Disappointing. Let down. Unreliable. I ordered a special gift for delivery to a special family. I was deliberate with my order and add-ons for intended individuals. It wasn't a small order. My order was partially made and delivered, and perhaps this location thought I would not find out they shorted my order. I followed the process to complain, and no one has addressed their disappointing service. I have heard nothing. This location is not credible or reliable, and expect to be disappointed. This location has been terrific for me. I order several times a year for my elderly parents and the drivers are so patient with delivering. They wait for my folks to come to the door (sometimes 10 min!) and call me when any issue. They know the neighbors and can leave with them. Product is always as expected. I always order w confidence. Terrible. This should be a ZERO. Ordered for guaranteed Father's Day delivery. Got a call in early afternoon asking "if it was okay to have it delivered on Monday" (after Father's Day) because they had "an inconvenience", on the part of the store. Not immediately offered a refund, or a store credit (I had to ask). Only offered refund at that point. Not helpful when this is the only gift I have going to my father today. No manager was available to assist salesperson, who had no power to issue a credit. I was told to call back tomorrow morning to talk to the manager. More work on my end than this was worth. For price of product and the fact that it was for Father's Day (not the Monday afterward, which by the way is a national holiday), this was really bad service. Will not be ordering from them again and suggest you don't either. **as an addition, if you try to complain to edible arrangements, they will send you a form for a link that does not work. Additionally, they will not work with you directly but you will have to talk directly to the franchise, which clearly has an issue with the manager if you continue to read reviews on Yelp. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from their website on 8/22 for a delivery on a weekend (paid extra) for my daughter on her birthday. I got a very expensive fruit and dipped chocolate arrangent. The picture is what she received three days late! I called on the delivery date and was told fedex didn't pick up on time. And was offered a refund immediately. No other options were given from "customer service". So I called the local store who rudely told me they were not responsible for tracking the items once they left the store. The woman was rude and unhelpful. I asked for the manager who wasn't there and asked for him/her to call me, and that didn't happen either. This is what arrived. Never ever ever will I order from them again. I can't even begin how disappointed and upset I was with edible for messing up with my order and my mum's birthday sweet treat. I wanted to buy something else but for the date I chose they didn't have a guaranteed delivery. Anyway they offered me fof the particular delivery day different items, delivery guaranteed. Well the order did not arrive on time. Instead it arrived 4 days later totally soggy. The strawberries were all over the box. The bananas were totally black. the box was opened to begin with and there was no birthday card attached. The card message said the location of the card island at the warehouse. Last time I used edibles. Customer service sucked. They tried to offer us free delivery only which was only 20% of the price we paid. After talking to the manager we got full refund but the bad memories cannot be deleted. read more

Yesterday ordered a delivery for my moms birthday, paid for same day delivery (even though the Branford branch is about 800 yards from my house) because I wanted to make her day extra special. Received a call from the Madison branch telling me the Branford branch wasn't even open that day and there was no way the Madison branch could deliver to my house. I was very frustrated they even allowed me to pay for same day shipping on the site knowing these were the circumstances ..... and due to the Branford branch being closed I couldn't even have my dad pick it up on the way home. I offered to call an Uber driver for the order from Madison, out of my own pocket, to make sure it got to her. Nope, I was told by an incredibly rude representative Amanda that since it was "just a birthday" no one would be making my order, and that she couldn't help me, didn't know anything, and wasn't authorized to give me a refund. Second day out from my mom's birthday, she still hasn't received the order. At this point I just want a refund, but no one is answering the phone or my emails. If it does arrive sometime today, i would still like a refund on my same day shipping because of the late delivery. Shed a couple tears over this since it's the first birthday not safe to spend with her due to COVID, just wanted to make her day special. This is the worse company!!!! If they had zero stars that's what they would have got! You pay and they don't deliver! Customer server is horrific! Ordered Dec 23rd for Christmas rus delivery on the 24th. Receiver not home when called, and temp driver left package out in 50 degree weather. Recipient found it 2 days later, and threw it away. I made one call to the store, speaking to "Patricia". She said she'd let the owner know in the morning, and I wondered how this would go. The store had a new arrangement ready the next morning, and the receiver loved the arrangement. I think a hundred bucks for something out of the ordindary and delivered to the door is a deal. I know things go wrong, sometimes. This store didn't take the time to question or deny that... they just went to work making it right. On line ordering is easy. Add-ons are expensive, but who would expect them to be anything else? read more
