Horrible experience. Sounds like this locations customer service issues have not improved. Ordered a gift 5 days ago for delivery today. Watched the website tracking throughout the day and it never changed to "out for delivery". Tried calling at 1:30p for an update. No one answered. Called again after 3p because the business where the arrangement was to be delivered to closes at 430p on Fridays. When the girl answered she said the arrangement was being worked on now. Surprised I asked if it was even going to be delivered today and she said she would check. When she came back to the phone she said that actually an attempt to deliver had been made that morning and was unsuccessful. I asked why I wasn't contacted and she said on the recipient would be contacted, but I confirmed they weren't contacted either. She wasn't able to tell me why it was "unsuccessful" when it was set to be delivered to to a business location that has 24 hour security and receptionists. She said they could attempt to deliver again the following day (Saturday) if I wanted them to, but the business where it was to be delivered is closed on weekends. Now trying to get a refund for the arrangement that was not delivered. Reading these other reviews here and on google, it sounds like this is the norm for this location. Very disappointed with the customer service from Edward Pratt, the owner of Edible Arrangements in Fontana. It's honestly unfair that they refuse to honor prior remakes on orders that were originally messed up by another manager. Instead of trying to make things right for loyal customers, they completely dismiss the situation. I've always had a good experience when it comes to edible arrangements until today! I placed an order 2 days ago to be delivered today at a business location. At 1:45pm when the arrangement had not been delivered yet I pulled up the tracker and it should ordered received at the store but creating the arrangement was still not started so I called the location to find out what was going on and they said they were just waiting for the driver to return and then they would deliver my order next I told them it had to be delivered by 4pm they said ok that's fine. I had a last minute birthday delivery for my co- worker who lives in Colton. The person who took my order was not the best. There was a bit of background noise so it was hard to hear her. I will never order from this company again, I placed 2 orders in 2 different cities 2 different days, for Mother's Day, My mom would be delivered on 5/10 I had to call to request ETA several times as it started getting later I was tracking package at 1 point the car was at a location for a long period of time. Once the arrangement arrived my mom called me immediately the Strawberries were melted the fruit looked as if it pre frozen and defrosted it was wilted and Hot. I called the store explained what had happened she stated that they were overwhelmed with orders and apologized for the situation they had out resourced Uber for delivery!!!! So the package was not even in a refrigerated company vehicle. a few hours later. There was a knock at the door and it was the driver giving her the balloons that were supposed to be with the package I ordered this for Mother's Day the balloon said HAPPY BIRTHDAY! The customer service representative apologized once again and stated if I wanted my money back or if they can make a new arrangement and deliver the following day which was 5/11 they also called my mother talked to her and stated they will be dropping off a new arrangement to her. My mother waited all day no one ever showed. I called at 9 AM on 5/12 the phone just rings and nobody answers. I'm requesting a full refund so let's see if I am granted that this was unacceptable for the amount we pay for these arrangements,. DO BETTER!!! For the 2nd order that was in Moreno Valley It was NEVER delivered as that store was also overwhelmed with orders and received their fruit shipment late and their uber drivers were not responding! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. I am currently deployed in the Middle East. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on March 5th for my wedding anniversary. My wife was home (as well as her entire family of 5 adults). I got emails saying that "they attempted to deliver". Not sure if the driver was lying saying they attempted to deliver it when they did not. I then called the physical store itself on (March 7, 2025 at 5pm) and the girl who answered the phone said they cannot give a full refund that they can re-send the arrangement or give a partial refund... They are putting all the fault on us instead of looking into their driver or taking accountability for a failed delivery. They want to make the delivery after our anniversary or give me a partial refund for their failure. Placed an order for my moms birthday with the advertisement of 1 hour. I didn't expect it to be exactly one hour, I just wanted it to be delivered around lunch so she can enjoy the snacks and have the balloon sitting on her desk for the day. I placed it at 10:05am, and at 3:15pm they still have not even begun preparing the order according to the tracker. She leaves work soon, so I put a request to cancel the order as there is no point. Then almost immediately it updates to preparing the order (3:27pm). It is too expensive to not be punctual with it. I live in Newport Beach and could have drove from the OC up to the IE quicker than this store that is just a few miles from where I set the delivery to be. If you are behind on orders, then don't advertise same day delivery. I will be continuing to