My experience with this Edible Arrangement was absolutely excellent! Staff was very pleasant and understanding in what I needed as the tray I ordered was for my friend whose mother had just died. This order was for sympathy. The basket i order was $99.99. Its ok, I liked it. When we picked up the basket didn't look anything like what I saw in the picture. I do see strawberry, grapes and only few pineapple flowers. All I see is melon and honey dew. I called she says.she is.sorry. she is.not sorry. I'd she was she would've said she will make another one . And who knows how fresh the fruit is. My husband picked up.tje basket. What kind of soul do people have to scam you like this. I have ordered from several EA stores and have never had any complaints. This EA store in Clifton has to be THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The owner should be ashamed of their hiring process. I ordered a platter for family members who just lost a loved one. I paid the extra money for a same day delivery. Called the store ahead to ensure it was feasible (the girl who answered was polite and helpful). The delivery driver called my number, let it ring once and hung up. When I called back it went to voicemail so I text and it was not delivered. I had my boyfriend call and it rang but no answer, so clearly the delivery person blocked my number to pretend they attempted the delivery. My boyfriend called a second time and it rang but no answer; so I had him call a third time and he too was blocked. Whoever the delivery driver is, needs to be fired. How do you want to get paid for a job and don't want to do it? The entitlement!! They lost my $150. I will never place an order with them again. read more

I used to always order from the Edible Arangements store in Nutley, NJ, however, not any more. The manager there, Paul, was rude & not at all helpful or accommodating! He didn't care if he lost me as customer and HE DID! VERY POOR cuatomer service from Paul in Nutley! I switched to Clifton, which is a longer drive for me. However, the drive was well worth it! The Clifton store is excellent! Fruit is fresh and staff are very friendly! Yesterday, I ordered from there and had the pleasure of meeting Renee. She was friendly, pleasant and went out of her way to make this experience a positive one! Renee was truly concerned about the quality of the prodcut and making the customer happy. Awful! Placed an order for a get-well arrangement for a coworker. We wanted delivered the same day, but they couldn't. They said it would be delivered the next day, which was Saturday. On Monday, we found out the arrangement was not received. We had the confirmation that it would be delivered and the funds were taken out of our account, but it was not delivered. I called and was told that they called the number we supplied but no one answered, so they didn't deliver. I made sure the number they had was correct and checked with the individual to see if there was a missed call. He checked his phone but he didn't receive a voicemail nor did have a missed call. The EA agent lied, he didn't care that they didn't deliver as promised. He just asked do you want it delivered today? Don't order from this store, they are the worst. read more

I placed an order on Monday for a Valentine's berry bunch of strawberries to pick up for Friday. First they didn't have my order, second when I got my box the strawberries were the size of grapes! This is hands down the best edible arrangements location that I have ever dealt with, and I will continue to only order from this location as long as they deliver to destinations of future orders. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic they were 100% reliable and on point with my orders! Everything was beautiful and the notes were copied exactly as I wrote them. They delivered the arrangements on the correct dates and fairly early in the day! I appreciated that because nothing is worse than waiting around all day & holding your breath for your loved one to receive your gift. I am grateful to the Clifton, NJ edible arrangements! Their customer service is AWESOME! The staff, especially Mandy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of their way to make me a satisfied and happy customer. I ordered my basket at 4p and orders need to go in by 3p for same day delivery, which is what I wanted. Mandy said they would do what they could to accommodate me and they did! Unfortunately, no one was home when they made the delivery and the basket had to go out the following day. I realized the following day I had given the wrong address. Mandy was so understanding and nice about my error. It is nice to order from a place who does not to make you feel bad when you unintentionally inconvenience them. Thank you edible arrangements. I will never order from Edible Arrangements after the experience I had with the Clifton location. I took up a collection for a co-worker and placed the order online on a Friday afternoon to be delivered the following Monday during school hours. I purchased a large fruit basket, Godiva chocolates, and a premium gift card totaling $215. Within those few days, I attempted to contact the corporate offices for an issue with the premium card, but they don't have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They just route you to your local store. Therefore, I could only deal with the Clifton staff. To make a long story short, the package did not arrive on Monday by the end of the school day, so I called and spoke to the manager. He told me that a driver called out. Ok...so you weren't going to notify me? He said that it could be delivered tomorrow by 10:30. 12:00pm came and it hadn't arrived. It arrived shortly thereafter and there were no Godiva chocolates! I called the store and the girl told me that they were out of stock and asked if anyone called me for a substitute. I told her no and they made their own substitution of chocolate-covered strawberries. I told her I wanted to speak with the manager, so she left him a note to call me when he arrived. Guess what? That call never came. I just gave up because I was only aggravating myself at this point. I highly suggest no one orders from them unless you are prepared to get agitated by their incompetence. read more

