I have lived at Eddyline for awhile now and truly love my home. It's a place where you always see people about, everyone is friendly, the office holds a lot of events and the maintenance is top tier. I've never had to wait long for a fix in my home and you can tell the team works really hard to take care of the property. Despite several changes in the last few years, they continue to provide amazing customer service and I feel very respected and valued as a tenant here and intend to stay here for many more years! The restaurants on-site are a huge plus and they often have food trucks that visit so it keeps things new and interesting. I have lived at Eddyline for over a year now and really enjoy my apartment and the location. Super quick exit off of I-5 reaching everywhere I need to go quickly, there's plenty to do in Tigard, Tualatin and Lake Oswego and after growing up in the area for almost 20 years, I feel at home. The Eddyline staff are great, special shout out to Emily, Nick and Hunter in the office, they keep this place running smoothly with plenty of events and work done on the property. On the maintenance side, the guys are great. Really appreciate Joseph, Diego and Kelby working their asses off every day to keep it shining. I plan on living here for many years and am really glad I chose to live here. Plus, they have AC which weirdly enough Oregon properties just do not have (I've rented for over 10 years and this is the first place with an AC). Would highly recommend living here! read more

This place is definitely not luxury. They don't even paint the walls between tenants! look at the hallways the floors are stained covered in animal urine! The walls aren't much better in the public areas. The fire alarm goes off at least once if not twice a year in the middle of a night and nobody ever knows how to turn it off. My girlfriend's car got broken into and they stole all of her belongings on New Years... Hot tubs been broken for over a month and now for the second time this summer, our pool is closed! Our email said it'll be closed till August 8th. This year is only a few days past half over. I'm scared what's gonna happen next do your homework before you consider moving in here! read more

After my husband passed away, I was faced with the reality that I would need to move into an apartment, as I could no longer care for our lovely 2400 square foot home. I had searched throughout the Tigard/Tualatin /Sherwood area and just kept coming back to Eddyline Apartments. Why? Well, first, the architecture is simply lovely, with a craftsman-like feel of a vacation resort. The buildings are very compact, which easily allows you to get around without having to walk through crowded, unsafe parking lots that many other apartments in the area have. Located directly off I-5, you would never know because the apartments have the best insulation. In fact, I never hear any of my neighbors on the upper and lower floors, nor do I ever detect that there is anyone living next to me! Many apartments also overlook the beautiful heated, saltwater pool where you can swim all year long, because it's kept at a bathwater temperature. There are so many more convenient features, like large patios, a large, central clubhouse that you can use for free for larger gatherings, elevators, exercise gym, and a large barbecue area. Probably one of the best pieces of the Eddyline puzzle is the staff, because they're more like friends than employees. I can't tell you how many times I've had questions, needed help with something I lost, or needed help with large delivery items, and Alex, Nick and Russ are always willing to help out. And they handle requests in a punctual manner. I cannot say enough good things about Eddyline. Sure, there might be a few times when things don't run smoothly (according to other reviewers), but no living situation is perfect. Heck, I had as many or more issues living in my beautiful house! The nice thing about living here is sooner than later someone will take care of the issue, and the best part is I don't have to. Last, but not least, Eddyline is the perfect location for those of us who like to walk to places like Bridgeport Village shops, grocery stores, restaurants, salons and much more. Eddyline has been a great place for me to call home for the last 10 years. I love the amenities this community has to offer. Every time I have a guest over they always marvel at how clean the property is and how beautifully everything is maintained here. The staff here is always helpful. Our maintenance staff, specifically Diego, who we have had for many years, is truly an asset to our community and addresses any requests I have in a very timely manner. I like our proximity to I5 and how easy it is to get around town on the back roads as well. After living here for 2 1/2 years I can honestly say that I love it! The onsite staff - maintenance and office, are fabulous. I've never had a maintenance request go longer than 2 days, the quality of the buildings, appliances in the apartments, and the grounds, are all super high. Any issues are dealt with quickly, I love the fact that the parking is the same floor as you live on, and the location is so convenient to everything. The only downside is the fact that every time you have to renew your rent, they raise it by quite a bit. I'd recommend living here for anyone who can afford it! read more

