I rarely write reviews, but I had to post my support for Eddie's. I can't eat any kind of pepper - even table pepper - and nearly all restaurants use some kind of seasoning in just about all dishes, and more often than not, that will include "salt and PEPPER". When I ate at Eddie's last week, our server Naudia, and the chef Ricky, TOTALLY went out of their way to make sure I had a delicious, NO-Pepper, cooked-to-order meal! The two of them had multiple conversations about what could be prepared for me - Naudia came to speak with me each time she and Ricky thought of something else that would work for me! We went on Wing Night - if you have ever avoided Wings due to the potential spice, go to Eddie's and tell them Karen sent you! They used a plain flour coating, as the one they use on their wings has pepper in it. They also brought me a lovely blue cheese dip, because their ranch dressing also has pepper in it. These boneless wings were cooked to absolute perfection, juicy chicken on the inside, amazing crispy coating on the outside! For my main dish - Bruschetta Chicken Pasta - the chicken was cooked without seasoning - again cooked to perfection with beautiful grill marks - and the sauce was replaced with fresh chopped tomatoes - fantastic and so delicious! If you are looking for a local establishment to have a glass of wine, don't go to Eddie's. I went in the evening with my husband and had a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. When the bartender brought our tab the glass of wine was $21. I questioned the price and both bartenders told me that they had discussed the extremely ridiculous price of one 6-8 oz glass of wine but received no logical explanation from management. If you drink Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, you know that even at the most expensive liquor store a bottle of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc would not cost you $21. I sent an email on Eddie's website and did not receive a response. I followed up with another email and still no response. This is not the place to go and drink wine. I can't imagine what other wine they offer by the glass would cost. read more

Loved this place - they accommodated a party of 20 on short notice! Kid Friendly and menu! The adult bevies were good and their food was very good! Their burgers are great. Inside is cozy and friendly with very good service and the owner swung by more than once to check on us...love locally owned and operated places like this! read more

Great food and service. Hot Wings are delicious as are the burgers. Good sports bar which means the restaurant is a bit noisy.

First couple of times the steak was very good at a good price. Last couple of times steak was mediocre and high priced. Definitely not Worth it . read more

Everyone I've ever taken here agrees that Eddie's has the best wings they ever had in their life! The potato skins and french dip sandwich were amazing as well! They threw away our boxed-up leftovers! So we walked out feeling cheated and taken advantage of.    The wife and I decided to go out for a nice meal on a Monday night. It wasn't too busy. The meal was great. We spent $80 and had healthy portions of leftovers to take home.     We saw some old friends sitting at the bar and went to say hi for just a couple of minutes. When we turned around to get our boxed leftovers, the staff cleared our table the threw our boxed leftovers away.     We weren't even that far from our table, and no one even tried to communicate with us. To make it worse, a manager didn't even bother to come out from the kitchen to apologize or respond to the situation.    So we're just standing there dumbfounded, knowing we just spent $80 to have leftovers intentionally, and the staff doesn't care about their customer experience.    So we walked out feeling cheated and taken advantage of when a little communication and thoughtful customer experience could have prevented this situation.     We probably won't ever be back because they have lost our confidence and trust in doing the right thing. It's not that hard to pay attention.     If you cared, you would have, but since you didn't, the answer is obvious. read more

Firstly, it took me forever to find a place to eat yesterday, but then I remembered this place is two minutes away and I have never tried it before! So of course I look at the menu beforehand because I want to see the options, everything sounded great!! I knew it being Friday we (my boyfriend and I) would have to wait. Wow! We really enjoyed the food. We ordered wings as an appetizer, and now I know why Eddie's opened a Hott Wings place near 1st street and Main. They were huge and had a lot of flavor. Both of our sandwiches were so big that we had to take half home. I had the Eddie's Burger and it's a little spicy, Topped with house wing sauce, Pepper-Jack cheese, jalapeño smear, bleu cheese crumbles & bacon, and sweet potato fries topped w honey. Hubby had the California Club that included Ham, turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato & American cheese on ciabatta bread, regular fries. Our Waitress was friendly and she had suggestions regarding our wing order. Food took about 20 minutes....not bad considering the outcome. We were not in a hurry. Hubby ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. When we got home and he looked at the cheesecake, he couldn't believe how big it was. Definitely plan on coming back for more! The first time I went it was good so decided to go again a week later, the place was busy they couldn't give me a menu cause they where out of them which was strange to me but ok. Had to flag down our waiter a dozen times. Pork chops where way to salty and it took to long for my drink(Pepsi) to come out then when it did it was flat no carbonation. Food was subpar at best I really had high hopes for this place but was disappointed. I'm hoping they was just to busy but I probably won't be back. read more

Visited on the 4th of July and they did not disappoint! Staff was friendly and the food was great! The spinach artichoke dip was an awesome appetizer. Their wings with their house sauce (mix between BBQ and Buffalo) was very good also. read more