I want to write on how awesome this store is! I placed An online order in the middle of the night which by some reason reverted to edible arrangements international website. For some reason the order got lost. After calling the Clifton location (since this is where the delivery would be coming out of) all the staff members helped looking for my order, they even called their cooperative office, they spent almost 2 hours with me going back n forth trying to find what happened to my order and to help resolve the issue. Finally the order issue was cleared up due to a paypal issue. The staff at this location placed the order for me direct, saved me $10 on my original order and even placed and delivered this super fast. The staff went above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy. I will def be using this store again! read more

I placed an order with edible arrangements using the Northglenn Colorado store to have a delivery made for a Halloween party. When the delivery showed up, only half was delivered. I was never notified by edible arrangements about this situation. I was only made aware of the situation by the people who received the arrangement. They never called to inform me that they canceled a portion of order and after I called to complain they only refunded me a very small portion of what I had originally ordered. I find this unacceptable! After reaching out to the customer Care line I was told I had to wait 48 hours for the original store to get back to me. It's been three days and not even an email or a call. I have used edible arrangements in the past and I've never had an issue but this i find just totally unacceptable. I'll think twice about possibly using them ever again. read more

I spent almost $100 on an arrangement (including tax and a $12 delivery fee) to be delivered on my grandmother's birthday, this past Saturday. Saturday came and went with no delivery. Since I live in another time zone, I forwarded the confirmation to my mother and asked her to call to follow up. She was told that no one had been home at the time of delivery (which might have been true, depending on the time). When my mother asked why no notice had been left at the door, she was told that a representative had called both my grandmother and me to reschedule delivery. (Neither of us ever received a call.) My mother asked them to redeliver on Sunday morning. When the arrangement finally arrived Sunday evening, my mother sent me a photo. I'll upload it here as a warning to anyone thinking of using this location for delivery. Close to $100 for a pathetic-looking, tiny arrangement that arrives a day late (and only after follow-up)? Never again. I've always been happy with Edible Arrangements before, but will NEVER use them again. UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and he refunded my money. It was sweet and great that my boyfriend did something sweet for me by getting me an arrangement. The fruits were good, and they were displayed nicely. But the mood was spoiled because of the card. It honestly felt like a 1st grader typed up the message. Not only did they misspell my boyfriend's name (David...how do you misspell David to Daved?) but there were other typos in the note, and no capitals, or appropriate spaces. They are in the business and the message is just as crucial as the arrangement. It's a shame a nice moment had to get spoiled by us being upset and laughing hysterically as to how someone could actually send that out. There is something called spell check! read more

Very poor customer service. My colleague ordered an arrangement for me from the Edible Arrangement location at 890 Van Houten Avenue Clifton, New Jersey. I missed the delivery by 9 minutes. I called the location and the woman Anna assured me that they will return that day. They never returned. I called the next day and Anna answered the phone. I told her I have not received the arrangements and gave her my order information. She puts me on hold for 15 minutes and comes back asking me if she could help me. She totally forgot she had me on hold. I told that I was talking to her and already gave her my information, she puts me on hold again and then a guy answered the call. I gave my information to him now. He then tells me that they will have to redo my arrangement, and will deliver sometime today. They close at 5pm, it is close to 4pm and they still have not delivered my arrangement. Horrible service.....unacceptable..... They need to work on their customer service. I would like to start out that my Mother's Day was going great till I found out my arrangement was delivered and just dropped On my door step not even with a knock on the door or the ringing*of the door bell. I went to track my order and I got very excited that my order was delivered to open my door and nothing was there. I them went to my other tenants apartments and they did not receive it either. Now I ordered again, it was never delivered and when I called to check on the order they did not pick up their phone. It took calling Edible Arrangements headquarters to get in touch with them. I sent a fruit arrangement to my sister for her birthday. She said the fruit was nice and sweet. Glad it tasted as good as it looked.

I would like to mention I submitted a customer service form just to let them know of my dissatisfaction about 2 months later as I had medical issues ongoing at the time but also because I was not looking for any sort of resolution to my issue. It was filled just as a review to let them know how I felt about the service. I had not received a single response whatsoever from anyone. To my surprise a few weeks later they redelivered a fresh arrangement with the proper balloon this time. It still didn't look like what I have had from other locations but much better this time. I'm satisfied with their effort in redelivering a fresh, new one but I don't like the customer service as in I had no clue nor did they reach out to me to let me know at least of how they were handling it. I did just today receive a call from the manager asking if the second arrangement was fine and he was extremely nice in making sure everything was to my satisfaction and if my issue had been resolved.
