Stay away from this place! They screwed up my Mother's Day gift to my mom. I placed an order on 5/4/2011 for delivery on 5/8/2011 (Mother's Day). When my mom had not received her order by 6:30, I called the store and was told my order was on a truck to be delivered. The delivery never came. When I called the next day, they were not answering the phone, so I drove to the store. I asked for a refund since my order was not delivered as promised. They stalled me all day, telling me I have to talk to the owner for refunds, but nobody knew how to reach her. They also didn't know when or if she would be in that day or the next day! After several hours of me calling and threatening, demanding, and debating with the manager, a delivery driver walks in the store and tells me he had just delivered my order...a day, late! Lucky for me I bought my mom a 2nd gift. By the way, I saw 3 other customers asking for refunds while I was there. The phone was ringing off the hook, but they ignored it. Fruit was either too ripe or under ripe there was a grease all over the base there were issues with the delivery when I told the lady where I wanted it delivered she told me that was a horrible place and I should pick somewhere else. Saturday comes and I continually check the site for tracking as stated on their phone greeting however there are no updates. By 2pm I call the store but no answer and continue to call until they close at 3pm. At 5:30 I get a text from someone asking if I still want the order delivered or if I want to pick it up from the store. I'm confused because your recording says you close at 3pm. I respond I still want the order delivered. Well the delivery came with a little surprise. The balloon said Happy Anniversary but the strawberries and chocolate cakes pops or whatever they were said Happy Birthday with sprinkles. I'm giving 1 star for the refund I requested. I always use yelp before going to a restaurant or doing business with any establishment and the bad reviews for this place was worth the scroll down to the bottom. So I called edible arrangements and spoke to the manager on duty. She was helpful and very professional. I explained my concern about the reviews and said it was very important that the order placed be delivered on time. She was aware of the bad publicity and said they are working on getting their orders correct and delivered on time. I explained to her that I can't afford a mistake because it was my husband's birthday and I wanted it to be perfect. On Friday, I re confirmed my delivery and the manager said it was en route. My husband placed an order 1/23/22 for a valentines arrangement to avoid any delays. Well we never received it, my husband called multiple times and never pick up the phones. So they called at 5:30pm to deliver I was already at home. My husband specifically told them that my work hours are from 6am to 2pm. Have placed 2 orders in the past month. Neither came in the correct container, the 2nd I actually called 3 weeks ahead of time and paid extra to ensure it was the correct container. They didn't even bother to call to ask for substitution, and didn't refund my money until I called and had to ask. Then the first order, I ordered a small size, the second, I ordered the large. Guess what, SAME size, tiny, yet paid $60 more. Delivery was also 3 hours later than we were told. Horrible service and so so product. I will stick with Sherry's Berries from now on. Has not arrived as of 4:30pm. Tried to call corporate "customer service" again and got the "we are closed" recording. Tried again to reach the Temecula, Ca. location. Finally got through to them via other options through the automated directory at the corporate number. Local store also had an outgoing recording letting me know that it was hurry-up-and-wait time. I placed an order online and need to confirm the order and place another for delivery in Fallbrook. I spoke to a women and she claimed they were no longer taking orders. I informed her I just placed an order for delivery tomorrow in Temecula. She said she asked corporate office to stop taking order but they just keep coming. So I asked if my order would go out on time and she said no. So I asked again if I placed an order for Fallbrook online would it go out again she said no. This happened last year with the same store so pretty sure the corporate claim is BS. They charge you extra for a delivery that will not be on time even by a couple of days. I ordered a tray on 5/05/20 to be delivered by 05/07 and I kept checking email and there was no update. I called the store from 5pm-7pm and got a busy signal. I called on 05/08 at 8:30am and got thru and was told my order was not delivered because truck had to many deliveries so they offered to remake it and send it out but not guarantee it would get there. So I said I would pick it up and they said they would have it done by noon. They told me not to be late for 12:00 pick up. I got to location at 11:50 and called store for curbside pick up they put me on hold for 5 mins. So I hung up and called back and was told they were wrapping up my order. My review comes the same experience as most others on Valentine's Day this year: it was awful. So why 3 stars- because I'm the knucklehead that purchased it for Valentine's Day. They have delivered 4 and 5 star service in the past: birthday, special occassion- but I HIGHLY advise against major holiday. Don't get me wrong: the employees working that