My arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be and was finally delivered the following evening at 8pm. I spoke to the manager & he wasn't willing to help in any fashion. He was flat out rude & even when I told him I would be leaving a bad review, he didn't care. I would have appreciated at least a sincere apology or to refund my delivery fee. This is the worst place I've ever ordered from!! I was in tears trying to communicate with this store. Was out of state for my grandmothers funeral and had to miss my mother's birthday. Decided to send her chocolate covered strawberries because they are her favorite. The delivery driver came to the door and didn't wait for my mom to get to the door. I own a 3 story condo and it takes her awhile to get to the door. They didn't wait even a couple of minutes. The store doesn't answer their phone and after finally getting through they said to call back and make sure my mom was there and they would redeliver. We called them back to let them know as requested and after hours on hold...literally...no one answered and the store closed. The strawberries didn't get delivered to my mother til the next day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OF EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS! This location should be shut down and the owner/"manager" should not be running any business. This Temecula Edible Arrangements failed on two separate occasions (6 months apart) to deliver an order that was placed. It was placed online first thing in the morning and they didn't contact me until 6:30 pm that evening (both times) to inform me that they were unable to make the delivery! This took away my ability to make ANY other arrangements for a Sunday holiday the following day. This is just bad business! There should've been an automatic response triggered online that informs people they can no longer take orders for Mother's Day. And if that's too difficult, they should have someone on staff monitoring online orders from 8 am and informing people right away if they can't fulfill. Any smart business owner in this line of work should know and PLAN FOR a rush around these holidays! What makes the fact that it happened two times even worse, is that when I spoke to the owner and demanded that they make this right, she yelled and blamed ME for this happening because "I waited until the last minute to order and didn't plan ahead"!!! She said "all of you people who wait until the last minute, what do you expect??!" I've never ever experienced in any kind of retail service, a manager (or worse, an owner) who blames their customers for their own failures and breakdowns. She didn't care that I said I would share my experiences and let the corporate HQ of Edible Arrangements know about this horrible franchisee they have -- she told me what I could do with my "threats." Not ONCE did she apologize (for either time this happened), not ONCE did she ask what she could do to make it right. And so here I am writing my very first review of a retail service provider. I hope this will be read and People will avoid patronizing this horrible business owner/location because you will likely be left hanging anyway. I encourage you to seek out another location. I've always had good experiences with others ones, in fact I ordered for 13 other stores yesterday for my employees for Mother's Day and all got delivered no problem. I wish I could give them 0 stars too... My husband ordered the fruit arrangement for me on 2-6-19 and paid extra for it to be delivered on 2-14-19. At 5:00 p.m. (2-14-19) on his way home from work he called and asked if I had received anything to which I had not. He called the Temecula store and spoke with someone and they said it would be there before the end of the evening. When he got home, he attempted to call again and the phone was just busy. They obviously have the phone off the hook because I've been trying to call today too (2-15-19). I can see that it was not just us. I've already had the credit card charged back. I've had the best Valentine for 39 years and know that it was the thought that counts. However, wanting to do something a little Special for someone this would be very disappointing for the sender. Well 3pm came around and he called to asked if I recieved his present and I told him no so he then had to ruin the surprise and tell me what it was so I called the store and the lady told me she couldn't tell me a time they would be delieved but they would be at the end of business. This location has horrible service. Not only has this location dropped the ball on a birthday order a few months ago, but never delivered my Mother's Day order. It's extremely hard to get a hold of anyone at this location. When I do, I'm told that there is some problem with the delivery driver but the order will go out later, and NEVER does. Took 4 days AFTER my stepmom's birthday for her order to get delivered. Now, my mother in law never received her Mother's Day gift. I do not recommend this location! read more

This is the third time we received an arrangement from the Temecula store. Twice they arrived at night after the party was over and the other time the delivery never showed up at all and the gifter had to call and raise a stink. Tonight's birthday delivery arrived after the family left and the fruit was basically inedible. The cantaloupe and honeydew melons were had no flavor and were inedible and the bananas were mushy and browning. Never, ever, will our family use this company again. read more

