We ordered three large arrangements for a party... When the delivery window had passed we called customer service and they said "oh, that location is closed today. You won't be getting your aired." Like the other reviewers, I've tried calling them on two occasions but no one EVER picks up the phone and I've patiently waited on hold for 20 to 30 minutes too! I ordered something for Valentine's day for my husband. The delivery never arrived at his office. When I called to inquire about the delivery after Valentines Day they offered to give me an upgrade for a delivery at another time. The main reason for the order was a Valentine's Day delivery, if they could not fulfill my order, they should have let me know so that I could have made other arrangements in advance. I orderd online thinking that I would get the best deal that way, but I was VERY WRONG!! I get to the location and see the EXACT arrangement I ordered for almost $20 LESS! When I asked the clerk about it, he said that my order cost more because it had chocolate covered apples. So imagine my shock as I gave it to the administrative assistant in my office and there was NOT ONE CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLE in the ENTIRE arrangement! I will NEVER order another arrangement online! I placed an order to be delivered today, valentine's day. The order confirmation indicated it would be delivered today. Later I received an email from Ana Moreno District Manager indicating it couldn't be delivered. This is the first time I have ever ordered from Edible Arrangements and it will be my last. I should have been notified at the time of order that they could not fulfill my order. They had no problem taking my money. I have passed this business many times but this Easter was my first time ordering from them. I live out of town but wanted an arrangement for my daughter for Easter. I saw the picture on the Internet, I called them and ordered . They were very efficient in taking the order and we agreed on an approximate delivery time for Saturday. The product was excellent and the delivery went smoothly. While I find it pricey, we were most pleased with the entire transaction and the quality of the fruit. No one called him or me about a problem. He waited all day at his office and no delivery was ever made. I put in the instructions that the delivery had to be made during business hours. This place never lets me down. Fast, reliable delivery and a very courteous staff. On my most recent order, I had erred on the delivery date and ended up needing it today. Surprisingly, they delivered it within an hour of my phone call and gave me no flak for having to reschedule on such short notice. read more

Terrible service. Made an order for $120.00 to be delivered on Monday. Called 10 times during the day to make sure it was delivered early. I was only able to talk to a human being 5 times. Placed an order on Saturday for a cute arrangement to be delivered for a newborn baby announcement to be there that following Monday. I did not receive any notifications about the order after I completed it on the website and the status was never updated. Customer Service tried to reach out and filed a complaint towards this location. Needless to say the arrangement was never delivered and I was never notified either. Seriously, DO NOT order from here. I read all the bad reviews and ordered anyway which was a big mistake. I thought an edible arrangement would be a fun birthday gift so I ordered something simple to be delivered. It didn't arrive the day of so I thought I would give them a call and see what was going on. I called the location MULTIPLE times and got no answer. Had to call corporate and the only thing they could tell me was that they couldn't get an answer from the store either. Then I had to wait THREE days for someone to call me back and get a refund. Are you kidding me? You didn't provide the service you said you would and then I have to wait three days to hear back from you? All the while, the actual store that I placed the order through is still unable to be reached. Bottom line, just don't order here. The birthday gift was ruined and there really isn't anything you can do because the special occasion passed. Awful place. Do not do business here. I placed an order earlier in the week for Thursday delivery. It is now Friday. Email confirmation lists another store as delivery. The other store says they did not get the order. The order confirmation states this store yet no one at this store seems to be bothered to answer the phone. I have called multiple times they just have a myriad of voicemail loops with no way to contact a person. WTH. This is not acceptable. I just had one of the most horrible customer experiences ever with any store and its management. I ordered a large arrangement that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday (3/27/17) to an office located 2 blocks from the store. At 6:30 pm, long after the office closed, the tracking information stated that the order was in transit. I called the store to check the status and no one answered. I called Edibles Arrangements International and they were not able to make contact because no one answered. They simply offered to file a complaint and told me to expect a response in 48 hours. I personally went to the store today (3/28/17) to inquire about the order only to be met at the counter by a person claiming to be the manager. I asked why my order had not been delivered. His cavalier response was "I don't know, people make mistakes". He was not the least bit apologetic and never gave a reason. I asked for a refund, which he provided still without an apology. As I left the store he said in a very snarky tone "You have a good day". I turned and looked at him without saying a word. He then said, "I'm certainly going to have one." I should have read the other reviews before selecting this store. Can't understand why they would want to be in a customer service business with their 'I don't care' attitude. I am very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received yesterday from an employee at this location. She assisted me as I went back and forth unable to make up my mind. I placed my order to be delivered to Howard University Hospital at 4.15 pm and the delivery was there by 5pm. My recipient was so happy. I ordered a balloon which got lost with the inclement weather and I called today and another employee answered and informed me she would discuss with the manager while I wait. To my surprise when she came back she informed me that they would deliver a replacement balloon with a box of chocolate covered cherries. This is excellent customer service and if I ever have any arrangements to send in the DC area I will certainly call this location. I live in Miami and placed my order to them by phone.
