Just a man against the world. When suddenly, out of no where, my keys disappeared. It was an awkward situation because I was on a date and we were trying to get into my home. They are as good as anyone I suppose. It is a locksmith and everything. What do I really know about locksmiths. My key broke off in my door and it was after a long day of work. I called Eddie and his sons and they came right over. He was able to repair the lock and key and then I was on my way to relaxing. My parents bought this beautiful new front door for the house. Now all we needed was a good lock and I also requested a peep hole. The door man suggested we call his locksmith to make both installations, which my mother did. He came around fixed everything and the family were all happy.
