I have been coming here for 6 years now but today was my last straw. I called and made an appointment for 2:30 yesterday and I have been currently waiting over 30 minutes for my pedicure because the receptionist who took my name down over the phone didn't confirm the correct time and wrote me down for the wrong day/time. Waiting over 30 minutes when I initially called and made an appointment is unacceptable. The least she could've done was offered some type of compensation for her mistake. I've been having my nails done here once a month for 6 months now. I always get a gel x mani and gel pedi. I make an appt (some times a day in advance, once the same day). I've only had to wait once.. and only for 15 min. Never had a bad mani and always pay extra for a design on at least 2 nails. I show a pic (usually from Pinterest that I want) and the try their best to match it... sometimes the techs design is better than what I wanted. I'm very happy with this venue. read more

Honestly, the first two times were not amazing but it definitely was an expire eve that made me want to go back. I made an appointment for me and my mom at 3pm on a Friday. Biggest mistake! We were not taken in until an hour after our appointment and we didn't even get the people we asked for! They guy that I got to do my pedicure was horrible! He was running back and forth between me and this other client and charged me for a removal of the smallest amount of gel on my toes (photo will be provided) (photo one). They had us make an appointment and we did not leave till almost two and a half hours after our original appointment time! I did not have a good experience here. Phoebe did my nails, how do you mess up Gel X? I told her I wanted almond shape and she put on the stiletto tips, I knew then it was going to be tragic, she tried to make them almond. You can't do that because the nails are too skinny and thin. When I calmly asked them to be removed, she would not and the manager said that I could get 10% off on my next visit. There will not be another visit. Technicians are GREAT but the appointment timing and scheduling is HORRIBLE. Absolutely horrible!!! Every single appointment I've made I've waited minimum of 30 minutes. My choice of technicians are Sophia OR Anna. With Sophia it's always double the wait. I don't understand if she's popular and great why not reserve her appointments with extra time so when people come they don't wait. Called in for a pedi. Receptionist told me to come in now because there was no wait. Once I arrived and checked in, she sat me at a chair. As I waited, I watched her seat 2 other walk-ins that came in AFTER me and assigned pedis to them first I had already been waiting for 30 mins.... as I sat next to the two who arrived after me and confirmed they did not have appointments and were walk-ins... they both felt terrible and said if they known I was waiting they would've let me go since I was there first... They have moved operations outdoors to abide by the current COVID-19 guidelines and have done a great job setting things up to make it comfortable for the clients. This place is the absolute worst for acrylic. I have no idea if they specialize in anything else, but I just left after two hours with incredibly clumpy, thick and uneven acrylic and will never be returning again. I also paid for a pedicure that included callous removal and both of my feet look exactly the same. I might as well have done my toes at home, huge waste of money. They informed me that I would have to wait about 10 minutes to finish up the other client which is totally fine! but then I proceed to sit there for an hour as three other people came in only 1 had an appointment and was given a spot immediately. She doesn't cut you and she takes her time to make sure your nails come out perfectly. She also makes sure throughout doing your nails that you like the shape and style. Then when I sat down the girl that was working on my hand mid way left & hand the job so another girl. I have only had bad experiences with them ever since the management changed. These are the reasons as to why they lost this customer. 1) they over book, so if you have an appointment, be ready to wait from 15 to 1.5 hrs. 2) The new receptionist is rude and gives you an attitude if you protest because you have been waiting long. 3) Although they have excellent workers, the management don't seem to care and keeps them busy because it is about the dollars no the customer. 4) If you ask for an expecific person to do your nails or feet. They will tell you yes, she or he is in when you get there, the person is not there to take care of your needs. I don't like nor do I find any pleasure posting this, but I want you to be aware of these pit faults. THEY LOST THIS CLIENT OR CUSTOMER FOR GOOD. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEN FOR OVER 11 YEARS. read more

Booked at this place because it was close to my gym and I needed my nails done badly. I went in for a fill, the tech that helped me convinced me to get dip powder she said much better and nicer looking. It was $70!!! I did light pink and white Ombre. 2 days later the powder dip was coming off my nails.. I called them to complain about it they told me to come in that they would look at the nails I went and apparently the lady that helped me the one that did my nails was not there that day so they told me sorry we can't help you have to come back another day because she has to do your nails so one of the ladies that was there she saw my nail and she put nail glue on the ones that were coming off then on top of that I was waiting to schedule an appointment to come back the next day so that the lady that did my nails could help me and the receptionist was on the phone over 10 minutes she did not acknowledge that I was there waiting.. so I could not wait longer I walked out never again going to this place read more

Worst pedicure experience ever!!!! My friend and I made appointments for 10 am for pedicures. When we called we were told this was the earliest appointments of the day. When we showed up, the place was already packed and we couldn't get anyone to talk to us. When we were shone to our seats we were left sitting with our feet in tepid water for 20 minutes. I told the woman the water was ice cold, she turned up the heat of the last bit of water going in the basin and walked away. This nail salon is hyped up by many influencers including LianeV, therefore I thought it would be a great place to go, but it was very clear that special treatment is only for influencers/celebrities as there were two other customers (influencers) that had 3 nail techs helping them. Yes, the salon was also busy BUT why tell me to come in "now" if you didn't have any nail techs available? I ended up leaving after waiting an hour & a half and I will not be returning. read more

I've tried this place many times over the course of 4 years. Each time I'm disappointed and always think that next time maybe things have changed. Nope! They continue to get worse. The girl at the front desk is incredibly rude and no excuses, as she's American. I went in for fills and a pedicure. She didn't even bother to make eye contact with me? Greet me, or communicate in any sort of effective way regarding the services I asked for. She barked at me "sign in". There was nothing to sign, so I didn't know what she meant. She eventually directed me to an ipad to sign in electronically. Then she directed me to the first chair. So I sat down, a lovely lady came over to give me my pedicure, but no one came over to do my nails. When I asked the woman doing my pedicure, who was going to do my nails (there had been no communication from the girl at the front desk about this) she asked the girl at the front desk. It took three more attempts to get the girl's attention before she seemingly answered the person doing my pedicure, but of course, she wouldn't answer me. Ultimately, no one was able to do my nails. Had I known this when I came ib, I never would've gotten a pedicure to begin with. My priority was my nails and I had limited time. So then I went to pay for my pedicure and gave her my card. They were going to charge me a fee to use debit or credit card, which I refused, as this is an illegal business practice. The girl at the front desk said "well, this is just what they told me to do". I don't really care what they tell her to do. That's illegal. Period. So the owner told me if I paid with debit, there would be no fee, so I did. I asked how I could zelle the pedicurist a tip. The girl at the front desk simply threw a book at me, flipped, open a couple pages and pointed to a code. She said nothing. As I tried to scan the code from my Zell app, it wasn't working, and I asked her why. Her response was "I told you there was a phone number there, for zelle". Actually, she did not. Her snippy tone, her lack of communication, her refusal to make eye contact or provide any sort of pleasantry, her hostile negative energy.....I don't see why I should ever pay to patron this place again. I'm in customer service, I have managed people in customer service, I have been in sales, etc.... Never for one day would I ever let any employee of mine treat a client this way and expect them to keep their job. I will never go back there again simply because I will not pay to be mistreated. There's a nail shop every 30 feet in this town. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! read more