Do not rent an apartment on the west side of complex. Almost every morning the business next door sounds like a shipyard starting as early as 5:30am! Large containers are loaded on a truck. Truck horns blaring. Loud personnel talking. Then there is their move out policy. Under the guise that they can't inspect your apartment because of Covid, they inspect it after you leave and then fine you for incidentals. We were charged $90 to clean the only room with carpet; about 100sqft. Oh, you want to hang pictures with small nails? That will be another $25 for interior painting. Mind you we were only there for 4 months. During which at least 4 cars were vandalized in their "secured" garage. Look elsewhere. read more

This development is owned by Sequoia Equities, a California investment firm. They also own several other very large rental properties in Washington and Multnomah County. We have found this property to be extremely unsatisfactory. The vandalism and car brake-ins are common place. Law enforcement will attest to high rate of auto theft. However, Eddyline does NOTHING to protect the rights of renters. There are no cameras, no security yet they charge $75-100 for parking in the lots. The residents are expected to pay for the utilities of the complex, pool heating, fireplace in rental office etc. CONSTANTLY needing entrance to all the units for one reason or another. EVEN DURING COVID! Their sister property, Centro, in Hillsboro is much nicer, better management, security and a great place to live. Management needs to step it up at Eddyline! Move on. read more

After spending a month looking at crappy overpriced apartments in Tigard, Tualatin, and Lake Oswego, I was lucky enough to find Eddyline apartments. It's been a great choice and I feel like I'm living at a resort. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Alex and Nick were great to work with and helped me secure a great place. The salt water pool and jacuzzi plus the gym and yoga studio are very nice and well maintained. The clubhouse is huge with entertaining spaces and pool table. The apartments are very nice and clean and well maintained along with the common spaces. Overall, it's like a really nice resort that's centrally located near the freeway and Bridgeport shopping center. While not the cheapest option, after seeing what was out there and the prices, I can honestly say I feel like I'm getting a great value given how nice the place is, the people who live and work here, and the quality of life here. Best apartments I've ever lived at. The grounds are beautiful and the community center, pool and gym are always clean and well kept. The staff is wonderful and are on site and have gone above and beyond when I've needed help with moving in and large deliveries. They hold cute events for residents for little holidays or just because (like National pie day with free pie) with food, drinks and raffles. It's super close to anything you can think of, restaurants, groceries, shopping, urgent care etc. I feel safe, secure , it's quiet and they have so many little extras for the residents just makes it feel special. 10 out of 10 would recommend :) read more

I absolutely love living here at Eddyline. I have lived in a few different units off and on for the past 6 years. The apartments here are nice, safe and very quiet. I love that I am within walking distance to Whole Foods and Bridgeport Village. The staff here is amazing. I have worked with Alex a lot in the last 9 months and she has always gone above and beyond for me. I love living here. Staff is kind, residents are nice, apartments are super functional and spacious. My only complaint is sometimes people get rowdy at night out by the pool and are too loud. Doesn't last long though. Overall I really enjoy being here and the amenities are hard to beat. Good price. Perfect location for those of us who need quick access to I 5. I lived here for a year, moved out and then when next spot was up moved back in, I love it here! Initially after taking over, Sequoia went through a few rough patches. Then they seemed to improve, and I came to appreciate the helpfulness of the staff here. However, since then I have realized that Sequoia itself as a company is horrible. Their follow through on fixing anything on the property is abysmal. For example, a main entry door has been boarded up since August (it is now October), and the excuse is that it needs special glass, and then there was a delay with the delivery. One of the treadmills is not working properly in the gym, and there is no ETA on when that will be fixed. The hot tub was not working for over a month, after numerous promised dates when it would be fixed. Residents are also disrespectful. They are loud in the pool area, they place rocks in the doorways to keep the doors open even though this is supposed to be a secure building (though the boarded up door might tell you otherwise). They place trash in the hallways and in the parking garages. These issues have been mentioned many times, but no new solutions have been sought by management. Just as with the bad vendors they work with - they never appear to search for something better. As I said before --- abysmal. One of the worst parts of it all is the management avoids actually saying anything to residents about these issues until a resident overtly brings it up in the community messaging board. Now, their new trick is to just deny any posts that might shine a negative light on what's going on in the community - either due to bad, disrespectful residents, or the ineffective management. So I guess they just hope nobody will notice everything that is absolutely wrong with this place? I still like the people who work here, as people. But unfortunately since they must rule under California management Sequoia, I have nothing positive to say about this place. read more

