I am extremely disappointed. I made an online purchase for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries that was supposed to have the words "thank you" on each strawberry as it showed on the website. ONLY THE BOX READ "Thank you" smdh! Now I can understand why the worker did not want to open the box. The flowers were pretty much dead. The thank you card was not what I ordered online. Horrible service, the worse I ever had purchasing from edible arrangements. NEVER AGAIN‼ After speaking with the guy at the store, he tells me that he explained to me that he ran out of "thank you" so he put a swivel design. So he pretty much did what he wanted to do. Not one time did anyone from the store pick up the phone to explain that to me before they made my order. That is bad bad business. Absolutely awful. Canceled an order before the deadline because they messed up. They delivered it anyway. I called and said I wanted a refund and they said they would have to go get it back then. When I said absolutely not, they then offer me half then full credit. Mind that this was their mistake, not mine.