I am extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements. I placed an order to be delivered on Mother's Day and it was never delivered. I also never received a call or an email letting me know it wasn't going to be delivered. The next morning I contacted corporate through twitter and they let me know they had opened up a case with the store and were going to have the issue resolved within 48 hours. That night I received a call from a young lady and it was the most insincere call ever! It sounded like she was reading off a script and blamed everything on corporate. She asked if I wanted my order to be delivered that night.... she called me at 6 PM. I doubted it was possible so I said "if it can be delivered today for sure then yes, if not, then no." She reassured me it was going to be delivered that night because it was on "priority delivery." I'm sure she told everybody else that too. Anyway 8 PM comes around and my tracking status changes to say it's on its way to be delivered... cool. But it doesn't get delivered, of course! The next day my tracking status changed again to "delivery unsuccessful" and that's it. I didn't receive a call or anything, AGAIN. So AGAIN I contact corporate asking for a refund at this point and the person says they have "escalated this to our guest service team with a note for a refund." I still haven't received anything from Edible Arrangements. I keep calling 3 different numbers and can't through to any of them. I live in Corona so I don't want to drive all the way to Temecula but at this point it might be the only way to get my money back. This place is ridiculous! I will never order from them again and I will discourage friends and family from ordering from this company in general. If I could have given them a lower score I would have. On January 25th I placed an order online for a delivery to be made on Valentine's Day. The order was not delivered. That night I was contacted by an employee who asled if I wanted to reschedule or get a refund. I requested a refund. After a week I contacted them again, via email to find out that my refund was still not taken care of and would take another week. Without following up I would have never received my refund. I ordered an arrangement for my dear friend (on hospice) and her caregivers. I received a notice that delivery had been attempted and that they would attempt to redeliver. I heard nothing further. My dear friend died without receiving her loved edible arrangement. When I contacted the store I was told I could either have a 100% store credit (did I mention my friend died and I live in Phoenix) or they would refund me minus a 25% "restocking fee"!!! I received a call at 6:30pm asking if it's still ok to deliver to the business location, I said absolutely not and advised them to deliver the following day at 10am. I didn't even want it ordered on Valentine's Day and they couldn't even deliver it as requested. They did not care to tel me they couldn't deliver the arrangement until an hour before they closed. And they contacted me by email instead of by phone. They ask if there was another day they could deliver and so I said ok let's give them another chance. Well well what do you know!?!?! I placed an online order for a Monday delivery on Mother's Day weekend. On Monday I receive a call stating the system was not shut down my management and they have too many orders if I wanted a refund or delivery on Wednesday. I accepted the Wednesday delivery. At 9:45 pm I receive a text stating the arrangement won't be delivered for another hour and if I accept I am responsible for the arrangement from the delivery point on. First of all my parents are sleep at 11pm, why would they even attempt to deliver at this time? Hours of deliver are until 9 pm. At 11:20 I receive an email stating they were unable to deliver. I called the next morning at 9:06 am with no answer, I called again at 9:25 am with a hold of over 5 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager and had to be placed on hold as managers were already on another call. Very unacceptable! My deliver was moved to then not even be delivered when they stated they would. It is now Thursday morning and my mom still hasn't received her Mother's Day gift from Sunday!!! The solution given was delivery fee with added balloons. Again not acceptable. read more

This is the WORST place EVER!!! I ordered a birthday delivery two days in advance. On my friends birthday nothing was ever delivered. No phone call or anything. I called the next day and the girl ( sounded like some teenager who doesn't give a crap about anything) told me the driver was very busy a s stuck in traffic for three hours. When it was approaching close to 430pm on the delivery day, with no updates on the order (other than that the order was received), I contacted the store to try and follow-up. First two calls went unanswered. When I finally got through, I was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes and no updates! I ended up calling again using my husband's phone, while still on hold on the other line, and finally someone answered. First of all, no customer should ever be ignored like that and placed on hold without anyone following up. I ended up asking for a refund because I no longer had any trust that the store would deliver my order and the birthday was practically almost over. I ordered from Edible Arrangements on Ynez Road in Temecula for my parents' 65th anniversary. We live a distance away and wanted them to have something special for their big day since we couldn't be with them. When it didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery day I called the store and was told it would come the next day. No fruit the next day, so I called again and was given a new delivery day and assured that it would come. Again no fruit. My parents curtailed their normal activities on three different days, waiting around for a delivery that never came! And not so much as a courtesy email or phone call to let us know that they were unable to fill the order. Every day that it was supposedly coming my mother had to notify the security gate to allow the delivery. She finally called me and said "please call Edible Arrangements and cancel this order and get a refund. This is stressing me out and I can't do it anymore. I don't want their fruit." So not only did Edible Arrangements in Temecula fail to provide the gift that I paid for in good faith, but they also made it a negative and unpleasant experience for my aging parents. If they were too busy to fulfill my order they should have said so when I ordered or at least the first time I called so I could have made other arrangements for a gift. I know they didn't lose the order because each time I called they acknowledged the details of the order and that I had paid for it. I've ordered from other EA stores in the past and was satisfied. I honestly feel that if I hadn't called and asked for a refund they would have just kept my money and continued to ignore me. Let Me first start by saying, we had ordered once before from them as a pick up order. Everything was good no issues. My husband thought what a wonderful gift it would make for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately for him, we should have read the reviews on their delivery. He was super excited for me to receive my gift along with my 3 year old (who had been anxiously awaiting her valentines surprise). We waited and waited and waited. Never left the house in hope that it may arrive. Hours pass, still nothing. Finally we start calling only to be put on hold then disconnected (why talk to your customer who paid for your product when you already have the money, right?) my husband finally was able to ask the question, where are my arrangements I paid for? Canned response he got was, "oh he just put your order on the truck and will be on his way to you (this was around 5pm). 30 mins pass by with no sign of said truck (we literally live 10 mins down the street, I would have picked up but the whole reason for delivery is because I had broken my knee. Now if they had informed him, "hey, we seem to be backed up we may not get your order delivered my husband would have been pissed but he would have ran down after work and picked it up). So after multiple as in (over 100 phone calls being ignored and hung up on) I finally called corporate and left a message on how horribly run this store front it. Store front #457, if you ever want things delivered on time for a special occasion don't bother. They will take your money and not deliver, but will surely have many excuses as to why they couldn't deliver after telling you it was being put on the truck for delivery. Stay far away, or better yet go with Godiva, heck even target chocolate and fruit seems more dependable. read more

I placed my order Monday of last week for delivery on May 10th for Mother's Day. I never received a call or email with information for my delivery. It is now Monday May 11th and I have not received my order or a call advising me the status. They unplugged their phone and there is no way to get in contact with them. This is very unacceptable and un-professional. I went in yesterday to ask and they had zero information to give me and said "we have 400 orders we do not know where yours is".
