Placed an order on January 26th to be delivered to my grandchildren on Valentine's Day, as they love the chocolate covered fruit arrangements. My credit card was charged immediately, I also received an order confirmation in email; however, the order was never delivered. I have tried many attempts to contact the Grandview store to find out why the delivery never happened, ending up with numerous unreturned voice mail messages and email message I sent to this store. This has been the most frustrating experience ever with a business establishment. Never again!!! I have disputed the credit card charge with my bank as this seems like the only avenue to pursue at this point. read more

The worst customer service to follow up on an order has laced on December 16th. Two times hung up on from store in Columbus after holding over 30 mins both times. Then called 800 number, only to be transferred 5 times for them to reprocess my order with no credit or up grade to order that will be 4 days late. Do not waste your money and do not give as gifts. read more

On December 21 I ordered a winter Wonderland cake from edible arrangements on Lyra dr in Columbus Ohio to be delivered to my friend on the 22nd. I called to get an approximate time it would be delivered so it wouldn't interrupt her day and she wouldn't have to stay home all day. I was told they were swamped and it would be better if she picked it up today herself after 3 I called my friend and told her what I got her for Christmas And I gave her the number to call to make arrangements to pick it up. first of all, I bought it because she loves a good cake and she loves edible or entrance. Cake cost me $50 and that's outrageous. Then when she called to see what time she can pick it up for sure she was told it has not even been made. The lady on the phone told her she would make it sometime tonight. I am going to be livid if that cake isn't ready in the morning. Don't promise on your website you can order and have things delivered in 24 hours and then not even make it. they even offer same-day delivery. I know it's Christmas and everybody's busy but you need to treat your customers better. And the cost of your product is ridiculous. I won't be doing business here again. read more

I usually love coming here. Not today!! I went in and ordered two smoothies and a cup of chocolate covered strawberries. One smoothie was for a friend who's never tried them before. The girl makes my strawberries seemingly annoyed then makes the smoothies and I thought they looked funny but figured they would taste fine. No they are absolutely gross to attempt to drink through a straw they are both not even close to being blended! Not only that I had a smoothie punch card, she only punched one when I bought two. And didn't offer me a way to carry any of the things I bought out to my car across the street. It was at 1pm on Saint Patrick's Day. Young girl. I'd like two new replacement smoothies. read more

I ordered my daughter's birthday arrangement at 8:54am. I only ordered because they stated they could do same-day delivery. I would have gone with a different vendor if there was going to be an issue. I called at 1:03 because she had still not received it and asked if they could give me an estimate of what time it would be there because she hadn't taken her lunch. I was told "no more than an hour." At 3:21 my daughter had still not received it and when I called, I was told that the driver rearranged the schedule because schools take a priority and they had until 5pm to deliver it to a business. The person I spoke with was irritated that I would be upset. My daughter gets off of work before 5pm. If you are short-handed, that should be disclosed before someone orders. I understand that there are issues where that is concerned, but it is awful that she has waited all day for her surprise and she may not even get it. More than disappointed. read more

This is my first time ordering from edible arrangements and I do not think I will be repeat customer. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary, but hadn't realized that you are unable to specify a time for delivery. They claim that they will deliver at some point throughout the day selected, but cannot give a specific time, which usually does not work for most people. They said you are able to request a 4 hour window of time, but it is not guaranteed. I requested an afternoon window, and it was still delivered outside of that time, when my boyfriend wasn't home. I would think a company that specializes in surprise deliveries would have a system for this. If florists can figure it out, you can too. I also spoke with two different people at the location, who were less than enthused to answer questions or be of any help. read more

I Purchased an arrangement for a friend in the Columbus area - and the friend notified me that the arrangement looked good - BUT, upon tasting some of the fruit, did not like the taste - the fruit was mushy. This tells us that it was old. To cover up old fruit with chocolate is awful. Of course, you taste the chocolate first - but my friend is very discriminating and knew the fruit was not good. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They delivered an arrangement on the wrong day when the recipients were out of town. They left the arrangement anyway and luckily a neighbor saw them and called me to let me know. I immediately called the store and they said, "Well it might be ok. Just keep it out of the heat. (BTW...I live two hundred miles from them)." Really?!?! The neighbor had left for vacation so I had nobody to get it. I told the store that they would have to deliver another one tomorrow on the right day at the right time. They said "NO" they couldn't do that. Well I asked for a manager and none were to be found. I spent the next three weeks calling the store and trying to get DEBBIE to handle this but to no avail. She informed me that delivery charges were not refundable per company policy. WHAT?!?!?!? I contacted the corporate offices five (5) times and they said they would look into it. Finally I contacted the Attorney General's office and filed a complaint. This whole company is HORRIBLE. Look on the internet at various sites for over 1232 customer complaints for this company. They should NOT be in business. read more
