So why was the appointment scheduled in the first place? Why was our time wasted for weeks only for them to figure out something so basic at the last minute? This isn't just a minor oversight--it's a complete failure in communication, intake procedures, and basic professionalism. It shows a lack of training, lack of accountability, and a total disregard for patients and their families. If you value your time, your sanity, or your child's care, do not bother with this office. Go somewhere that knows what they're doing.
