The gel polish is thick at the base of my nails and has a ring of color around the cuticle. When I pointed out a bubble in the polish the nail tech seemed angry about it. And did not repair. I decided to go with the basic services and I still received a thorough removal of cuticles, calluses, scrub, massage, and hot towels. I went to get my nails done and at the last minute they over charged me to "fix" a nail. They did not inform me of this up charge prior to sitting to get them done. I would have appreciated a heads up about the cost, when they initially told me the cost of the refill without including this. The quality of nail work is also not very good. Would not go again. Horrible horrible horrible service! My boyfriend and I went here for manicures and pedicures we will not return. This nail salon treated my boyfriend as an insignificant customer giving him no joke a 5 minute manicure! They tried to charge my boyfriend for the deluxe pedicure that we requested however it was shorter than my regular pedicure and with the same exact services. For my pedicure the nail polish was not on evenly. For the manicures they made my finger bleed! read more

I thought I would check them out since it looked like they do cool nail art, but once I was in the chair, I realized this lady was super slow so I said just do pink and white. My hands were burnt and cut so many times my hands are still sore and she ended up putting clear acrylic only and making them razor sharp and painting the white tips on, whick in one day have already cracked and chipped. I loved how ready they were to serve walk-ins but I was very disappointed in my experience. Work was rather sloppy, with polish full of bubbles, and the technician carelessly tried to cut my cuticles which resulted in multiple cuts on my fingers that bled and are still hurting. Lisa is amazing, a true perfectionist. I get the powder manicure, and she shapes my nails beautifully. The finish is always perfect. Customer service is spot on. I will not be going back here. First and last experience. There are other salons where you're experience will be a lot better. I had a manicure and a pedicure. The results were ok. I would have preferred the polish meet my cuticle line but it was passable. There was No foot or calf massage like you would get at other places. Bare glaring exposed lightbulbs. A TV set that was annoyingly out of sink with picture and audio and an employee/owner hacking up phlegm for an hour and shuffling back and forth didn't make it a pleasurable experience. There are two technicians trained in sns, I would recommend making an appointment if this is the service you are seeking. I refuse to go anywhere but here to get my nails done. I get dip nails and the occasional pedicure. The staff here is so sweet, they really take care of their customers and they are fast! Lisa, the owner, is very passionate about what she does and it shows! They seem to really enjoy what they do, and it very much reflects in their work. However I was so incredibly disheartened and disappointed by the display of prejudice shown by the staff when two African American clients walked in. It was shocking. I am a loyal customer to Eden Nails. I am very particular about the shape of my nails and attention to detail throughout the ENTIRE nail and I have always left super happy with my nails. Tina is my nail lady and she is the cutest sweetest lady. I came here at 4:50 on a Sunday; the sign says they're open until 6, as does their online info. A woman was getting a manicure (she was minutes away from being done), so obviously there's a nail tech there. There's also a man there. After speaking to each other (not in English), they tell me that they're closing early today, and won't take me. Pretty frustrating since it's a rainy day and the only reason I even came out of my house was to do my nails. read more

UNLICENSED TECHS!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I have just recently moved to FL from TN and this location is close to where I work so I decided to try them out.. BAD IDEA. I've been having my nails done for 10+ years so I am familar with standard protocol and methods of service.Here were the HUGE problems at this salon... The drills were visibly not clean and when asked how they were sanitized no one could tell me. When the chemicals from the 2 unlabeled bottles started burning my hands I asked what was used and was told primer and no matter how many times I asked no one could tell me the exact chemical (my hands are still burning). I watched my tech drop the nail file on the unclean ground and she picked it up and attempted to use it on my nails and gave me attitude when I asked her to sanitize it or use a new one. The finished nails were bumpy, sharp, and I had paint all over my hands... I should have left but needed nails so I could finish out my work day. So when I left I took a picture of the salons license and went to take a picture of my techs license but couldn't find it on the wall. At that point I asked where it was and was told they didn't have it and that only the state could ask for it. I asked for the owners name and number and was refused a name and just handed a general business card. I plan on reporting this salon to the BBB and any other news channel that will listen. Salons like this give the nail industry a bad name and should be put out of business. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for 8 years. I love Michelle...she does a wonderful job, but have not been overly impressed with others. My biggest complaint is having football on the television. This is a nail salon with mostly women customers. Although I am a huge college football fan, when I go to the nail salon, I would like to feel like I am in a spa setting. Part of the experience is to relax, and it is NOT relaxing to hear a football game going on while I am sitting in a massage chair. It is also extremely rude when you are paying for the attention and the nail technicians stop to see what is going on with the game. I have complained about it nicely before, and it was not taken well...so, I believe after today I will find another place to go that puts the experience of its customers above the employees!
