However, the flowers were already starting to wilt and the strawberries looked pretty but were past their prime. I'm sure she spent too much money for items that were not of good quality. Edible Arrangements, also known as what I do with egg puff waffles when I'm out with Barbie, are on the expensive side, but very popular and a well-known brand. I'm not a big fan of Edible Arrangements - and I don't really like putting chocolate on strawberries - but at the same time it's very popular especially with some people that I like, and hang out with, and buy things for, so this is the one that I came to when I needed to get some for a little thing that we were doing. I wish I can give this edible arrangements zero stars. My daughter ordered me an edible arrangement from this location and she had the option for same day deliver for Mother's Day. The charge for it was an extra $15. I never received my arrangements. My daughter called the location in the morning today to see what happen to the order, they stated a manager will call her back. Nobody call back, she called again and asked to speak to a manager at 6pm. The same guy whom picked up the first time asked how can I help you. This place is sketchy! The manager proceed to tell her he didn't have enough drivers to make the delivery, if that is case, why offer it or why don't you call the customer and let them know that we will not be getting our arrangement today. We are both really frustrated at this point. The manager asked if we would like to pick another day to have the order deliver, my daughter asked if they can refund the $15 since it was not "same day" delivery on Mother's Day. He stated no because it's a delivery charge for all deliveries. NOT TRUE! Online states same day deliver is $15. Next delivery $6 and anything after is FREE. It was just a random SUV, the guy didn't even look like he worked at edible arrangements. Ohhh do I wish I have read the reviews. Had the birthday chocolate covered strawberries delivered to my daughter while I was at work. A third of the strawberries were rotten. I call the business the next day and spoke with Antonia. She asked me to email her the photos of the rotten fruit. I did. Shortly after she left me a message saying to call her back at the shop. The next day at 9am when I was able to return her call I was told she wouldn't be in until 3pm. I called back at 3:20 and was told she wouldn't be in until 3:30pm. I called back at 5pm and spoke with Antonia who told me that they were sending me 6 chocolate covered strawberries to make up for the rotten ones delivered. The next day the new strawberries arrive and half of them are rotten too! I completely tried to let this place have a second chance but really?!!! My wife attempted to contact them at their request, to simply pick up an order that they had brought to the home - she was not at the house. If I had been a newbie to Edible Arrangements, I probably would have been at quite a loss here (as compared to other locations). Reduction of a star due to customer service on that front. I picked it up shortly after the scheduled time I had chosen; it was wrapped nicely and I was provided a stand for easy transport in my car. Fruit was fresh, delicious and precisely what I ordered. When I called to check the status of my order for my MOTHER's BIRTHDAY, the young girl who answered rudely stated it was 'out for delivery' 3-4pm. No problem. INedible Arrangements! We bought a $135 basket of green hard fruit, but didn't know that until after it was purchased for Mother's Day and presented to our family members. The fruit was hard because it wasn't ripe, which obviously made it taste green. We should have bought flowers instead and picked up some fruit from the grocery store. $135?? I placed a last minute order for Mother's Day the night before. I chose to pick it up myself at noon the next day. The package I chose was a fruit platter pictured with a balloon and teddy bear. I arrived about 10 minutes past my pickup time to the location. I was greeted and helped promptly and left with my order within 5 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the balloon and teddy bear were larger than appeared in the online picture! Worth the price and very convenient. My experience overall was good. I ordered online & chose this location to pick up because it is closer to where I live. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of bad fruit when I walked through the door. Thank god my order wasn't bad, however the smell is good reason for someone to not want to order from this store in the future. I wish I could have given no stars! This store has the worst customer service! After giving this store good and easy directions to the destination twice, the recipient never received the order. This is after both my recipient and I called the store several times. I even waited on hold, never talking to a human being for over 15 minutes. I finally gave up and requested a refund. What I got was only a partial refund for the actual item. They refused to refund me the delivery charge ($15) even though they never actually delivered the item. Also, there is nothing on the website or during the order process that says anything about not being refunded the full price if unable to or refusal to deliver the product. Needless to say, I'm disputing the charge with my credit card and would not recommend this store to anyone! I love Edible Arrangements and have had great experiences with them for years, but this particular location is the worst! Find another location close to you and use them instead. read more

I place several orders each year for grandchildren's birthdays, holidays, etc. and they have always come through, even when I ordered on short notice. Today was no exception! The delivery person called me because there is a plaque by the doorbell saying please do not ring the bell during the hours of ____ and ____. Since no one answered when he knocked, he called and texted the recipient, who did not answer. He called me for instruction. FANTASTIC!!!!! He could have left but he went the extra step and called me. He delivered the arrangement as asked and now my grandson is able to enjoy his birthday arrangements. RUN! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Its now 4 weeks later and I just now got a refund from corporate, but nothing from the actual store. Long story short, my order was never delivered. They initially told the customer service rep that it was delivered, then they changed their story and told them that I called and said my mom (who it was for) came to pick it up. Um... 1) it was a surprise for her 2) she doesn't drive. Here the best part, once I called they told me they had it on video and that I have to come into the store so they can prove it to me my mom came in the store. Terrible! Just terrible! My Mother had to pick up her own arrangement. They never answered their phone when my Mom tried to call. She told them the the days she would be home, which was most every day since she is retired. They never returned her calls, stopped by at THEIR convenience, which was never when she was home. They won't refund my delivery fee because as far as they are concerned, they went there twice. There was no REAL effort on their part to communicate with my Mom.
