It was filling and it was super tasty - so tasty that I had to buy all the ingredients to recreate myself (at home). I'll definitely visit this location again when I'm on that side of town just for this bowl because apparently not all their locations carry it. As far as pricing goes, it's standard for what you'd pay for a fully loaded açaí bowl. Nothing crazy. The full ingredients include: Triple berries (strawberries, blueberries and goji berries) atop an açaí base topped with honey drizzle and Purely Elizabeth granola. However, there is a huge difference between waiting a normal amount of time and standing around for almost an hour. If the location was extremely backed up or having some kind of issue, customers should at least be informed instead of being left wondering what is taking so long. And unfortunately, after waiting 50 minutes, the actual smoothie wasn't even good. That's what made the experience even more frustrating. If I'm going to wait that long, I expect the order to at least be worth the wait. Instead, I got something that tasted terrible and honestly felt like a complete waste of my time and money. Melissa called me 20 mins prior to a scheduled pickup asking for more time as the fondant wasn't holding up. I requested a full refund given the appearance of the cake. I had to hide the multiple areas of missing fondant with moons .. It was a big disaster, absolutely disappointing and upsetting. She had the audacity to respond back in capital letters and refused to provide a full refund -despite claiming that she holds customer service at an excellent level. Needless to say, I will not be using this baker again !!!
