Small selection of fruit in refrigerator at my visit as I had not ordered before. I bought a dozen strawberries that were fresh, of good size , well coated and tasty with chocolate. Nelson was a good server. He was friendly and answered a few of my questions. He has been working there around 5 years. The current owners have been there for 2 years. Do check or call for hours. Tried Edible smoothie for the first time and they toasted great! It's fresh and not too sweet which I liked. I got their strawberry pineapple smoothie which comes with the chocolate dipped strawberry ! I loved both the chocolate covered strawberry and the smoothie, it tasted amazing! My friend tried the pineapple mango orange smoothie and she loved it as well! It's around $8 but we got this on the national smoothie day for free! We'll definitely come back to try other kinds! The Edible Arrangements store in Garden City is fantastic. I've used other locations, but none compare to the one in Garden City. I will only use them now. The order is always right. They are always willing to go the extra mile. They are friendly and helpful. My recipients (sometimes I'm the recipient) are always pleased. For my last order, something went wrong when I ordered online. I had designated Garden City as the store to send the order to. Garden City fixed the problem for me and made everything perfect. A++. The closing staff here are really disrespectful and don't know 2 things about proper customer service. You would think working for a catering company they would know how to cater to their costumers but instead they act rude and have disgusting attitudes . I love edible arrangements and was only looking for something simple for my grandmother and these people never made me want to give this company my money again. Wanted to say Thank You to people who did something nice for me so I thought of edible arrangements because instead of getting flowers, I thought to get something they can actually enjoy like fruit. I went online and saw the different possibilities I can get. I first saw the prices were expensive but the baskets looked big and fill. Then, I go and click on the one I want and the price that was shown and advertised on the website with the picture of the basket was completely different. It was showing for that price it was a much smaller basket when you click on it. There was different sizes. They put the cheapest price (the price of the small basket) with the picture of the big basket. What a scam. But I said whatever. I got one of the small ones and still paid over $70. Which is super expensive. But I didn't mind if it was going to me nice, fresh and make my people happy. When my people got the basket they opened it up and the fruit, especially the strawberry's were old. They said the leaves was dried and the strawberries it self were mushy. I was completely embarrassed. I thought I could count on edible arrangements to make a nice presentation and to give them fresh/ good quality fruit for the price I paid. But clearly I can not. What an embarrassment. I will never ever send out fruit from here again. They took advantage of me not seeing the product before I paid for it and gave me old fruit. I would not recommend this place. I ordered an arrangement for Thanksgiving. The picture on the web included chocolate dipped strawberries, which were not included in the one delivered. I sent an email to customer service, who then contacted the store. The manager called on Thanksgiving morning to apologize for the oversight! The store then had a box of chocolate covered strawberries delivered to me within a few hours. Now, that's above and beyond good customer service! Very dissatisfied with the order I picked up today. I ordered one of the sympathy arrangements for someone who lost their husband and the color of the vase they gave me is RED, like for Valentine's day, and not white like shown on their website. The recipient hates red and I feel it's so inappropriate. When I called to complain ask for money back, they said they didn't have any vases in white and they should called me. They placed me on hold and then referred me to the fine print that says they don't guarantee the color. In addition to the red vase, the white chocolate covered doves were not completely covered in the chocolate and they packaged the arrangement poorly. Very nice, clean and little edible arrangements. When you walk in you'll see the fridge, counter, and a rack full of greeting cards. I believe I met the owner who's a very nice lady. Luckily I got the last box of 12 chocolate covered strawberries because I just did a walk in which means that there's a big chance there's not what I want pre made. I went to edible arrangements today and must say it was a very bad experience. As I entered the business No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. Today being Valentine's Day I was already aware from going online that no orders could be placed and that it was pretty much what was available in store. When I asked the cashier (Dawne) if they personalized cards today she was very rude and short with me saying "just grab and go". I also noticed her attitude change when it came to minority customers as apposed to white customers. I did buy a very mediocre arrangement for a high price which is expected on Valentine's Day but the rude service and attitude because of race or gender shouldn't have to be accepted in today's society. read more

I called this establishment and needed a large arrangement on the fly ! They really came through! Made a gorgeous (no ugly fruit) basket with some chocolate strawberries and a nice typed card.. Picked up about a half hour after I placed my order. Thrilled! I was so glad I was able to get it in such little notice, usually these baskets require a call ahead at least 24 hours ! Always get the freshest fruit from this location. We receive a few a year as gifts. When not from this location, the baskets are sub-par. Cheaper fruit selection, occasional chocolate covered over ripe fruit. We always tell them buy from the Garden City location. We get 5 different fruits, all fresh, always delivered by courteous drivers, on time. A very happy customer. read more

I did not receive part of my birthday arrangement in August, when I contacted the Garden City store I was informed I would receive a credit within 1-2 billing cycles. I did not receive that credit and when I called today (3 months later) to ask about it, the manager David informed me I would not receive a credit and his General Manager Frank would tell me the same. I am completely at a lost for words when you do not provide a complete service you promise and don't refund a customer back the money that is due to them. Just excellent service got in there and was greeted and felt welcome to be there. I needed something for a friend at the hospital, i walked in with empty hands and left with one 1 box 1 cone and a petite arrangement. The staff was very helpful. Really don't understand... I paid $178 plus delivery... PLUS DELIVERY... edible arrangements are a great gift. But this location is trash. Received a call saying nobody was home... ok cool called my wife to see where she was. She just got home.. called E. Arrangements back for another delivery time. About 30 min later I get a call from E.A telling me that they close in 30 min and that I would have to pick the item up within 30 min because they close at 3pm... so they completely ignored the fact that I rescheduled delivery for that same day. The man on the phone was completely rude hung up on me. Got to the store . And that same habibi that was so rude on the phone that Was behind the counter. Didn't even greet me had an attitude and just said "name?" The other person gave me the items. Than the rude guy told me to sign. Didn't even say thank you. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. FOR NOW ON I WOULD RATHER STICK TO A DIFFERENT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT STORE JUST BECAUSE HOW RUDE AND UNORGANIZED THIS STOReIS.
