I ordered a Fruit Platter to be delivered on Sunday during an afternoon House Warming Party. The platter never arrived during the party, which ended around 8pm. The hostess received a call around 8pm being told that the delivery was still about an hour away. She declined the delivery as both the surprise and the gift were ruined. Now I am being refused a refund. I requested the delivery be made between 12:30 -3:30, they did call at 2:45 to say that deliveries go out at 3:30, OK but 4 hours later still no delivery? I submitted an order that was about $50 to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. The order was submitted on Tuesday and it was to be delivered on Thursday. By 3:00 PM on Thursday they still had not delivered the order, even worse, they hadn't even started my order. Their customer service was rude and disconnected the call, even when she said that she was actually trying to help me. I decided to contact edible arrangements. Customer service to complain. They gave me a case number, and by the end of the night my order had not been delivered at all I can see why they only got two stars. As far as I'm concerned, they have stolen $50 and not provided the service I paid for. used them in December and loved their assortment. called for February to have a delivery for the 16th. it never showed up. I called for two days. left messages. never received a call back. I finally spoke to someone and they helped me change the address and time. they confirmed that it could be delivered at 4pm. delivery driver called me at 12 and said they were at the delivery site. I told them what I was told and they said they could not honor that due to policy. which is understand but it is not what I was told when I placed the order. I also offered to pick it up if it was an issue but the reassured me that it was fine! I asked to speak with someone and they told me I can call Mrs. Tameka back and ask her why she gave me false information instead of actually helping me. it's the lack of communication. if it was an issue it should have been communicated. So long story short I got it a day and a half late, and the fruit was sorta soggy. I recently received a gift for Valentine's Day and they got the order wrong. The person ordering lives in a different state, and didn't tell me it was supposed to be 2 dozen strawberries. So a few days after the pick up I went back and they did give me a second dozen without much hesitation, saying they just switched to a new system. I get home and open them and they are the tiniest strawberries I can imagine The first dozen was very large and beautiful. They messed up my order and then gave me a crappy dozen. I would not give one star if I could. I really wish I would have read the reviews first! I sent my daughter a gift package on Saturday for her birthday(She is in college there). The package included flowers which the flowers alone were around $50. I could believe my eyes when my daughter sent me a pictur! They literally delivered DEAD flowers to my daughter on her birthday, what the hell? when I called them and sent them the pictures of the DEAD flowers, they told me they would deliver fresh ones today so I told my daughter to be sure she was home for the delivery and told them what time she would be home from class. well she never got the flowers, and they never called me nor sent an email or anything to say why they did not deliver the flowers, so my daughter is disappointed yet again, she has been very sweet about the whole thing saying it's the thought that counts. What a disappointment. My order was placed on Tuesday 2/12, thinking it was far in advance to be delivered on Thursday(Valentines Day). I didn't get any indications that they weren't going to able to deliver other than it would be anytime before 5pm so I left it at that. Valentine's Day comes and more specifically 4:50pm comes around and my gift has not been delivered. I call to find out what's going on and they give me this weak excuse about having too many orders and they offer to waive the delivery fee as if they were doing me favor. I had to go pick up my order. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were not going to deliver it (but they damn sure took the payment out of my account on time). Needless to say edibles dropped the ball on this one. Until they staff their location better and put into practice better customer service I won't be coming back to this one. read more

Customer service is terrible at this location. Ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day ($80+). What I purchased contained cupcakes, a bouquet of flowers and a floral tote bag. My mother DID NOT receive the bouquet of flowers or the tote bag. She received cupcakes and an order of fruit made to look like a flower. I put in a complaint through Edible Arrangements yesterday and was told the store manager would contact me to arrange the refund...they did not. I called the store today to request a refund due to their mistake and they would not issue me one because according to them "everything was delivered to my mom". I paid the extra delivery fee to have them deliver on Mother's Day. I was never made aware that perhaps the order needed to be modified. They acted as though it was my fault because I did not request my Mother take a picture of what was delivered to her...Who does that? Simply ridiculous. I will not be ordering from here again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter for February 13th delivery. They tried delivering once. They took