For those that are thinking of using this company, please read the below. On 1/25/24, I ordered a plant for Valentines Day. Received confirmation that it was received and scheduled to be delivered on 2/14/24. This day came and went with no delivery. I never received any correspondence that it was delayed or not being delivered. I called their customer service line and spoke to Manager Syed on 2/15/24. After a 15 minute discussion, he could not refund the price i paid for a product that was not delivered. Kept referring back to their carrier was at fault and not his company. Needless to say, I will never use this company again or refer them to anyone. There are many other competitors in this market that have better customer service. read more

Not good this time...... I received a very large fruit basket and balloon on Friday. I was so excited because these are always so yummy, however, the fruit wasn't ripe at all! I like this location because the service is friendly and although it is ALWAYS busy, they service each and every customer with a smile and patience. If they're ever out of a particular fruit or arrangement that you want they'll do their best to sub it out for something comparable or in some cases better. As I looked closer at the arrangement, you could see that the strawberries were not completely ripe. The grapes were the best part, those four were really delicious. The rest of the arrangement was tart! The chocolate covered strawberries were okay, but that was largely due to the chocolate. For the prices that are charged, the arrangements really need to be better than what they are. I wished she could have gotten her money back, as this was not worth what she paid. I was emotionally sending an arrangement to a friend after the loss of a very close friend of ours. This morning, I decided to read the reviews and became very hesitant that I ordered from this location. However, when I called and spoke to Celina, she assured me there would be no problem to make the arrangements and deliver before 5pm. My friend received her delivery before 5pm and was very pleased with the quality of the arrangements. The fresh fruit and cupcakes w/a couple of the chocolate strawberries, I'm told are delicious and brighten her day on such a rainy day. My daughter got an arrangement delivered today, for her Dad's Bday. First of all they were late! The delivery window was from 10-1pm, they arrived after 2pm. Before the arrival he alerted her that he would be he in 10 or 15mins. Once he arrived he called & said he left the arrangement on my building floor. At my apartment door! With no knock at the door. DC is not rodent free! Why would it be okay to leave food on the floor? She never signed up for contactless delivery. I spoke with Alex who said he is the store manager. We went through all the steps took prior to delivery. My daughter created a photo birthday card with a message. The photos on the front of the card is blurry and yellow... I've used this place twice when purchasing gifts and they do a great job both delivering and when picking up. I purchased the mixed chocolate covered strawberries, pineapples, and apples, all of which were really fresh. My girlfriend especially liked the strawberries, so I got another dozen for her birthday with a balloon, which they delivered on-time. I told them she would only be there for a few hours in the morning and the driver was able to deliver them during that period. I've received many edible arrangements as gifts from this location and every time the fruit has been so fresh and sweet, it's quite amazing. The deliveries have been on time and there has never been a problem. I placed an order online for pick-up for the first time for a Halloween party at my office (we wanted some healthier options too) and I went in and they were just wrapping up my order. It was quick and easy. They had no bags, but the nice young lady at the counter did her best to help me manage everything. Everyone at the office loved it and the fruit as usual was fantastic - it was super cute too with the chocolate covered pineapples in the shape of ghost, cats and bats. I really don't know how they get such fresh fruit year round but they do. This is a great alternative to flowers or other items and is appreciated by those watching what they eat. Upon ordering I did not have the choice to pick out the location the order came from. It automatically directed me to this location when there's a store down the street from my house. I should have ordered from the closer store for pick up. However due to the pandemic I was nervous and thought delivery would be better. The order in total was about $100. I got a confirmation saying that the order was sent. I had it set to be delivered on Mother's Day itself which was $15 shipping fee. As we approached Mother's Day date I was nervous as I did not see any activity on my order- NOTHING. On Mother's Day itself I was nervous. No order in the morning but I figured I had to trust that they were on top of it since it was advertised all over the website that they're open for business. 12pm rolls by and still nothing. I decided to call the location and it either disconnected on its own or it went to a voicemail box that was full and you were not able to leave a message. I called about 10 times and got nothing. I reached out on the website. The website itself has an automated computer talking to you when generic answers and it's highly frustrating to try to get in touch with a HUMAN. You are not able to and I feel like this whole establishment is a scam. I feel like it was all intentionally done on purpose because they don't want to deal with you when you're mad. What made everything worse was on that day (Sunday) they were closed at 3pm. So when 3pm came it was too late and I was so upset. I tried to send an email through their website 3 times trying to desperately get in touch and nothing. The next day I called the corporate office and it was a automated voice message. Which lead me to believe that this isn't even a real business! I have never seen anything like this. I waited the next day after that and reached out to the bank to dispute the charge. I'm still waiting for a refund and this is exactly a month later. Refunds from the bank take time and I will be