day also deserve the 3 stars instead of 1. They were helpless. It looked like a truck broke or something beyond their control and just a bunch of unhappy (understandably so) people just demanding them to fix everything immediately. It was SLAMMED. I waited 25 minutes for a box I could have walked in and purchased immediately because they thought that's all I ordered? I took it just to get back to work in time, and tried my best to cheer up the staff. Whoever got those employees in the situation they were in-- man they are owed an apology. I called the store a week before to make sure it went thru since I did not get a email receipt. The said they see it and it is in the system for delivery. Day later i got the email. Mother's day came and gone. No call no show. The line is busy. 1 DAY AFTER same thing no call no show. Store line is busy all day. 2 DAYS after no call no show, someone eventually answered. No accountability, no apology, they said it will get delivered. Guess what no call no show. 3 DAYS after, no call no show. Line is buzy all day. 4 DAYS later i finally got a hold of someone, no apologies, no accountability, no manger to take the call. Whoever answered has a very dry personality, she said she can't answer for anyone else why it was not delivered! WOW, terrible business, terrible employees, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!! Ordered something here for a birthday. It was a simple order that had two parts to it. I guess it wasn't that simple. I checked the website almost religiously to see if had been delivered. It cost $12 to deliver and honestly, I thought that if you pay this much, it'd be worth it. I was excited because I had never done of these before. I really think that this is going to be the last time I do this. My gift recipient got her order (and it was really cute) but she didn't even realize that they didn't deliver her chocolate covered strawberries (how was she supposed to know?) I've emailed this location 3 times and even the corporate office. I've called but no one can ever help me. It's been a little under a month. I accidentally forgot to give the gate number for my boyfriends house and she responded with "Well that would've been nice to give me when I asked for the address because now it's all final" and have attitude the rest of the phone call. Same complaint as everyone else - order never arrived. My husband is stationed overseas and he ordered something for me and for my daughter to be delivered on Valentines Day. He spent almost $200 on our order. Nothing showed up on Valentines Day. No phone call, no email, no effort at reaching out to us to offer an explanation or apology. On 2/15 (day after Valentines Day) I was out running errands. At about 3 pm I started getting notifications from my Ring camera / doorbell that someone was on my porch. I checked the camera and there was a delivery person trying to deliver the order . They rang my doorbell SIX times. My husband was able to talk to them through Ring and say "my wife isn't home and this was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I've already sent an email asking for a refund". The delivery person said "okay" and left. "Okay"? Do yourself a favor and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They do not care one bit about providing any kind of customer service. I don't understand how this place can remain open given their inability to operate a business. This place has horrible customer service! I ordered an arrangement for my best friend's birthday. I got a confirmation email saying it was going to be delivered the next day. I was required to give my phone number and TWO phone numbers for my friend to be reached at. The online delivery policy clearly states that if it is a busy day that the delivery could be as late as 9pm. That is fine, I spent the day checking with my friend to see if she had received it yet. Once it 10pm I gave up on it being delivered. I tried calling the next day but the shop was closed on Sunday. Oddly enough they attempted to deliver to my friend and unfortunately she was not home. She called the next day and scheduled it to be delivered. I was really sad that she did not receive it until way after her birthday. When I called the store to follow up on the order the person who answered the phone was so rude. She said she did not know when it was supposed to be delivered or if it had been delivered on the correct day or not. When I said that my friend had just called to schedule the re-delivery she said that she didn't see the problem then. I told her that it was late and that I either wanted a refund or at least a discount. She said no because she didn't know when it was delivered. How can she not know?! She was supposedly the manager! The only compensation she was willing to give me was a box of six slices of fruit (their choice). Once my friend received her arrangement she loved it, so I will give them credit on that. I made an order for my wife for 5/8/18. The fruits were not fresh and the edible arrangement sign was put in backwards. This is the worst edible arrangement order I've ever paid for. I've been ordering edible arrangements for years and this is by far the worst location and I've never had a problem at other locations. The lady that answers the phone at this location is rude and the delivery driver didn't look clean or even cares this was not professional. I understand why this place got such a low rating.
