This store sucks they are very rude. I just had my wisdom surgery I was trying to get flowers for my mother's birthday instead they wanted to send me this shitty singular rose, they didn't even try to contact me through door dash. I've took customers before on door dash and yes it is possible to reach your clients they just didn't want to . I do not recommend getting from them I never even got my stuff they are the worst don't even know how they're still open

Out for delivery now for 24 hours, still nothing.

Valentine's day gift did not arrive at all, despite "out for delivery" message on tracking of delivery. Paid an extra $14.95 for delivery on valentine's day and nothing showed up. Left a message with the store about no delivery, and no call back or email from anyone at the store.

I personally feel with how expensive it was to gift - the balloon I purchaed with order should not have came deflated & LEGIT not even tied to the bag lol. If who I sent it to didn't grab it right away it prob would have been down the road. . I know it seems minor but when you spend $100 on a few cookies a MINI cake it's just the concept.

    Large arrangement received 12/21/2021

Ordered two large arrangements to be delivered to family in Hilliard. One on 12/18 and a second one on 12/21. My sister sent me photos of both to show that they arrived and to thank me. The second arrangement on 12/21 was perfect and exactly what I ordered. The first, arriving on 12/18 was not the large version. (See photos.) Store called me after I complained on the website. She suggested that the two arrangements were the same (without seeing photos) and said that my family probably ate some of the first arrangement before the photo. Call to corporate resulted in the customer service representative ending the call after I refused a 20% off my next order as compensation. I cannot complain about the second order. It was perfect. But if I hadn't made the second order, we might not ever have known that the first order was not right. Also follow-up customer service is definitely not good. It's a shame because my family likes these arrangements and it is a good way for me to send a gift when we cannot be together. I guess I'm looking for something else in the future.

The piece of crap is on the left that we received. On the right is what's "promised"

I visited for the first time in many years and found that most vendors have changed over the years. One familiar vendor is the Market Blooms at the North Market. I had a delightful experience picking up some flowers yesterday for some family friends in the area. I actually came specifically to visit this vendor and found them easily in the middle of the North Market. There was no wait but it was also mid-afternoon on a weekday. I glanced through the creative card selection (out of curiosity) and then checked out the flower options. They had some floral arrangements ready for pick up at a variety of prices. I selected the mid-range price and was delighted at the options I had. I used a combination of a gift card and credit card, which was easy to do. The flowers were well received by me and later by my family friends who I gave them to as a thank you for hosting me for a meal. While I was there, I met two of the vendors including a man who had been working there for more than thirty years. That made sense as I last stopped by for flowers at this same vendor approximately twenty years ago, and he looked familiar. Market Blooms opened for business in 1990 with the simple mission of becoming a neighborhood flower shop serving the local community. While I was at a conference this week, someone asked me if I knew the nearest place to take an Uber or Lyft to get flowers, and I mentioned I thought that there was a flower store in the North Market, only across the street from the convention center. I then realized I had a need for flowers and took my own advice. The location is in the middle of the North Market near the front doors. The hours at the North Market are Monday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 to 5 PM. I would assume that later during the lunch hour during the weekends (and weekdays) it is probably quite busy. Market Blooms still has the same missions; they are still that neighborhood shop with buckets of freshly picked flowers, ready to greet people at the door. Learn more about Market Blooms at https://www.marketbloomscolumbus.com. If I'm ever in Downtown Columbus needing flowers, I will certainly plan on shopping again at Market Blooms.

**It's YE Gurl -- flower-forward and fragrance-filled on May 10th **…read more While bopping around the **Hops on High Street Fair**, I caught sight of a parade of women twirling around with bouquets like flower-crowned woodland creatures -- and you know I had to follow the trail. It led me straight to **Blossom Flower Bar**, a new florist business that's clearly got the *soft launch meets cool girl era* vibe down. Think: **Trader Joe's DIY floral section** but with actual stylish florist folks on hand to help if you want a real-deal bouquet or guidance on your stems. The vibe? Youthful, jazzy, and blooming with potential. **What I grabbed:** An **exotic mix of flowers** -- the last of the bunch, since they'd opened early for the fair and I swung by post-lunch. A few stems, some not-yet-budded beauties, and a *slightly* picked-over selection still ran me **\$56 with tax**. Yes, that stung a bit, but listen -- **tariffs have upped your Mother's Day flowers by 30%**, so don't say I didn't warn you! Still, the bouquet is **thriving in my vase** days later, and I learned a little flower care too (no direct sunlight, y'all -- so off the kitchen counter and onto my coffee table they went). I don't quite understand the fascination of this city with food and drink, since the other reviews claim they can add it. Why? So you all can overstay your welcome in this shot gun style business? Come on now. Let's keep the drinks and food menu for private events and just learn to pack a sandwich people. LOL **Final thought:** With the plant girl aesthetic booming post-COVID, it's no surprise **florists are hip again**. But let's not forget to show the same support to these **mom-and-pop petal pushers** who bring beauty to the block one bouquet at a time.

I love that the menu gives you a recipe to make your bouquet and the prices per stem are also listed so you don't get sticker shock at the end. My Book Club went for a girls day to make bouquets, and we had a blast! They will let you bring your own alcohol and snacks in too. Definitely room for them to grow and offer their own food and beverage selections in the future though to add to the experience.
