I had a horrible run of trying Eddie's probably 4/5 times and not finding a single thing that I liked. At the time my rating would have probably been a 2 star solely on the good service but then I found a dish that I now would easily put in my top 5 favorite in Edmond. The Garlic Parmesan Bone-In Wings are my favorite thing on the menu and I find myself craving them weekly now. They explode with flavor and paired with their traditional fries which are also phenomenal, this meal is hard to beat IMO. Now what can be beat with a 2 week old moldy sandwich out of the garbage is the Chicken + 5 Cheese Ravioli and Tortellini. I mean honestly one of the worst meals I've ever had in my life. It came out and had little Alfredo so it was extremely dry and impossible to eat so I asked for extra Alfredo which helped make it edible but also did nothing to add to the flavor as the Alfredo sauce is as tasteless as liquid cardboard. For as much as I will sing the praises of the wings from the mountaintops, I will scream the insults of this dish from the depths of hell... The service has always been really good. Friendly servers that work really hard to be speedy and attentive. The restaurant is very popular and so they are usually very busy and so there are times where service might be a little slow but nothing excessive and it's to be expected with the restaurant being full. The only thing really that I can think of that the restaurant could improve on is noise/volume. The restaurant does seem to be quite loud and at times depending on where you are sitting it can be hard to hear people at your table and have a conversation. Now this also sometimes is not an issue depending on how busy the restaurant is and also where you might be sitting but I don't know what can be done about this but if there is something that can be done they should look into it because I've heard this complaint from quite a few people, and several of whom have stated it as a reason to not return. read more

The food is really good but unfortunately it's so loud you can't even have a conversation. It's not a club, it's a bar and restaurant. The music is club level loud so that you have to yell and even then sometimes you can't hear. We wind up sitting across the table texting each other. Have gone to Eddie's probably at least a dozen times over the years. The service is perhaps the biggest problem. During today's visit it was pretty empty except for the bar area which was around 3 PM. Had to go order that took 45 minutes for a single order of wings and chips and queso. it got to the point where I had to find the manager to ask if my order was ready. Everyone else was essentially standing around and essentially performing no function or service. The place overall has decent bar food/wings/burgers, etc. Personally, we've always liked the wings and the place is definitely a lot better if you dine in and watch a game. We've been longtime fans of Eddie's, we frequented the old location many times before they relocated. The new location is much busier but the food and service have not suffered in the least. Great burgers , fries, but you will find many other choices, including pasta dishes and pizza. On this visit we had the "Cajun Angels"appetizers, ( bacon wrapped shrimp, blackened , served on a skewer, with a mustard dip) Fish and Chips, and the Garlic & Cheese Chicken. All of the food came out very hot, fresh, and was delicious! Very friendly and fast service, our server checked on us more than once, making sure things were good and asking if we needed anything. I hope this was just growing pains because it was pretty mediocre. The drinks were super watery and the food was bland. The one bright spot was the service was friendly and quick, but that was we were the only ones in there. The place had no vibe, no fun, and no people. Also, there were two wadded up napkins under the specials display on the table from a previous diner. I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband and I loved it. The food was great, beer was cold and the service was amazing. We ordered the Cajun angels (shrimp wrapped with bacon) w/spicy mustard. Kickin Bourbon wings (amazing) perfectly cooked. A rack of ribs (huge portion) it has a kick to it. Flavor was amazing. Ok so I gave this place rave reviews the first time or so I ate there because it was a decent place to take my kids and that jalapeño app is really good--but that's where it ends. I've eaten a LOT of crappy meals from this place in anticipation that it's probably me because this place is ALWAYS packed to the gills and this guy literally keeps opening new restaurants but no. The food here across the board is so bad I'm now convinced a lot of Oklahomans just don't know what good food tastes like. I have forced myself to eat several of the awful options on this menu in hopes that I'd find SOMETHING delicious but no. The wings--nope. I don't get the hype at all. Pizza is basic at best. None of the nominal burger options are that great and I've rather had a crazy undercooked burger here or a crazy overcooked burger. Beef stroganoff was absolutely disgusting and that was a featured