My wife and I moved into Eddyline about six months ago. We've enjoyed it so far. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. They respond when needed. Yes, it's a bit more than other locations in this area but you get what you pay for and the apartments have nice fixtures. We looked at other complexes that were twenty years old and they were only $100 or so cheaper. We have a heated pool and hot tub. A decent gym. Beautiful clubhouse with TV's and a pool table. They have a dog run around the complex with trash cans and bags. Although I will say that many people don't clean up after their dogs. Every apartment complex has those people that can't follow rules so as long as you understand that then it's great. I usually live in cities but this is a great location. Can walk to Whole Foods and many restaurants. All in all I'd definitely recommend Eddyline. read more

I just moved into the Eddyline on March 19th, but so far I am very impressed!! The leasing agent that helped me was Jenna and she was great to email back and forth! On move in day, Stephanie provided me a dolley and cart for easy move in, which was a huge help for less trips. Everything about this place is appealing. The amenities are amazing and everything seems to be very clean, including the workout room, the pool/hot tub area, and the whole area in the clubhouse. As far as the apartment itself goes, I can never hear my neighbors, which is a huge plus and the hallways seem to be very well taken care of and clean. I have already recommended this place to people, because I feel like the location and amenities are worth the price!! Definitely tour this place if you're in the market for an apartment in the Tigard/Portland area!! read more

After questioning the cleaning fee we were referred to Greystar Management who manages their bills. I had to talk to Alicia Overstreet who after talking to me like trash (really!) said that lease says that in any case you will be charged a cleaning fee for our cleaners to make the unit ready the next tenants. So, no matter how deep you clean it, you are still going to be charged that fee! So, future tenants please keep that in mind. read more

1 bed room Apartment is great. Small room. I just moved out and they sent me a bill for water that goes back 2 months ago for $90. Even though they've been charging me monthly about $24. They also asked for cleaning fee . I did clean the carpet and there is no spill or damage at all. It took me 4 times to stop by office to submit my 30 day notice. Absolutely hands down the best community in Oregon. I have lived many places and nothing comes close to Eddyline Bridgeport Apartments. The staff is as good as it gets and feels like family. Jacqueline Stephanie Lisa and Jackie are so thoughtful and caring and take a lot of pride in what they do. You really feel like you're going home at night and not to just an apartment. The maintenance staff is very professional and respectful of noise in people's personal space when working on projects. The place is always super clean and well kept and maintained. These are truly Luxury Apartments with all the amenities you could think of including year-round heated outdoor swimming pool 24-hour gym with a rubbish room for yoga and pilates hot tub BBQs large screen TVs a Billiards room a coffee espresso cappuccino machine and a mini library with books to check out valet garbage beautiful gas fireplace a recreational room with full kitchen refrigerator ovens and plenty of space to entertain and have a party or gathering including a very convenient package delivery kiosk so you can get your packages with just a key code twenty-four hours a day. There is very large parking garages for both you and your guests and this is right in the heart of everything located right off of I-5 next to 205 and also 217 in the heart of Tualatin next to the Bridgeport Mall and theater and Whole Foods and so many restaurants within walking distance. You will truly love living at eddyline Bridgeport apartments and I highly recommend it as I've enjoyed the last two years living there but regretfully had to move because of work otherwise I would have spent many more happy years there! read more

I just moved out of Eddyline because we got relocated to California and I am SO sad to leave. Eddyline was by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, and I am picky! The community feels so safe and everyone is respectful and friendly. There is a walking path that goes through the whole community (with so many doggy stations) and my dog loved to walk around and stop by the leasing office to get a treat! The parking was SO convenient. You enter through a locked gate using your garage opener and can park at your level. This also made the elevators available more than most places. There is a garbage chute in the parking garage and for even more convenience, there is a trash service that comes every night if you leave your trash can outside your door!!! I cannot believe the other posts about noise, because I was just going on here to say how quiet it was. I never heard anyone above, below or to the sides. I think I heard a vacuum once, but that was probably because my window was open! The community is SO clean, and the maintenance crew is awesome. Stacey, Amy, Peter, Ben and everyone in the leasing office are also SO nice and helpful!!
