I'm actually surprised to find such negative reviews. I ordered from the Edible Arrangements website this morning around 10/11 am and my recipient received their order by 2/3pm. I didn't have a choice for any other store (it auto assigned based on delivery location). I also wasn't there to observe the actual final product but everyone seemed very happy with the gift. I half expected a call from the store to say they would not be able to fulfill the order due to the last minute order and because the recipient lives in the remote areas of Fallbrook.. but was happy to hear that the delivery was successful and complete. Came on yelp to commend their service. Overall Edible Arrangements is very expensive for what it is but every now and then they do help satisfy a quick and unique gift to someone special. read more

Unfortunately the horrible reviews about this location are true. While I fully realize that this health crisis has been a literal nightmare for small business owners, the lack of professionalism at this location really shows. As a another review states they had an unreasonable amount of orders on Mother's Day. But how are that many orders allowed to be processed? There needs to be a safety net in place to put a cap on how many orders are placed for any given day. That might be a corporate problem, but the response or lack thereof is entirely on the store owners. I like many, didn't have my mom's order delivered. No phone call, no email.. nothing. Just a refund AFTER I called corporate. The shop owner should have reached out over the days following Mother's Day in some way. A mass email even. I ordered an arrangement 2 weeks ago, to be delivered on the 29th for my sisters 30th birthday since I am out of state and couldn't be there. Not only was my arrangement not delivered on her birthday, but they sent me an email saying it would be delivered Monday the 31st which it was not. When I called in multiple occasions there was no answer. When I finally got ahold of someone, they told me the arrangement was out for delivery on Wednesday the 2nd but that the driver didn't see the address posted so he didn't deliver it. Not only is my sisters address posted on her house but also on the driveway... and instead of the driver calling me to confirm they just never delivered it. So my sister received her arrangement yesterday at 9pm, 11 days after I ordered it and 6 days after her birthday. Not super confident in Corporate either considering the service I got there wasn't great either. I feel like no response and no delivery on an order should be refunded and delivered still since no communication has ever been made to me regarding it. Collectively in the last week have spent hours trying to get a hold of someone for someone in corporate named Muhammad to laugh (and when asked if he was laughing he said he was talking to a friend. I'm sorry I thought you answered a call to help resolve something not to chat with your friend and laugh while someone is giving you their complaint) he says his manager said no delivery can only refund. Asked to talk to manager and all of a sudden wasn't available to talk to me. I tell him I need to speak to one and he said hold on and hung up. Had to wait on hold to call back again for 20 more minutes for someone Syed to answer and tell me I'll get a call back in 24hours. Within an hour I received a call from an employee telling me that they didn't have what I ordered and that she could instead replace it with an order of equal value to which I agreed. Well, my mother NEVER received anything. I tried calling 3 days in a row, multiple times, but kept getting a busy ring tone. My sister had order an arrangement to be delivered on Sept 1 before 8pm since we were leaving to go out of town. They claimed to have called me, never did. Delivery was then set up for Sept 8. I told my mother to expect a deliver so waited all day. The delivery never arrived. So disappointing! I called the location on the following day and repeatedly got a busy signal. When I did finally get through, they tried to tell me that they sent me an email stating that they would not be able to fulfill my order. I put my order in Saturday morning and it's now Sunday night at 1030pm. My order is still not here. The order tracker said it was out for delivery at 7pm. I came home and nothing was here, also no motion on my ring cameras. I'm rating this place a one star because my husband doesn't have a yelp and he is the one that had a bad experience. He said he ordered an arrangement a week prior to when he needed it. It was chocolate covered strawberries pineapples and other fruit. They were going to deliver it to my work that is 4 miles away from the store to surprise me for our anniversary. He said he was tracking it all day and saw it say it was en route then back at the store. He called and asked what was going on and they said there was too much traffic. I figured last time was a chance occurrence, but after my Mother's Day order was not delivered yesterday, I know this location is trash. This time around, I placed an order well in advance because I wanted to be absolutely positive it would be delivered on time. The phone number listed on Apple Maps goes straight to a busy tone.