The burgers here are some of the best in the OKC metro! I had the hefty mushroom, Swiss and onion burger with sweet potato fries made to perfection. My husband loved his ciabatta chicken. For a Saturday night crowd, we got seated immediately, waited on immediately and had a mostly wonderful dining experience. One point off for the crowd noise and music turned up to beat the crowd so we had to holler to say anything and hard to hear the wait staff with masks. But the music was my style! Oldies and goodies. But more exciting than the food was that we could eat and BREATHE in FREEDOM!! We only go to places where the stupid muzzles aren't forced so Eddie's fit the bill except for waiters wearing them. Ordered two appetizers and main course salads during Happy Hour. Card on table advertised special price for these appetizers. When bill came we were charged full price. Been wanting to check this place out for awhile. Food was outstanding, service... Not so much. Thats what ultimately gave them a 3 star and not a 4 or 5. We were sat immediately and I really liked the atmosphere, smaller and had a "cozy" feel. I had always had their wings from their food truck, so I knew those were good and that's what my wife ended up ordering and of course they were superb again. Nice smoke flavor to them. Like I said before though, all the food was great. We started with a chip and queso app, it was a white queso and was really good and we are sticklers for good queso! It was creamy and was flavorful. For my entree I ordered the Sriracha chicken pasta. I would highly recommend this dish, and it was served with really fresh garlic bread. Now onto the service. We never were asked for water, I had to track the waitress down 3 times for refills on our drinks and we just got the rushed feeling and were literally forgot about. She wasn't able to multitask well at all.. constantly giving the larger party beside us way more attention and barely even paying us any notice. We were willing to order more.drinks too, but she squandered that opportunity for a bigger tip, and we just decided to get our check and leave. Once again Eddies continues to impress.....everytime I go here the staff and service is great. The food is prepared impeccably!!! I have yet to have a bad meal here yet. I was rushed for lunch but wanted something good, so I ordered the blackened chicken alfredo, it was awesome! I am not sure what the hype is about. Their base boards along the booth walls are covered in crumbs and dust. The queso was fine, but as for the chips, there was more salt on them than in the ocean. The salsa was poo brown. Average pasta. I normally don't knock burgers for being juicy, but when each bite makes a puddle on the plate somethings wrong. No idea how they are #1 caterers. Today was my first time at Eddie's. It is a perfect spot to watch a game... TVs and big screens everywhere. The food was delicious, draft beer cold, and service prompt and professional. I would recommend this place as a casual lunch/dinner spot or a place for a large group to watch a game. Went here tonight. Ordered the happy hour appetizers and dinner. Got my check and the happy hour appetizers were full price instead of the $7 advertised on the booklet at each table. Mentioned this to the combative waitress who said she would fix it and instead sent over her manager who proceeded to argue with me as though I should have known there are two prices for the same item and clearly I must pay more than what they have advertised. After humiliating me, I paid full price and left. I will never return and you will be hearing from Oklahoma state weights and measures for false advertising and deceptive marketing practices. The layout wasn't optimal -- the way they had their big screen... couldn't see it from where we were sitting... there were other smaller TVs to watch the game on. So not good for large groups. Okay, I used to LOVE eddies. However, the service has been getting worse and worse. Today for example, my fiancé and I wanted hot wings so I called and placed an order for two pounds of wings ($21). However, she rang it up as 1 pound X 2 ($24). I didn't realize until after I had paid. I finally got the manager to pay attention to me and they had to void the check all together and re-ring it. No big deal there. However, my frustration comes from the lack of attentiveness to to-go orders. They told me that the wings would be ready in 15 minutes so I get there and the lady who quickly checked me out told me it wasn't ready yet. I sat at the bar for 40 minutes before another bartender asked what I needed and picked up a bag that had sat there for over 30 minutes. The wings are soggy and gross. And that's a lot of money for 2 pounds of wings. My wife and I recently purchased a Groupon to give Eddies a visit. The marquee does say "best burger and wings in Edmond". I will comment on this later. We walked in and greeted by the host warmly and lead to a booth with football watching preferences in consideration. I give the host four stars. The server, on the other hand was generally disinterested in being on duty the night of our visit. Not much of a welcome and I didn't catch her name if she introduced herself. She didn't bother to suggest any appetizers or specials. Also, had to make a special request for a drink refill. It was a lackadaisical effort at most. Server gets a generous two stars. About that best burger in Edmond. I have has much better from my own grill and other local restaurants such as Flat Tire, Cow Calf Hey, and The Garage. For a burger I pay $9 for, I expect to be wowed. Wife ordered the chicken alfredo and described the sauce as something you buy at the grocery store and heat up. The bread was warmed but not toasted. Food gets one and a half stars for the value. Would have shared my concerns with the owner or manager had he or she bothered to ask. We will not be going back. read more

One of the few times I was mislead by the positive reviews. I should have known when I walked into the strange entry which is about as big as the restaurant. The say they have the best wings in town... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! That is a complete joke. An unfunny one. Just not good. I had the grilled bourbon chicken. (2) 4 oz chicken breasts. More like a 1 1/2 ounce and a 2 ounce. Fresh from the freezer at Sam's Club. No it isn't. Sam's frozen Tyson chicken is much better. Everyone's food was fair to bad, but the service was atrocious. I've been coming to eddies routinely since the beginning of September, the wings special on Wednesday's kept bringing me back with the wonderful flavor options (the eddies house sauce and kicking bourbon combo are a revelation) and you can't beat the price along with a cold drink in the middle of the work week. Have had fantastic service thanks to Anna each and every time, she's a delight along with the new manager in training JC!! I definitely recommend this place to all those in the area and have done so to everybody I've met when asked about places to eat around here. Go there, ask for Anna and have a great time! read more