item on the menu--just no. The French dip, what on earth kind of meat is that on the sandwich? If you're a guy whose place is always packed and you're opening up new places like you're a Starbucks all over town at least use actual real beef in your French dip. The fish and chips--weirdest batter EVER, in fact they brag about their fish on the site that's a hard pass for me Eddie, that fish and chips plate was the worst fish and chips I've ever eaten. The final straw meal for me here was a steak that was flavorless (how do you even manage to cook a STEAK with no flavor?!!) and severely overcooked. I've finally told my husband that I refuse to eat another overpriced subpar meal from Eddies again. I know from the outside, this place looks poppin but if you've not eaten here before, save your Pennies and find another place. These guys are always busy! That's a good sign. They are known for their wings and they're pretty special. I love the pickle wings. Our waiter Nate brought a small bowl of citrus lime dry rub to spring on them as well just as a little trick he discovered. It was really an zippy little touch. I've been all over the country from New Mexico to New Jersey When I eat at a restaurant I rate it on two things UX - user experience And How good is the food? This place gets tens on both categories User experience - greeted upon arrival and the waitress was quick to greet us and friendly my to our three year old which is a new experience all together - I have four sons ages 3,5,10 and 12 and a Waitress has never been excited to seen them. She knew her menu well quickly made an off menu recommendation-loaded french fries. I came specifically for wings because I love to try them all over the country and she was super helpful to figure out the grilled, double fried or friend with potato starched (405). We chose the wing sampler 405 pickle wings with grilled Buffalo and eddies house sauce. Then an additional order of boneless (or saucy nuggs as I like to call them) with four sauces on the side to get the best experience of what was available. Scorpion, jalapeño, Buffalo and house. I always order water and then two cokes for when the food comes out. And she didn't forget Then as I always do when I have a great experience- I ask to meet the owner or manager. Why because I love to meet people who are in the top 1% of their field the Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady's of any field but there's a special place in my heart for the food industry- Charles told me the story Eddie moving from a Corporate environment to open his own place and grind it out 7 months of no profit and no customers to having major catering contracts that any restaurant would kill to have. I've found that success wants to know how bad you really want it and it'll slap you in the face again and again. Eddie and Charles understand that in order to just have a truly successful business but a successful life you employees need to be your number one customer and the way they spoke about them was amazing from giving employees personal vehicles to giving grieving ones as much time as they needed to get their families affairs in order to something as simple as taking a mediocre employee and instead of just canning them asking themselves as extreme ownership leaders "How can I make this person successful" they understand they are trustees of God property, not owners. They understand Loyalty leaders see people as assets, not expenses. They CHOOSE human assets CAREFULLY, then find ways to extend their productive lifetimes and increase their value. Was the food good ? Phenomenal- They could have a menu where you throw a dart at the menu and get what you get and have no doubt that of it was just based on flavor - they would be equally successful. In fact this is the only place I tried 6 sauces and they could have brought it out on any part of the chicken and would have been stoked- heck if they were bottled for my grilled chicken I would have bought it- hell I'd pay for a monthly subscription. Yeah it's that good. The chicken reminded me of my raising cane days where we marinaded the chicken for three days so every bite was plump and juice. My fries - MY.GOD.THE.FRIES. Imagine if Chick-fil-A partnered up with five guys to make fresh cut only fries and that's what they serve you. Hands down the best fries I've had in my life. Then they covered it in queso and fresh pico YES. You can do that. Not toooo bad. Definitely a casual place. Took my family to eat here for lunch one afternoon. Decent crowd when we came. We ordered a burger, stroganoff, wings, and the jalapeno appetizer. My dad loved the burger. Meat was well seasoned and overall quality was great! Stroganoff my brother prefers different noodles, but tasted was good. We chose two different flavor of wings. Half of their restaurant is closed to those under 18. I was under the impression this was a family restaurant but apparently it's a bar with a small area where kids are allowed? Very odd setup that basically causes families with anyone under 18 to have to wait unnecessarily. For mediocre food I'd go somewhere where kids are welcome. read more
