They were communicative, friendly and fast!! It only took them 4 days to complete the work on my vehicle after being quoted a week which was also much shorter than anticipated. The employees knew who I was right away each time I called or went in. They were even able to work with me when it came time to take are of my deductible. I was quoted over half of what ALL other shops and my insurance quoted the damage. They told me they were going to replace parts that don't need to be replaced at all, as well as they might even have to total my car. My car is currently valued at over 30k with about 6k worth of damages. Totaling my car is an absolute scam, and although they do have good reviews, there are also lots of reviews saying basically the same thing I'm saying here, but thank GOD I got out before working with them or signing anything. What really drove me away though was the fact that the person who did my "estimate" wasn't even a tech, and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. My car is fairly new so of course I was upset about the damage, and was just looking to get an idea of what a repair would look like. The woman kept reiterating "wow, this is a new car" over and over again after I told her multiple times that I was very upset regarding damage to a new car and nicely explaining that "yes, I understand it is a newer car." It felt as though she was belittling me the entire time, and then quoted me almost 20k worth of damage. When I expressed that I felt that was high, she insisted that if I went anywhere else that I would be making a mistake and accused me of trying to "cheap out" on a repair. She kept trying to tell me that I should go with them because they are "Honda certified" but there are plenty of other Honda certified repair shops that didn't quote me near this much or treat me with such inconsideration. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've had cars repaired before and I'm not naive to the process but this was hands down THE most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

Since my insurance covered a rental, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right from the shop, which made everything so convenient. When I got my car back, it looked brand new -- you would never know it had been damaged. The office staff were warm, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was completely happy before leaving. They truly deserve 10 out of 10 across the board! One note for anyone planning repairs: depending on the extent of your damage and your insurance company's process, repairs can take around 3-6 weeks. Long story short(ish) - I sent my 1965 Impala to them in February of 2024 for a new trunk pan, and body work (filling two holes, one on each rear quarter panel above the exhaust) as well as a paint job. Not only did I have to beg and please for photos of the car while they had it in their possession, but it took them until November of 2025 to actually send me a picture of the car and guess what; NO WORK DONE TO IT AT ALL! To make matters even worse, I didn't end up getting my car back until February of 2026 - They held my car hostage for an entire 24 months. And to my dismay, you could argue that I got the car back worse than how I sent it to them. The paint was chipped around the door jam, it's littered with drips, scratches, bubbles, and pock marks. I live in NY, and I had a local body shop guy come to look at it to see if we could save the car, but it's worse than we could imagine. The paint is only half the problem - the actual body work they did underneath the paint is warped, and I'd need to basically undo everything they did and start from scratch if I want to save my car. $10,000 down the drain. And guess what, just as a last kick in the tail - The trunk pan wasn't even replaced. They just welded the holes and put sealant to make it look like they put an entirely new one in. I wish I could do more than just write this review that most people aren't going to see, but unfortunately this is the best option for me. NEVER CONSIDER THIS PLACE A FUNCTIONING BUSINESS. - Oh yeah and one last thing to note by the way - I sent the car down to them with a high quality seal skin car cover, and got the car back with an unopened cheap $50 off brand car cover from walmart

So I went to KC Starnes to get a second opinion as I am a woman who knows nothing about car repair. Carlos, Who is also the manager of the store came out to look at my car and then he told me he wanted to try to put some chemical on and see if he can remove the marks. It was a magic that he took most of the black marks off my car.( before I went there, I already went to Autobell got a car wash and also I tried to use my nails to scratch the marks and I couldn't get anything off!) Carlos told me I just need to go to the dealer to get the same paint and do a little bit touch up. Just like that I saved $800! I am really appreciated his help and will definitely let all my friends know this is a trustworthy place to go!

For me, they worked with two different insurance companies, they have a relationship with a rental car company that makes it easy on you. They went above and beyond to help me out on a problem that had nothing to do with their work. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.
