Absolutely fresh and delicious! Very attentive wait staff. We sat outside which had a relaxed vibe. Order the fresh classic margaritas! Close to 95 too.

Loved Arturo's! I was a little skeptical of the concept (Mexican and Italian fusion), but was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. It is a small space. Homey with a touch of elegance. On the day we went it seemed there was family in the restaurant which was nice to see. The service was fast and friendly. We went for brunch and my omelet and cappuccino were exactly what I was looking for that morning. They have specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4-8 for drinks and apps. Thursday they have a special which includes a salad entree and dessert for around $30 which I'm hoping to try soon. Highly recommend.

We tried Arturo's on a whim for breakfast the service, cleanliness, and ambience inside are stellar which you would not expect from the location. We both had egg & cheese sandwiches which came on a fresh bun with a side of hash browns. The hash browns are the only reason this isn't a four star review they are mixed with peppers and are undercooked and a bit slimy, not at all good. I had a yummy mimosa and our bill was super reasonable.

This place is a 10 out of 10...at least in terms of the food. Our service was excellent... our very young waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. When we asked for advice about which items to order, he gave us fun and smart counsel! We sat outside on a beautiful summer night. We did not sit in the dining room, which is immaculately clean, though not my particular taste in terms of decor. It's very modern. The menu has some really eclectic choices. We opted for a roasted fig appetizer, which was a special on the night we were there. The figs were stuffed with cheese, roasted, wrapped in prosciutto, and drizzled with balsamic. They were melt in your mouth delicious. My husband had the homemade gnocchi topped with burrata, and he opted to add some meatballs to his order. All of it was outstanding, most especially the meatballs. I ordered the stuffed chicken that was drizzled with pesto sauce. And I will be honest I can't wait to order it again. They should bottle and sell this sauce! Seriously... I would take a bath in it. We can't wait to return as it is rare when you feel like you get more value than what you paid for. This restaurant felt like that!

Went to Arturo's for breakfast . Felt the Mexican vibes going on here . Had the Ala Mexicana, scrambled eggs with onions and fresh Jalapeños with a side of hash browns . Add the home made pepper sauces and you got some great stuff happening here . Spicy breakfast with flavors lingering well after you left . My wife had the Greek omelette full of spinach and onions and grilled chicken and feta with a side of hash browns. Authentic and full of flavor . My friend had the egg sandwich on rye . No complaints . Really enjoyed the breakfast ! Great customer service from our waitress ! Friendly and attentive!

Amazing decor and even better food. Right when you walk in you can recognize this place is going to be good. We went with the eggs Benedict. I had the crab cake and my friend the classic. Both delicious. The regular coffee was strong. So many different things on the menu I hope I can try them all in future visits to the state. Came all the way across the country to have some of the best eggs Benedict ever.

I was solo on a Saturday and looking for a spot for brunch and found this little unassuming gem. You could easily miss it if you're not paying attention as it's in a little spot with a few other businesses. When I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely woman who seated me. The restaurant decor is beautiful. A young man, I believe his name was Juan, came to take my drink and food order. I ordered a mimosa, which had fresh squeezed o.j., and the veggie omelette with a side of bacon. I wasn't crazy about the shredded potatoes, but the omelette was good and the bacon was cooked nice and crisp. I also tried the classic margarita which was delicious. Definitely a great little spot.

What a fantastic and cute find! My friend has been here twice and today she introduced me to this little gem. We went for brunch/ late breakfast. Food was amazing, our waiter Juan Pablo was awesome, friendly and provided us with wonderful service. The portions are big and price menus are great too. Such a clean little spot. I'd love to come back and check Out dinner!

A gem in the rough. Off the beaten path, Arturo's provided an incredible dining experience in an unexpected plaza near a local microbrewery. Cocktails included a fiery, smokey peach tequila goblet of deliciousness, jalapeño margarita from the cocktail menu as well as all the standards. A unique mix of Mexican and Italian entrée styles as well as delectable appetizers including ceviche.

Another great place for a quick bite! The menu is simple and contains everything you need for a Mexican American joint! The tacos were super delicious! I had Carnitas and Shrimp tacos, $3 a piece. It's a small and clean place with a great environment. I'll bet this place rocks it in the summer!

