I placed my order on Feb 11, they said it could be delivered on Feb 14. What a joke, they took the money out of my account within 5 minutes but now its Feb 18th and still no order. They don't answer the phone. They send me an email and say that they will give me an upgrade and a $70 credit . A bigger joke, Never sent anything or an upgrade or a $70 credit. If I could do negative 5 stars I would. My mom placed an order to be delivered for my husbands birthday. Middle of the week. At 2pm we were informed the order was in transit. At 5pm still not sight of it. Mind you, we are literally down the street from the location. To my knowledge, mom called to find out what's going on and they were not able to locate where the order is. It was finally delivered around 7.30pm. Ridiculous. To top it all off...more than half of it was missing. It was a big arrangement, with a tray of berries, fruit bouquet, balloons, and decorations included. All we got was the saddest fruit "bouquet" I've ever seen. Listen, this isn't my first time receiving one of those and I laughed because there was nothing else left to do. It was so sparse, fruit pieces so small, and half of the melons were rotten. Absolutely disgusting! Honestly, this is a scam. How you gonna charge someone $170 for this joke. And judging from other reviews, they know well what they are doing as I am just another one of their unfortunate customers. I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day for my wife from my kids and I four days in advance. The order status said store received your order the day I ordered it. It is now 5pm on 2/15 and the store has closed for a second day with nothing delivered. I tried calling store on Valentine's Day as well as today. I left 10 voicemail messages with no one returning my call. I called corporate office and waiting over an hour on hold for them to tell me they tried calling this location and they also stated no one is answering. The only resolution corporate gave was to issue a refund as if nothing ever happened. I will never order from this location nor any edible arrangement. They take no accountability at all. If you have an event or special occasion steer far away from edible arrangements or you will be disappointed like me. read more

I ordered from this location last Mother's Day and they never delivered my order. I tried to give them the benefit and ordered an order for my wife again this year for Mother's Day and they didn't surprise me yet again. They called me at 9pm on Mother's Day to ask if they can deliver my order tomorrow a lot of employees called out. I was nice and I said sure thing. They offered me a 60$ voucher and promised the order will be there tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and no order. So I called the store and no one answered. Finally since no one answered it sent me to the corporate office where they were absolutely no help. Told me my order was being processed. Another day goes by and still no order. Day 3 now and I call The store and yet again no answer goes to corporate where they try to contact the store and the manager and no answer for them. Finally on day 4 late I called the store yet again to get forwarded to corporate for them to have no success yet again. They Sent emails to the store manager and have gotten no response in the end I canceled my order after day 5 of the order not coming. It is terrible customer service that no one took care of me in any manner. Here a free 60$ voucher for a bouquet of fruit that'll never come! Thanks for that. But the worst part of this is you have a team in a store that can't even communicate to their corporate office? I will be telling everyone about this horrible experience on every platform possible . 2 years in a row I put my Mother's Day trust in you and y'all disappoint. DO NOT RECOMMNED. On Friday 22 April 2022 ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Saturday 23 April and I received an order confirmation. This delivery never took place. I waited thinking they may have been busy and would deliver on Monday. I received no notifications (email/text/call) that the order was not delivered as requested. On Tuesday, I made four failed attempts to reach the store (1487) on the phone only to be forwarded to the corporate office. On each call after a fifteen to twenty minute wait, someone listened to my situation, put me on hold again so they could call the store. Again, after an extended hold for them to come back and say the store would not answer and they would request redelivery. I did receive a confirmation email that this happened with a case number. On Wednesday, 28 April I again attempted to call the store to get the same "on-hold" treatment but in this case they did reach a store in Valrico about ten miles from where I originally ordered my item. Though they did not take my order, they promised a deliver the next day which did not happen. I filed a complaint on the corporate site and did receive a call. I demanded a refund which they said had be sent and processed through the store and they would notify the store of this. It is now 1 May, nothing has been delivered and I have yet to hear from anyone from the Big Bend store or received a refund. At this point I guess my only option is to take more of my time to drive to the store for a refund. They will not deliver, will not respond to calls, but will quickly take your money. read more

I placed an order for my son's birthday on the morning of Feb 7, 2022, to be delivered on the same day. At approximately 4:50, I called the store on Big Bend Rd in Riverview where I placed the Order. Someone by the name of Marco answers the phone, takes all my information only to tell me the store was closed and he could not reach the delivery person but that it will delivered by 7pm that night. Today is Tuesday, February 8, 2022, no call from the store. It's 9:3o in the morning, I called the store and the store manager tells me that she tried to reach me yesterday because for some reason my address is coming up as not deliverable. When I told her I never received a call from the store and that I spoke with someone by the name of Marco yesterday; she tells me she doesn't have anyone by that name. She kept cutting me off the whole time I'm trying to talk to this lady and she was not listening to me. Finally, after she got me aggravated with the whole situation she asks "so what do you want me to do with this order" ? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least. I would give a much worse than 1 star if it was possible. This company left out over half of the order that they were paid to send. Then they decided to argue with me about the mistake instead of fixing it. It really is a bummer to ruin someone's birthday and then argue about it. Stay away from this establishment unless you enjoy disappointing loved one's. read more
