My parents tried to send me an edible arrangement for Valentines Day but it was quite the ordeal. It's safe to assume that they were swamped with orders for the week, so my delivery came two days late. When the order was finally delivered, I wasn't home, so I ended up just stopping by the store to pick it up. My arrangement was beautiful and the fruit tasted fresh, I enjoyed it! I recently received my very first edible arrangement from one of my best friends for my birthday. I was totally surprised when it arrived at my door. The delivery person was patient with me as I was on crutches at the time and moving rather slow. They waited until I answered to make sure it was received and not just sitting on the door step, much appreciated. I loved the sweet little note that it came with and the fruit was all pretty fresh. The pineapple could have been better, but let's be real... The chocolate covered strawberries were the star of the show. Along with the bouquet of fruit, my delivery include a mini cheesecake with sprinkles. It was supposed to have a candle with it too, but that was missing. ***BUYER BEWARE*** This location has many bad reviews that I wish I looked at before I placed my order. My daughter's delivery was stolen therefore she never received it. When I called and calmly tried to explain what happened, the woman on the phone was very combative and kept blaming me for the problem. She wouldn't stop talking over me and I repeatedly had to ask her to stop, and please let me explain. All she offered was a pathetic 20% off discount. I had to re-order the item since it was a surprise and by some miracle, this 2nd order finally made it to her. I've never received such incompetent, combative, and unaccommodating customer service. Echoing the other reviews, this location seems to be problematic. Ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day, the resultant page showing the status of my order NEVER changed. I called the location, they never answered the phone. Called customer service and was able to get some info, however it was almost 10pm on Mother's Day by the time my order was delivered...and the order status never changed...as mentioned before. Owner of location contacted with 24 hours about my complaint email on the website and asked for photos. I replied, however, did not hear back. After 3 unanswered emails from me asking how it was being addressed over 8 days, I finally called the 800 number, and was routed directly to the location based on my order number. Owner answered, went and found the photo I sent, advised I was right that this bouquet was unacceptable...and I was informed that it was likely completed by someone still in training, and someone put the chocolate in the fridge too soon. I understand that, but this should not of left the building without someone going....wth is this? Owner offered to send a replacement which I declined since it was a bereavement bouquet...didn't want my best friend being sent a reminder 10 days later. Owner offered to send to someone else with an upcoming birthday - I declined. I've seen the work and based on other reviews its a consistent issue to be disappointed. I asked for a full refund and owner complied, I received my refund promptly. I am happy it got resolved but I won't be back. It might make me a bit demanding, but had the owner sent a replacement as well as refunded (to compensate for the energy and time in making it right and embarrassment of what was sent to represent my condolences), I would give them another chance in the future. Since nobody bothered to follow up with me after consecutive emails, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Ordered two large arrangements to be delivered to family in Hilliard. One on 12/18 and a second one on 12/21. My sister sent me photos of both to show that they arrived and to thank me. The second arrangement on 12/21 was perfect and exactly what I ordered. The first, arriving on 12/18 was not the large version. (See photos.) Store called me after I complained on the website. She suggested that the two arrangements were the same (without seeing photos) and said that my family probably ate some of the first arrangement before the photo. Call to corporate resulted in the customer service representative ending the call after I refused a 20% off my next order as compensation. I cannot complain about the second order. It was perfect. But if I hadn't made the second order, we might not ever have known that the first order was not right. Also follow-up customer service is definitely not good. It's a shame because my family likes these arrangements and it is a good way for me to send a gift when we cannot be together. I guess I'm looking for something else in the future. read more

We have called multiple times leaving VM's with no return call back. Didn't get the red martini glass and when we called they said they were out and without telling us put it upon themselves to pick out the cheap ugly $25 cheaper bucket! Wow. It is hard to find worse service than this. My daughter ordered my wife the Mother's Day chocolate and cheesecake platter. It included all sorts of yummy things. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday, as we were going to be home late on Mothers Day. Of course it never showed, and my daughter asked them to just bring it the following weekend. Instead they delivered it at 11:00am on Sunday. It sat outside all day. Then, when we opened the box full of yummies, the order was half of what was promised. And the chocolate was all melted and the cheesecakes were runny. And now they won't respond. If they could get a negative rating they would. Got this edible arrangement for my parents' 27th anniversary on very short notice. Like overnight notice. I looked online as I knew I wanted to get one for them but somehow didn't know they had ready-to-go orders! Ordered and picked it up the next day, which was very nice due to the arrangement being ready 2 hours before the pickup time I'd requested!! My parents loved it! They shared with us as well, and the pineapples were very tasty. My only complaint would be that the pineapples were not completely enjoyable to eat, due to the core being part of the piece of fruit to keep it and the skewer in place better. Not only are they not delivering the product, but they are not refunding money that has been paid for the product. This is horrible business practice. Being a man I'm not the best planner but to my own credit I actually planned this Valentine's Day and ordered a bouquet from this location 5 days in advanced. Order never was delivered on Valentine's Day. Called the next morning to resolve my issue and was met by an extremely rude owner. Her solution was to deliver the day after, which is already past the guarantee, and give me 20 percent off. Had to argue to even get half my money back and a day late gift, whatever. So my bouquet is finally delivered and I'm excited, well many hours later I get to see the Valentine's Day I ordered....not even the right bouquet and she didn't get the balloon I ordered, but hey at least she got 4 pieces of chocolate for free as a sorry.