looking forward to receiving my money back. A complete waste of time and money. You can place an order online and select a time and location for pickup. Dealing with the employees on site was chaotic. I was ignored, forgotten, asked my name about five times by two different people, then forgotten a little more before I finally got my order. The staff just came off as unprofessional with lots of yelling back and forth to try to locate people's orders, not being able to keep track of what they should be looking for, and trying to deal with all the customers at once instead of processing us one by one. One of the ladies was nice and apologetic about them taking so long to get my order, but I'd rather they were coldly robotic but efficient. The fruit from Edible Arrangements is HEAVENLY. Perfectly ripe, juicy, and full of flavor. I'd swear they grow it in some nearby garden to make it taste so fresh and in-season, but I've yet to notice any fruit orchards on M Street. This makes a great healthy alternative for a food gift or celebration. As much as I love sweets, I would actually prefer an edible arrangement over a cake! Try the chocolate covered pineapple slices - I thought it would be weird, but they're soo delicious! Extra props to the staff at this location. They donated a bunch of fruit bouquets to a local tennis fundraising event last summer. They kept the fruit fresh and cold for the event despite having to deal with 85+ degree August heat. Came to this location to grab a birthday treat and was provided service by a nice young man named Steven. The package I wanted was showing some error on his end so he provided me with an alternative. Unfortunately this man who may have been the manager or store owner he told me that if I wanted my order I would have to pay $1.00 extra because it was boxed instead of in a cup- at first I was taken a back but said fine he told me because I was not paying with cash I had to pay tax of .10cents, which I know is not right. So based on the other reviews I've just read i pretty much had the same experience. My fiance ordered from them and it was supposed to be a surprise for me at my job for valentines day but who knew the surprise would be not getting the order. After attempting to call multiple times and a full mailbox i eventually got through to somebody at the location. They stated they were issuing a refund and apologized for the inconvenience. The worker also stated ALOT of people didn't get orders and they were issuing refunds. Completely unacceptable on one of the biggest holidays of the year. I would never recommend anyone to order from this location especially if you're considering it as a surprise. This was the only thing my fiance had planned to surprise me with. What an exhausting Valentine's Day, and I don't mean the fun way. I would give Edible Arrangements zero stars if Yelp allowed it. This store ruined my Valentine's Day. Same situation as all others here for this Valentine's Day, 2018. They took my money, confirmed a Valentine's Day delivery to my husband. It never arrived. I could not reach anyone on the telephone numbers provided both on the confirmation and by the general Edible Arrangement's number to provide me with a local WDC number and cancel my order. The lines kept ringing, not even an answering machine or message. All the while online, the status of my order stated it was still being created...for about 15 hours? By February 15 morning, my status still read the same. I tried calling back in order to be reimbursed. At some point, someone called my cellphone and left me a message stating it would be delivered today, adding "of course I would not be charged a delivery fee". Do they not even understand they have ruined quite a few folks' Valentine's Day? This afternoon, my online status read 'DELIVERED' . I called my husband and he had not received anything. (!@#$%^) I finally was able reach someone at the local Edible Arrangement's store and she indifferently informed me that his receptionist had signed for it. What receptionist?? She didn't have a name of who had signed for it and would not know until the driver returned at the end of the day from her rounds. We just received a large surprise arrangement delivered from the M street location straight to our apartment door-knocked, announced, then set on our threshold and stepped away for no contact/distancing. I was on the phone but seems the delivery person tried to call first which is very nice. It is beautiful, just like the photos. It is still chilled and the chocolate-covered strawberries are firm, not melted...except when you pop one in your mouth-Yum! I took a photo to send my friend and then took apart the arrangement to store the fruit in a covered container in the fridge. Found kale underneath the skewers so made kale chips. (Recipe: wash, rough chop, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, paprika and coriander. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 for 10-15 mins.) Crunchy, savory, healthy! read more

This review is specifically for the Edible Arrnagement located at 4909 Allentown Rd, Camp Springs Maryland. I placed a pick up order to be ready at 10am. I arrived at 1215pm to a locked door. I understand we are in a pandemic and staff wants to be safe however I had on a mask and no signs anywhere say stay in your car for pickup orders nor are there any signs that tell customers the doors will be locked. The woman working the front desk proceeded to talk to me through a locked door. I showed her my ID. She told me my order would not be ready until 1230. I expressed that I specifically requested to have it done by 10am online. She proceeds to the back. After about 5 mins, she comes back to tell me it will be another 15 mins before my order is complete. No apology for the inconvenience. I get things happen, and any business can get behind however communicating that to the customer before they drive 25mins to pick up their order would have been greatly appreciated. I specifically picked an early completion time, in case of a delay but I figured 2hrs after my pick up time, my order should absolutely be ready. Customer service is very subpar at this location. When I ordered them there was nothing to say that they could not deliver to the Navy Lodge on base.
