Worst pedicure ever! Came in today and got a basic pedicure by Henry. Tools were used and he did not open from a sterile packaging. Toes were soaking in the water for less than a minute. No scrub or massage given. Lotion was placed for a second then wiped off with a rough towel. He put one coat of polish and when I asked for a second coat he said " it will be too thick." No cuticle work done. It was a sloppy polish change at best! Won't be returning to this establishment, just hoping I don't get any infection from the tools he used. Spoke to receptionist at check out and voiced my concerns and she gave me a 10% discount and said "next time ask for one of the ladies to do your pedicure." I should be able to walk in and receive good service without requesting a specific staff member and services should be given as advertised. What a joke! read more

I did not have a chance to get a Mani and Pedi before I left the Bay Area so, when I landed got set in my room off to find Breakfast. While having lunch we decided to find someplace to do Mani's and Pedi's and we decided to give Eden Nail and Spa another chance despite last year visit . Same results no change won't make mistake a third time. Upon arrival,l I was asked if we had an appointment when we did not because we just landed and located this place. The lady said it would be about 10 minutes. DO NOT tell me 10 minutes when it is more than 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes we were taken to the Pedi Chair where we were asked what type of Mani and Pedicure. We selected the Deluxe from the Menu sign outside. I was told it did not include callus removal which is additional. Each little thing was extra.... and these things should be quoted in price from the beginning. I know Gel is extra. I did ask to speak to the Manager who I was told was off and not available but, another lady spoke to me who really did not listen she let her employees do the talking. My biggest frustration is when associates in a business speak to each other in their own language in front of the customer. This really gives the wrong impression that the customer is being talked about, When you promise a customer Overpromise it is going to be 15 minutes tell them 20 minutes and look like a HERO. Don't tell them 10 minutes and be at 25 minutes. Don't hard sell... Give the Customer the price and move on... When I am paying my hard earned money to a business I expect Good Ole down home CUSTOMER SERVICE , Fast and Friendly with a Smile. I did not find this today at Eden. I would say leaving here today I will not return and will not recommend . I can only tell you there is a pattern in the reviews in the last Month and they are all going downward. This was second time here and visit a year ago same results . I'm leaving Burbank very disappointed. The hostess was very rude same as last year . read more

I had made an appointment here at 6:00 and when I arrived I was told to wait and they would get me seated. I waited for 15 minutes in which I was told to then go take a seat at the pedicure chairs and the lady that was supposed to do my pedicure was almost done. I sat and then a lady came and told me that I have to go back to the front because they are seating someone else (someone who just talked in) and after that I went back and they said no go to the other chair, I went sat, another lady told me shes not done and to go wait again. Another person was sat even though she came after me and after it hit 30 minutes that I was waiting I decided to go ask how long it was going to take because I have work afterwards and this is going to make me late. She looked at the lady who was still doing the pedicure and she didn't have an answer for how long it would take. I left, was late to work, and didn't end up getting my pedicure. I had made this appointment days in advance for an upcoming birthday and wasnt able to receive the service. read more

This would be my second review for this horrible place. I went to do my nails here once and second time I only returned there to remove the gel polish they put on. I went in to remove my gel polish today and they sat me at a table. Technician comes and starts filing the gel polish from my natural nails. She filed and I asked her if she will put my nails in acetone so that she doesn't file and thin out my natural nails. She said yes that's ok, you will have to leave foil on for 20 minutes. It's been only a minute I'm waiting this silver blonde long her front desk receptionist girl approaches me and asks me "is there a problem " I look at her face surprised and Asked " why? Is there a problem?" And she tells me yes, technician said you don't want her to do your nails. I'm in shock... and that technician needs to leave go home and can't wait. Imagine technician accepted you but can't wait for 20 minutes to remove nail polish. Anyway, I already had bad experience in this place so I told her I don't need nail polish, she can just remove and go home. The front desk girl told me ok, that's fine. Then one second later she comes back again and says "you don't let her do your nails". This blond hair nasty unprofessional thing has been now harassing me while I'm seating twice already for no reason. Mind you I never refused the technician to do my nails in fact I took her advice to leave my nails 20 minutes in acetone to remove the polish. So basically it's not that I'm not letting her to remove the polish but it reveals the technician has to go home so they want to do my nails fast regardless it's good for my nails or not so she can leave because she can't wait for 20 minutes. Is this a professional salon? You admitted a customer and you are telling her you can not do her nails for 20 minutes? I have been harassed twice by this ugly unprofessional girl with terrible attitude. Gel polish removal takes 20 minutes and the salon still had lots of people getting their nails done. Don't go spend your money in this horrible place. They also can not speak English and go gossip behind your back and it while you are in their chair in their own language. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. And overcharge clients for their horrible service. read more

