A valet driver side swiped another vehicle when parking my brand new Toyota Camry, which had roughly 4,000 miles on at the time, so you can imagine my disappointment. Throughout the repair I worked with Kennon and another gentlemen, both of whom were not only absolute professionals but provided what I believe to be an incredibly rare customer service experience these days. They genuinely care about you as a customer and constantly convey their appreciation for your business by the way the treat you in every interaction. While the art of customer service is important, of course their quality of work is of the utmost importance and they are just as impressive in that regard. Their workmanship is both top-notch and prompt and they went the extra mile fully detailing the car inside and out. The end result, my Camry looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot, if not better. This body shop is the best! Hadi Ghrairi goes above and beyond to make his customers happy! I am new to Charlotte and was in a fender bender. I had no idea where to go but luckily found Custom Paint and Body! He came in on a Saturday when not many other body shops are open to give me an estimate. The following Tuesday the job was complete! I looked around and got a few different estimates, his was the best out of all of them and he was able to complete the job in one day compared to others that needed two full days to fix my car! In addition he offered to give me a ride back to my car that was not being worked on so I didn't have to wait, take a bus, or be stranded. This body shop earns all five stars with ease! Amazing experience! Excellent customer service! I needed to fix a dent and key marks in my leased car before turning it back in. I went to the Toyota body shop to get a quote, which was an egregious price. I found Custom Paint and Body on Yelp, and I decided to check them out. Hadi and Kennon were very friendly and professional. They provided me a quote on the spot which was almost 60% less than the Toyota quote. One of the few (only?) body shops that I could find on a Saturday morning; so that's how we settled, and we really lucked out. Hadi Ghrairi juggled his schedule for to meet with us, gave us a quote that was pretty much what the research pointed to - and even got to work the very next day. We had a cracked up front fender and bumper and he was able to find us after-market parts, replaced, paint matched and even was cool enough to buff out and repaint another scrape that was not part of the quote. This is the second time I have brought my BMW here for minor body work. After having my driver's side mirror demolished by a power truck subcontracted by Duke Energy, I got an estimate from Custom Paint & Body and proceeded to get payment from the subcontracted company. Once I got the check, I notified Custom Paint and Body. They ordered a new mirror for me in just a few days. When I got there for service, I was there less than 30 minutes.
