Both cars are listed as having gone through a water damage reconditioning after being acquired by this dealer through the auction network. They tediously outline their water remediation techniques on their website, but not being satisfied by the description on the website I called and spoke to one of their reps. I went through most of the line items on their remediation procedures to confirm they actually do that for their cars. I was told the two cars I was interested in had level 1 water exposure, defined by them as having water up to the rocker panels but not infiltrating the door seals. Nevertheless, they removed the carpet and numerous other items inside to just "be sure". I was told they didn't have any documentation on how much damage was done or how the insurance claim presented. Like others, I was told the car was a part of a larger claim that just happened to be mixed in, as insurance companies do not have the time to go through the process of assessing every claim. So I felt pretty good. Their ebay reviews are nearly perfect, their other reviews on similar platforms equally as impressive. I thought to myself, damn, I am going to purchase all my cars from this place moving forward. BUT, today I woke up and decided to do a little checking. I entered the vin numbers for each car and sifted through the first couple pages of results before I stumbled on the site, www.plc.ua/en . I entered the vin numbers for each car and was surprised to see the results. The website shows alarming photos of the car before the dealer reconditioned it. The photos clearly show water had gone into the cabin and reached the fuse box in the footwell on the passenger side. After seeing these photos, I asked the dealer to send me a photo of the fuse box in the passenger wheel well. NO RESPONSE. I wanted to see how well they cleaned up a key component on a flooded car. I wanted to do a before and after comparison. I guess they were too busy to send me one photo of a car I would have spent $80k on. After doing the research and reading other reviews on this platform I decided I will never buy a car that has a recorded accident or any flaw with the title, from any source ever. It just isn't worth the risk. It's astonishing they are selling cars for well over $100k that have been flooded. I was able to find the truth simply by doing a 30 minute search. The same truth I am sure they have as well. If I can find it why wouldn't they do their own due diligence before making their investment. And if they are so proud of their work why don't they show you the before and after photos so you feel secure in your purchase? Thank god I didn't buy anything from them. Proceed with caution and do your own research on the cars they sell. Ask questions and demand the right answers, or proceed at your own risk. I have uploaded a few photos of the car they say didn't receive any water infiltration into the cabin of the car. Notice the parts all over the ground, the carpet pulled away from the floor, and the residue from the water damage on the fuse box. Not cool.

Experiences: 5 Stars for Sales, 1 Star for Finance**…read more If you are going to buy a vehicle at Randy Marion Subaru, you need to do two things: Ask specifically for Josh Toler in sales, and brace yourself for Keeley Murphy in the finance office. I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru WRX Premium for my son. My experience with my sales consultant, Josh Toler, was an absolute 10/10. I am a very detail-oriented buyer; I calculate my own taxes and fees down to the penny and negotiate strictly on the Out-The-Door price. Josh was incredible. He didn't play the typical dealership games, he didn't try to hide numbers, and he was completely transparent. He even communicated with me on his actual day off to ensure my exact target price was approved and ready for a 5:00 PM closing. He is honest, straightforward, and earned every bit of a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager, Keeley Murphy, completely ruined the vibe of what should have been a celebratory milestone. We went into the back office with our agreed-upon numbers and our down payment ready. The second we politely but firmly declined his pitch for extended warranties and protection packages, his entire demeanor flipped. The friendliness instantly vanished, and he became completely dismissive and cold. It was a very obvious *"let's just get this over with"* attitude, treating us like a chore he had to rush through simply because we weren't buying his high-margin extras. He then tried to stall the delivery by claiming we didn't have the "proper" insurance binder required to release the car. We didn't let that stop us--we simply went online and generated the exact required insurance documents right then and there. Yet, even after handing him exactly what he asked for to finalize the deal, his attitude remained completely checked-out and transactional. It is incredibly disappointing that after such a smooth, honest negotiation with Josh, the final step of the process was handled by someone who clearly stops caring about the customer experience the second they realize they aren't making a back-end commission. **The Verdict:** Go see Josh Toler. He will treat you with respect, work hard for you, and shoot you straight. But when it is time to sign the paperwork, be prepared to hold your ground, double-check your math, and don't let Keeley Murphy's dismissive attitude ruin the excitement of your new car.

SURE!! except this time I'm there for about twice as long to get half the work done... and I express my great displeasure to the service advisors (while apologizing for my harsh tone) because, well, you know... it's not their fault but they're the folks there. and when I get in my car my radio needs completely re-did (even the lighting!) because the battery was disconnected for a while... but the service engine soon light is off now because the battery was disconnected for a while... probably still in memory but that's not a huge thing and will get resolved when the bearings, gaskets, and timing belt get got

Rick showed up with an invalid copy of the "We Owe" document showing they owe me nothing. He had the version of the document I signed before we signed the document reflecting the agreement to repair the suspension that I attached here months ago. His document was not in my package at all. It just goes to show they will not only lie to you but place their hand on a bible, and lie to a judge under oath. As I said previously...unethical and dishonest. I suppose I'm done.....Maybe I purchased a used GMC Denali from Keffer Kia. I got home and realized there was hail damage and remnants from highway paint, and broken running boards. During the purchase we found a suspension problem and in writing they agreed to repair the issue. After a couple of BBB complaints they agreed to finally take the truck in. I got the truck back after almost 3 weeks and nothing but the partial hail damage repair. The costliest part (the roof) was never touched. I still have the suspension problem and now have to hire a lawyer. On 10/22 I asked for the gap insurance and service plan to be cancelled ($5500). They claim they sent a refund to the bank but as of today 2/5 It is still not showing credited to my account. They gave me an image of a check but that means nothing. I can write a check for a million dollars and put it in my desk drawer and it means absolutely nothing. Jason told me the sales folks were suppose to inform any prospective buyer the auto assist running boards were broken. That was not disclosed to me until 2 months after I purchased the truck. Really disappointed and unhappy I have to get a lawyer involved but I've tried everything to reason with them. I have been buying cars since before most of these folks were born and these people are the most dishonest and unethical people I have ever worked with. I'm left with $2500 for hail damage, $2300 for suspension repair, and $1900 for running boards. I already spent $800 trying to remove the highway line paint. UPDATE: Tired of playing. I paid to have a lawsuit filed today.- 2/6