Don't go here. First, this place is overpriced for the services their provide. Second, my pedicure was horrible! My cuticles were not properly removed and my toenails were not cut as I asked. My nails were done with gel and that was fine. Lastly, I paid $79.00 without tip. They are price gouging because of Covid. I would never write a review BUT they insist on taking my information and texting me. These are unsolicited text messages and I have asked that it stop but it continues. Blown away by the fast service and high quality. Walked in on a busy Friday night and it was clear that they all work so hard to make sure they get you in. They work together as a team and communicate to see all their customers with the many appointments and walk ins. I normally don't leave reviews but I feel the need to do so. I have been coming here since November 2021 and use to get my nails done by Peter but sadly after he left my nails were never the same. Each time I would go my nails got more and more expensive, which I thought was due to the fact that I would get longer and more detailed nails. But just last Sunday 6/26 I went to get a short Gel X French Tip and white fell toes. Very simple and with a small flower (that I wasn't pleased with) on the corner. The total came out to $140?! I was livid!!! That's normally the amount I pay when I get very long nails with design. I questioned the price and of course they added the amounts up as if that would justify the amount. I vowed to never go back after this time. BUT THEN, less than a week later my thumb nail came off, then my pinky, then the index and now my other thumb. They have NEVER done this! They always last me a minimum of 3-4 weeks. I'm down to 6 nails and it's been 10 days. Press ons last longer than this! Eden Nails, you should be ashamed! Over pricing and with zero quality. I don't know if it's because Eden is now "Instagram Famous" but that shit got to y'all head! I doubt I'll hear from them or even get some type of reimbursement on this. I've had my nails done here about 3 times and today made it the 4th and last. Jen was the first, Vivian was the second and they were both GREAT. I forgot the 3rd ladies name and this current one I didn't even ask. I had gel x previously so i wanted those removed and an hard gel overlay today. My total came to 80 dollars. Their hard gel overlay is 55+ which is normal, they charged 10 to remove gel x which previously I was never charged because I came in getting a new gel x and their policy was that they don't charge when you are getting that same service. Then charged me 20 dollars for French tip which wasn't even neat or perfect. I'm guessing they took 5 dollars off to be "nice" even though their price says 5 dollars and I shouldn't have been charged 10. The overcharging is ridiculous and I won't be returning. I know this review won't change anything and they will continue to run things the way they have been. But I just had to say this. It's also already chipping.. SAME DAY LESS THAN 4 HRS.. read more

I'm posting an updated review since I come here on a monthly basis now that I've moved and it's the closest salon to me! Felt unfair having left a 1 star review previously, so: This place gets really busy, and sometimes you have to wait or get your services done one at a time instead of simultaneously, but most of the nail techs are great at what they do and I'm usually happy with whoever does my Gel X and gel pedi. My Gel X typically lasts 3-4 weeks, so to me it's worth the $60+. One of my favorite techs is Henry - my pedicures have never looked this good! I actually wear sandals now! Recently had him work on my Gel X too and he did a clean job with uniform shaping. Thank you!! read more

They began on my pedicure at about 10:20 and wanted to begin on my nails at 10:50. I have plans to attend a wedding and could not stay any longer so I had to leave. I saw great reviews and was excited when I saw the manicure and pedicure prices. Unfortunately, a day after having my nails done the manicure polish was coming off. I thought it was just my luck, but I took my mom to get her nails with me and hers are even worse. I understand that gel polish lasts longer than normal nail polish but I think it should at least last more than a day. The nail tech was extremely pushy in having me upgrade to gel polish and rushed through my my pedicure and manicure when I declined. He was very kind which makes me feel bad for leaving a bad review but it was a sloppy job especially since my cuticles weren't properly cleaned. The first picture is a day later. Very disappointed. Helen rushed through my service & seemed annoyed that I asked her to fix the nails she filed crooked. While I was fixing the shape to my preference she rushed me to stop & said she would fix the shape after applying the dip. I don't want the dip to be filed off my nail from shaping which can result in lifting if too much dip is filed off. My nail beds are narrow & uniform from the cuticle to the tip. Now they look heavy, thick, & flare out slightly at the tip. One nail has a bubble, my right thumb has a wrinkle at the tip, & I still had to clean off excess color & dip from around my cuticles & under my nails after Helen decided she was done. Only giving 2 stars because my one of my nieces nails looked great & Lily did an amazing job on my pedicure massage. My other niece's cuticles were a mess. read more

I just want to be positive first. Donna, she is so amazing and before the new owners she was there with Tom. I used to come here all the time till they massively raised prices. She did an AMAZING gel pedicure and massage on me. She was kind, and not in a rush. By the way, I didn't even get a chair till 34mins after my appointment time. They apparently way overbook. Management before was AMAZING... I have to say, I worked in a nail salon, for more than two years. People come to you to relax, and to be pampered, etc. Nina was TERRIBLE. She did my gel x, and rushed the entire time. When I say "rushed" that was exactly it. I'm not bleeding or anything (though I would be)....my cuticles aren't even clean, she didn't want to "cut and file" the gel x nails so I ended up with some strange way short almond nails. She did ask me if it was ok, but at that point I was just done. So now I've spent 124$ for terrible gel x nails and a great pedicure. The receptionist, came and talked to both technicians probably about 10x in an hour, spoke to them...no idea what they were saying but let's just say, there was nothing relaxing about this. I am grateful I got in today, on a Friday but completely disappointed, especially with the price I paid. I've had better work at the mall.... Needless to say....I won't be coming back. read more
