Food: They have a plenty of options for ice cream related drinks, some food, tea, but their highlight is obviously their ICE CREAM. It's locally-made (I mean literally in the same building) by a lean staff that really cares for their product. It's the perfect mix of creamy vs droopy, sugary vs tasteful. It's also cool that they have SO many flavors - including new ones, weird ones, and the classics. Service: Many of the employees (so I've been told) have been there for multiple years and work there full-time because they believe in the business. I love that. They work hard to make sure the line isn't unreasonable by helping each group of customers - so your whole group is serviced by one employee, like a restaurant. Each employee is always very welcoming and encouraging! Atmosphere: The line can get a little long on weekends or warm days, leading to waits up to 10-15 minutes, but usually it's not bad at all. I think I've waited more than 10 minutes once in my ten or so visits there. There's plenty of seating, even for big groups because they have a second seating area on the side (unless there's a birthday party), so big groups are welcome! Parking: Street parking or pay $1 in a lot nearby. I love this place and will be back next time I'm in Waltham.
