They never responded to my calls and they never came on the requested delivery date. I had to ask multiple times for a contract. To confirm booking they required $150 deposit. They never picked up my vehicle because they said that their truck was needing repairs. I demanded a refund and they have not sent or initiated a refund. This company (AKA Auto Haulrz) is a scam. Entered our information on 3rd party to get quotes to move my vehicle from CO to NY. They came in the lowest, placed the deposit ($140). Only to get a call the day before saying the driver's vehicle is broken down and the cost tripled to go with another driver. I think it is a one man show and can't seem to get past him. We had a contracted price and guareenteed pick up date. No one showed up and no one from Eden/Autohauulrz would answe my text or calls. When I did get someone the next day I was told original driver had vehicle problems and could not do it so they had to jump through hops to find another driver that would do it Suddenly the price has doubled. The next day I get a call and they want addditional money because driver was having vehicle problems. If they didn't get money they would have to leave car on roadside. Horrible! I was given a quote for transporting my vehicle and then gave a deposit. The company then almost doubled the amount requested at delivery and would not refund my deposit claiming they already paid the driver which they did not. The driver informed me he did not receive a deposit and this company was lying to me and the driver about the total amount. If I had allowed my car to be transported I would not have been able to pay the amount due and my car would be towed. Stay away from this company, still have not received my refund, any 914# from them do not associate with these criminals. This company is a total fraud. Bamboozled me out of a $300 deposit. Price continued to escalate beyond what was promised after I made the reservation, so I cancelled and requested a refund. DO NOT use this company!!! Liar, liar, liar!!! They would give you a very low quote, and tell you that the driver will pick up your car on a certain day. Then right before the scheduled pickup day, they would call you and hiked up the price. I booked a vehicle pickup with Eden transportation, they charged me the deposit. Right before the pickup day, they told me that I had to pay more in order to have a driver. First I asked them to cancel the contract and refund my money which they did. But then I was in contact with the their agent again, because the guy was swearing and made promises that a driver will show up the very next day if I pay just a couple of more hundreds of dollars. I was in a hurry to ship the car, so I took up the offer, and agreed to a higher cost contract. The very next day, I waited for the whole day, no driver ever showed up. Then Eden transportation told me that they could find me another driver for a week later. I immediately demanded refund of my deposit, and cancelled my contract with them. Guess what? They refunded me $5 less of my original deposit, saying it was handling the fee??? I don't really care about that $5, but I can't believe that a company would go this low to cheat money out their customers. I have all the text messages, emails and phone records between me and Eden transportation. I will turn these over to the BBB. A liar cheating company like Eden Transportation Solutions shouldn't be even in business. They wasted lots of my time, and seriously delayed my schedule. Horrible horrible auto transportation broker. Do not use. Paid $200 as a deposit, apparently not a normal thing for auto brokers to ask for, two months in advance. Two days before the scheduled pickup date, I get a call from the broker saying that the car transportation company is demanding more money, so the $200 deposit will be going to them. I call the auto transportation company, not only did they not hike their rate as the broker claimed, they had the wrong date for pickup! The broker was not at all apologetic for his date mistake, but thankfully the car transportation company was able to move my pickup to the correct date. Next, I'm texting the driver who is coming the next day asking what the eta is and he says that the broker "didn't do his job right" because he didn't provide the pickup or drop-off location. At this point, I'm 99% sure the broker never meant for this transaction to go through, providing the wrong date, not providing an address, and upping the price at the last minute in order to keep the deposit. He is scamming his customers and he is scamming the car transportation company. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. The initial quote may be competitive, but he will jack it up at the last minute, making it the same price as the others, and probably won't even send the car service to get your car. Do yourself a favor, don't use this company and report this man to the FTC. read more