request my delivery as this is not what I paid for. Beware! The service is not good at this store. I have never written a negative review, but the service from this store was so bad I have to say something. I've placed several orders in many different cities and I've never been as disappointed as I was with this particular store. I placed an order to be delivered for a birthday surprise and the order was delivered late at night and placed in a bin outside the door of the house! It was not even found until the next morning and the chocolate was melted! I called the store and politely complained. The manager, Savannah, apologized and said she'd have a new order delivered. We waited and waited and it never came. I called again and left a message for a return call and she never even returned my call. Edible arrangements are not inexpensive! Their delivery service is awesome got there on time and the arrangement was beautiful. I would rather go with Edible Arrangements than Sheri's Berries they are the worst. No help no tracking on delivery said they would deliver May 2, 2023 lied and said they attempted delivery which in fact the never did. So my arrangements were delivered on May 3, 2023. When I called customer service they couldn't answer my questions was put on hold for most of the time 30 min phone call left me discouraged. I paid $71 before tax and not to include the $15 delivery fee and $8 service fee. The gift gets to it's recipient and things got a little awkward. The balloon said "thinking of you," not "Thank you " as I had ordered it. This isn't the kind of relationship that saying "thinking of you" is appropriate. So then it came with a small fruit bouquet. I bought the largest option but it still didn't look like the picture. Substantially less fruit in the one I had delivered. It was also completed missing grapes. They told me that I need to show them pictures of the mess up, which I can't do because my boss took it home. Then once I send the pictures I need to go confiscate the gift. Then I have to take it back to them and they'll remake it. So I'll have to text my boss on a weekend, tell her not to touch anything. Then go to her house to get it. Them drive to Fontana to give it back to them. Then wait for them to redo it and take it back to my.bosses house. That's not going to hapoen. I just want my money back, at least half, for my embarrassment today because I chose a place with 2 stars. I should have known better. read more

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!! I wish I could give zero stars for Non-delivery! On November 28 at 3:00PM I placed an order online for same-day delivery to Kaiser hospital, which is 2 miles from them. By 5pm -still no notice of delivery. I called the store and was told she was the only one there with only one delivery person and 6 orders before mine. With delivery as late as 7 PM. Rather than risk it being there too late I told her it was okay to deliver Early the next day as it was a thank you for a nurse ending her shift on the 29th. She thanked me and said they could do that. On the 29th at 11am my order status was out for delivery. By 3pm it still said out for delivery so I called the store. They said my order status was changed in error and it was just now going out for delivery. I called again at 5:30 because it was still out for delivery. They told me it should be delivered no later than 6:30pm. I started calling again at 6:35 because it was still out for delivery and they close at 7 PM. Despite repeated calls they would not answer the phone. At 6:55pm I received an email that said there was a problem with my order and they were not able to deliver. No explanation, no phone call, no customer service worth dealing with again! So now a wonderful helpful nurse will never get the thank you gift I planned for her on the last day of her shift. I'm so sad and angry! Don't depend on these people if you have something important or special that needs to be delivered! I have canceled my order and requested a refund. :( read more

Clearly they don't care about customer service. I ordered a $ 100.00 fruit basket for my mom's birthday on 4/17/25 to be delivered the next day for her birthday and they didn't even try to deliver. They updated the website with attempted delivery. I called and they said they would go back to deliver after I told the gal I spoke to that no delivery was even attempted. We tried to give them the benefit of doubt because my mom has a closed gate but there is a walk through gate that is never locked that they can enter. My mom has cameras and went back through the footage and they never even attempted to deliver. If you were attempting to deliver and got lost wouldn't you phone the person who made the order or even try to call the recipient. At 6:23 PM I called the store and she said she would call the driver and call me back. The store called back and said they would drive back to deliver and then I received multiple emails after the phone call saying they attempted delivery. I tried to call and they were closed so clearly she gave me lip service to get me off the phone. You had the entire day to make the basket and deliver. Why not just call and say you couldn't fulfill the order instead of lying so I had the chance to order my mom something else for her birthday. Everyone makes mistakes but own up to your mistake. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them online... I ordered the 2nd most expensive Mother's Day package for my mom, $160 and my mom has yet to receive her delivery. I read in their policies that they could deliver up until 9pm which is pretty late.
