I preordered my cookies this morning via the Crumbl app. I ordered a total of 7 cookies & we the pick up time to 1pm. When I arrived I was not greeted by anyone. There was a person at the counter helping a group(family) order. Another person at the counter appeared to be mixing the batter for the cookies. I immediately walked over to the pickup counter went to my app and clicked on 'I'm here'. I noticed my name didn't appear on the screen at first. And the women who just finished helping the large family walked to the back without asking me if I were here for pickup. She then returned and gave the family their order. Here it is 1:30 and finally someone else asks me if I were here for pick up and I responded yes and provided my name 'Jay'. It took a while but she provided me my order with a smile. This is my second time trying Crumbl and this is a different location from my first time. My cookies so far have been delicious it's just the service was not the best. Took away a star because although they have multiple types of cookies each week, sometimes they mainly have cream cheese based cookies and those are foul. Highly recommend the app so you can track mystery cookies and keep track of which cookies you did or didn't like when trying them. ive only had it three times but both times it has been amazing!! the first time i got a warm cookie because they had just came out the oven and it was too good. the wait time isnt long at all considering it just opened up. you should eat the cookies in two parts thought because of how big it is but thats just me. i would really recommend crumbl to people read more

I'm obsessed with these cookies . Love the mystery cookies when they're available they are always fresh and moist. the cookies are worth the money as well. Also they stay fresh up to five days with proper storage. Usually wrap mines in a napkin then plastic wrap, then I microwave for about twenty to thirty seconds and enjoy! read more