My sisters and I went to breakfast at the spot. It was a cute, quaint and nicely decorated restaurant with a full bar. I thoroughly enjoyed my Chilaquiles! They had a choice between green or red sauce and I went for the red sauce, which actually was very spicy just like I like it! I tried my sister's crab Benedict dish and it was quite tasty as well. I wouldn't say lumps of crab meat, but seasoned nicely! English muffin with toasted perfectly as well. One of the highlights is the homemade shredded hashbrowns. Seasoned to perfection. Pro tip - ask for them crispy! Service was good and pretty quick. Prices we decent but a tad overpriced, my opinion for what I got. We'll be back though for bottomless, mimosas during brunch!

While I can't speak for everyone else's experience, I can speak to my own, and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. especially regarding food allergies and the zero percent effort put into finding additional information from the kitchen. When looking over the menu, I asked our waiter whether the pesto contained pine nuts because I have a tree nut allergy. He responded in an annoyed tone that he didn't know and simply told me not to order it. He didn't offer to ask the kitchen or try to find the answer, which was especially surprising considering he had just asked if anyone had questions about the menu. Since I still wanted to know if the pesto was safe, I walked up to the host stand where three employees were standing. I asked the same question, and one of the women immediately replied, "No, of course not. There are no nuts in pesto." When I asked if she was sure, she confidently said they never make it with nuts. It was clear from her reaction that she wasn't actually certain.... she simply wasn't familiar with the fact that traditional pesto often contains pine nuts. (Which is fine if you don't know but please, please ask instead of assuming!) At that point I mentioned to everyone that I carry an EpiPen because I have an allergy. Only then did she say, "Actually, let me ask the kitchen." She returned a moment later and informed me that yes, the pesto did in fact contain pine nuts. Food allergies are NOT preferences they can be life-threatening. It's alarming that staff members were willing to answer so confidently without actually verifying the information first or further more to not even have a care in the world to ask for me and told me to order something else? I hope Cafe Fiore takes this as an opportunity to better educate staff on food allergies and the importance of checking with the kitchen whenever there is any uncertainty. Instead of answering blindly. A simple question about ingredients should never be treated as an inconvenience, and guests should be able to trust that the information they're given is accurate when their health depends on it. It is not a big ask. Simply go ask the kitchen. Overall the food was just okay, the inside however seemed clean and well taken care of but I will not be returning. No meal is worth wondering whether the information you're being given is accurate. When a guest asks about an allergen, the only acceptable answer is one that has been verified with the kitchen.... not a guess. Someone else's life could depend on it.

After learning how to cook from his mother and grandmother, DiLegge immersed himself in all aspects of the restaurant business. From the 8th grade onward, he was cooking, washing dishes, serving, and working his way up to the front line of the kitchen. He attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America where he graduated with high honors. In 1992, DiLegge opened Pasta Così (a play on the Italian expression "Basta Così", meaning "That's enough") at 3 Linden Avenue along the beautiful shoreline in the Indian Neck village section of Branford. He quickly gained a great reputation for his homemade pastas and fresh sauces. In 2007, DiLegge relocated the restaurant to its current location along the historic Branford Green. In addition to being a chef and restaurant owner, DiLegge is also a firefighter for the New Haven Fire Department. He has an excellent kitchen staff who run things at the restaurant when he can't be there. As one can imagine, DiLegge is happy to cook for his fellow firefighters when he's stationed at the firehouse. My wife and I recently had a lunch date at Pasta Così. We had a gift certificate that we had been meaning to use for a while. From the bar, I enjoyed a glass of "Limoncello Spritz" (Tito's, Punzone limoncello, Luminsoa prosecco & club soda served on ice w/ a wedge of lemon) while my wife had a "Cazcabel Blood Orange Marg" (Cazcabel Reposada tequila, fresh-squeezed blood orange juice & ripe margarita). They really hit the spot! For our entrees, we couldn't imagine getting anything but a pasta dish. I had the signature "Pasta Così" (penne, crumbled sausage, broccoli rabe, white beans, sun dried tomatoes & parmesan) and my wife had the "Famous Lobster Ravioli" (served with/ a roasted garlic and plum tomato sauce, fresh lobster meat). Both dishes were phenomenal! They tasted so fresh and homemade; we felt like we were served elevated dishes that were lovingly prepared by someone's Italian mother or grandmother. I would love to recreate the "Pasta Così" dish at home sometime. We had a lovely lunch at Pasta Così and would love to try more of Chef DiLegge's delicious creations again in the future!
