Today they showed up early with 3 technicians, the lead tech (Jerry) was able to get the fireplace up and running again in about 30 minutes. They all worked to give my fireplace a thorough cleaning as well, and it has been long overdue. I like a contractor that shows up on time, knows their stuff, and leaves with everything in working order, plus they left everything cleaner and nicer than it was when they arrived. Jerry gave me sound advice about future self maintenance. All of that for about $100, not bad at all. If I ever have an issue again, I know who to call.

When I built my home in 1992, Craigo Installed my heat pump (never heated well, service was not…read moregood, and I replaced it with gas from Thompson's 10+ yrs later). Several years ago, the original condensate pump overflowed and ruined my family room-kitchen/laundry closet hardwood, and some drywall. Got that repaired and had a pan installed under furnace and pump. This week, I discovered major water damage along same wall. MasterDry and I discovered that, in installing the HVAC, Craigo had run the condensate hose waist-high, inside the furnace/family room shared wall, and it has failed, slowly dripping water unnoticed for a long period of time. Today, I have two walls of moldy drywall, 72 sq. ft. of saturated hardwood flooring and underlayment, and 2 garage storage closet walls removed, plus a beautiful handmade, built-in floor-to-ceiling media cabinet that has to be ripped out because of mold and water damage. Plus, we're not sure the outside wall can be saved. All because of their idiocy in furnace location and condensate pump drainage. I would not recommend Craigo for anything.
