On Feb 12th, I ordered the Mug of Love, teddy bear, and balloon (in my son's name) to be delivered to my daughter in law's job on Valentines Day. This cost $105.51. I ordered online. On Valentines Day I received an email that their strawberry delivery had come to them late. Okay, I understand that happens. They offered to deliver on the 15th or 16th. Okay, still no problem. No delivery was made. The 19th was a holiday so her job was closed. The 20th, DIL would be gone after 2:30pm. They attempted to deliver at 4pm. It was refused. The next day, they attempted to deliver the same fruit in a white plastic bucket and teddy bear. It was bad. No balloon. I was told no store had helium in OK. At this point my DIL is pissed about it. They don't answer their phone. I just want a full refund now. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Several people in our family have done business with them over several years and were very pleased with their products and service. My husband ordered the Blooming Hearts arrangement for Valentines Day and it was delivered to my office around 12:30 which was perfect. The arrangement looked amazing and the fruit was sweet and fresh! There was a Belgian chocolate heart added to the bouquet and it too, is delicious. Terrible customer service! Placed an order on 2/1 for Valentine's Day and nothing got delivered. Tried calling and got nothing but a recording about being busy and check the website. Received an email at 10:45pm just saying sorry we couldn't get it done let us know if you want it delivered tomorrow . Tried calling the next day and still could never get an actual person . Replied to the email to refund the money back and have yet to at least get a curtesy reply back. They refunded my money but have not received a call back or even an email saying they are sorry. Should of known not to try them again after the crappy job they did in December. But I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. Never again. So I called Oklahoma City Ediable Arrangements and found out it was listed as a residence. They said that they could change the delivery to Thursday. I didn't like it, but at least she would get it. I called my sister and found out she was only working a half day on Thursday. So I tried several times including the entire last hour they were open. I0 never talked to anyone. I left many messages. I am very disappointed in the delivery of my order of the Rainbow and Butterflies Bouquet this past Tuesday. No contact was made prior to the delivery even though a contact number had been provided for just such a reason. My friend and family had gone to lunch and the bouquet was delivered while they were gone. The bouquet was left in direct sunlight which resulted in the chocolate melting off the strawberries and the fruit getting hot with the heat. I ordered an arrangement for my mother to be delivered on Valentine's and it never showed up. I called them throughout the day on Valentine's and they said they are out still delivering. I called one last time around 6:50pm, and said i know you close at 7 and my mom has yet to get it, and was told not to worry. My daughter order an arrangement for me for Mother's Day. The one she saw at her local shop I Florida looked picture perfect. Not only was the one delivered to me sloppy and the fruit was starting to turn. But they delivered the wrong persons arrangement to me. My daughter called and the store said the arrangements never look like the pictures. Which she says is a bunch of crap. Her store had arrangements for purchase that looked just like the pictures ones. But what upset me more than anything was the fact the driver was careless and gave me the wrong persons arrangement so I didn't get to see the sweet card she sent. So I tried a taste for myself and then understand why it was not enjoyed. DISAPPOINTED!!! Do NOT use this place! My husband placed an order for delivery a week in advance for Valentines Day. All day it said "out for delivery". He called them multiple times and they said it will get there. He advised them I had already gotten off and they said we will instruct someone to put in the fridge. This morning I get in and still nothing!!! But guess what the tracking says...... delivered!!!! He calls them and they say "oh it says delivered, do you want us to remake and send another one?" He tells them no "I want my money back." They said okay. I would rather give no star whatsoever. For a company that delivers FOOD and you need to see if someone will be home, this specific store does NOT know how to communicate. When a delivery driver was leaving me worried voicemails at 2:30 and 3pm, from my driveway, while I was swamped at work, I was not able to even go near my cell phone. When I was able to call back they were done for the day and I could drive 30 min north to pick it up. When the order was taken, no one asked my daughter if someone would be at the residence to accept it. She is not experienced enough to think of every scenario in the delivery world. She requested they deliver to my work address the following day. All they did was call me at work again, the next morning, and ask if I would be home. No, I repeated to them that I work every day and are you delivering to my work address. It is only three blocks from the house. The caller did not know if that was possible. The delivery driver was polite and had a great smile and good service. I feel sorry for the drivers who have to deal with the store people who do not know how to listen to customers or to make any type of sound decision. Don't bother using this store. I feel like I was held prisoner for two days trying to get clear answers from them, then waiting at home for hours for it to arrive. read more
