Hands down the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. The staff is efficient and friendly. I get my oral meds and vaccines done here. Communication can be done via text, email or phone. Whichever way fits your needs. If they don't have a med in stock, they more than likely can order it for you. Eddie's pharmacy will work with you provider in getting refill orders and authorizations with insurance done. While I would like to hoard this pharmacy to myself, it seems only fair to share the love. If ever there was a great, small town, friendly and attentive pharmacy/pharmacist, who answer their own phones and communicate with you person to person almost in real time, this is it. I have yet to have a script called in where they didn't have the medication within a day, and I take several different challenging medications. Here's how much I value this pharmacy: I live by the pharmacy now. We're moving and had a choice of between staying within a mile for an extra thousand dollars a month or moving under the Hollywood sign. BEST PHARMACY! The staff, like Michelle, are super nice. They call once a month to confirm and let you know what they're sending. They deliver, usually next day, for free (or at least included with your insurance). They work with your doctor and insurance to make sure your RX is covered and automatically apply pharma company coupons. I've never actually had to go to the physical location, I've done everything over the phone. They even transferred my prescriptions for me from a pharmacy that closed. Don't waste your time standing around waiting at CVS or Walgreens. Have Eddie's transfer your prescriptions and enjoy their great service and delivery! read more

Eddie's came to the rescue when we couldn't find my dad's blood pressure medicine. I called at least 5 different major pharmacies all over and everyone said it was unavailable and back-ordered. Josh was able to order it for us and was helpful with my dad's insurance situation. Unfortunately, Eddie's Pharmacy's service has gone done dramatically under the new ownership of Josh. I've been getting my prescriptions delivered (for free) for years. I have a lot of prescriptions (two handfuls). However, I was charged a $12 delivery fee for my last delivery. I called to ask and Josh said (through his pharmacist) it was because it was done overnight. I said, I never authorized an overnight delivery and never ever done that before. Josh just said they will not do an overnight delivery next time and will stick to the regular deliveries. This time round, they will NOT reverse the delivery charge. It's a small amount but it was fraudulent and honestly could have just flown past the radar. I cannot support this business anymore. read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years. So when I broke my foot and needed to get a prescription filled I knew I would be able to get it done here. However all racism came out today. The technicians are clearly telling me that the prescription is in stock while the owner Josh and telling me it's not. After after sending one of my business colleagues in to fill her same prescription she was successful at filling it. When I called to confront the situation I was told all kind of things that really had nothing to with me. After that another person of black decent tried to fill a prescription and was turned away. This pharmacy and its owner are big time racist and I advise no minority to do business with them. read more

This is the best pharmacy around. I need a lot of medications & I can always count on getting everything, on time from Eddies Pharmacy. The customer service is top notch. Michelle is knowledgeable, kind and accurate with everything she does. She always makes sure I do not run out of refills & has my medications delivered to me. I moved but I still get all of my medications from Eddies & also recommend them to others. I will NEVER go to a chain pharmacy again. I used to get my medication from CVS. Never again. You will have no wait at Eddies. You do not have to call because they are always 1 step ahead. Eddies will always apply all coupons and/or rebates to your medicine. You do not even have to ask. They know their clients prescriptions and needs -it's such a personal experience which is so important when it comes to health. I wish my doctors were nearly as thoughtful and invested. I've been using this pharmacy for decades. As an independent, community based business they care about their customers and reputation - and it shows. The team at Eddie's frequently help me control costs by applying manufacturer coupons and assessing the Cash vs. Co-payment options. On occasion, it is cheaper to buy generic medications outright than to put it through your insurance and pay the co-pay. These are things that national chain pharmacies will NEVER do for you. Nearly all insurance plans are accepted so there is NO reason to use national chains. The entire team is friendly and incredibly capable. The store is small and there is rarely any wait time at all. If you work or live in the West Hollywood area, Eddie's should be your pharmacy. I love that they are locally owned and run. And unlike any of the CVS's in the area, there's never a line at Eddie's. They remember me every time I go in, or even call and my prescriptions are always ready in a matter of minutes. I've even called them for a refill at 3pm and discovered that I was out of refills and they managed to get a hold of my doctor and had my meds ready before 5pm. This review is specifically for Eddie's pharmacy travel clinic. I was recommended this place by a nurse practitioner when I inquired about places that might offer typhoid and malaria vaccines for travel to the Philippines. I had been shopping around for different pricing and was fairly nervous about potentially spending a lot of money. I called in on a weekday morning and spoke to Keri who said they could see me at noon that same day. When I arrived I filled out some easy paperwork and had a consultation with Keri who had a wealth of information about what I needed to keep an eye out for. Some information I knew already, much of it I wasn't aware of, but it was presented in a way that was very easy to understand and not overwhelming. I ended up getting what I needed for the trip, in addition to some extras that will surely be invaluable. They worked with my insurance to see what my coverage got me and was surprised that I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to be prepared for my trip. The visit to Eddie's pharmacy was pleasant, informative and very accommodating, considering that I work crazy hours in retail, I was so happy I was able to get it all done in one day. It was such an amazing experience, I took a couple business cards to hand out to friends that might be traveling too. I will definitely come back here for my next international trip!! read more

This is the best pharmacy ever. I will never go to CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreen's ever again. The staff is super helpful. When I had surgery a few years ago at Cedars, my dad had mentioned that he picked up my RX there and that the owner was really nice. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. I live in Beverly Hills, so the first time I had to pick up my RXs, I was running late because of a giant accident. I called to see if I should turn around and was surprised how pleasant the staff was, even though it was 10 mins past closing. Now I have all my RX's shipped to my work, which is super convenient. And no more waiting in long lines at a big drug store pharmacy. I know I could have my RXs shipped from my insurance provider, but why would I when Eddie's is so much quicker and easier? read more

Sam and everybody at Eddie's was fantastic! I went there to get immunized before my trip to India, and they had all the necessary vaccinations in stock. Plus they went above and beyond to save me money, which is always appreciated. Sam encouraged me to collect my vaccination records so that I didn't have to get any shots I didn't need. Unfortunately the treatment for typhoid and malaria come in pill form, which requires a prescription from a doctor. As a young person without a regular doctor, this presented a problem... But Sam came through in a big way and got me a prescription within a couple hours, saving me an expensive trip to a clinic! I truly recommend going to Eddie's for that personal touch you won't get at a place like CVS, where they're trying to serve as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time. read more

What a great place! I was in LA on business, and wasn't feeling well so my doctor said to find a nearby pharmacy and he will call in my script.this was the first place I found, and what a gem. The staff was awesome! So friendly. There were two pharmacists there, Eddie Nd Sepehr, both were very knowledgable. I don't live in the local area, but they offered that if I ever need anything else to let them know and they will deliver to my home in Murrieta, free. Awesome!