a video of them delivering. Then that's it. I called on February 14th to say my daughter did not receive the strawberries. They said that they tried. I asked if they could try again and they said they might try after all their deliveries were done for February 14th. They never tried again. My daughter never got the strawberries. I never received delivery failure notification. Because they have video of the initial delivery, I could not get a credit. So no product. Pathetic service. And I'm out about $60. Horrible delivery service from this location. Although I have them the phone number of the recipient, they instead left a message in my phone the first day saying they weren't able to deliver. The second day, the driver apparently couldn't find the correct street address so he just left it at the doorway to an apartment building on a completely different street. Took almost week before someone from the office called me, and then took two days of repeated calls for me to get anyone at the main office to answer the phone. (They do not offer any way to leave a message--just a repetitive "please hold" message. They refused to give me a refund for their mistake, and although they did offer to try again, it was too late. The person I was trying to send it to had already gone back home. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had trouble with the winston location but it definitely the last The Greensboro location is fantastic so from now on, I guess I will need to order from them and deliver it myself. read more

First time ordering for an employee whose mother in law passed away. The order was undeliverable due to the person went out of town. They called the recipient and they refused to redeliver it unless it can be redelivered today or tomorrow. They are closed on Monday. They told them they would have to come pick it up on Tuesday so they asked them to just refund, and she said they couldn't do that. This gift was supposed to be a sympathy gift for the passing of a loved one. But instead it turned into a headache and inconvenience for them. I called them myself since I ordered it and asked if they could just deliver it on Tuesday, I was told no, then was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. She came back and said that they can deliver it Tuesday but there would be a $15 fee. Placed on hold again for 5 minutes. Ordered the chocolate strawberries dipping kit for my 2 year old grandson. He loves strawberries, sprinkles and chocolate! Quarentined for over 6 weeks, Mom is pregnant and has had complications needing to rest. This was the PERFECT gift. He loved it! A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate since we just moved. We had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. When I had questions, I called the store. The individual who answered my many questions and took my order was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. After placing my order, I received a "thank you for ordering" email and follow up emails informing me how things would work. I even received a coupon for my next order. On the day of delivery, the recipient of my order received a call confirming the destination and approximate time of delivery. The person delivering the order was very sweet and energetic made the experience complete. Edible Arrangements customer service has been the best I have seen, and I intend on ordering again. I made a order for delivery for a birthday bouquet for my sisters birthday. I was assured she would receive her gift on her birthday. I gave the receptionist my phone number as well as my sisters; needless to say she didn't receive her gift until today. I didn't receive a phone call to say we won't be able to deliver. Extremely poor customer service. I placed an order on 2/4/2020 for Valentines Day and my wife's birthday. One would think that an order placed 10 days in advance would be sufficient time. Obviously not for this store. I attempted to inquire on the order and the first person I spoke to only wanted to say they couldn't take an order today. Well no kidding, that's why I placed the order 10 days ago. The next individual only wanted to place me on hold, three times. Based on this conversation, the order had not even been made yet. Keep in mind, it was now 4:15 and the order was supposed to go to my wife's work. Once I stated I wanted to make a complaint, I was given a number that does not appear to be in working order. I then tried to call the corporate office, guess what, they only want you to leave a message. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called what was explicitly identified on their website as "the local store on Silas Creek Parkway" only to have one of the many COMPLETELY USELESS people I ended up talking to telling me I was actually speaking to a call center person. The call center is a totally different number listed on the website which I purposefully DID NOT call. My initial call took over 10 minutes to connect to an actual person. Even though I could barely hear them, they were able to take my order and repeat it back to me but upon receiving the confirmation email I noticed the date for pick up was not the day I told them, it was for later that same day. I immediately replied to the email and described the error. I got a "do not reply" email with a reference number. I have called a total of 8 times and none of the people who answer the phone have a clue what the reference number is or how to use it. They only tell me that my order was filled but I didn't pick it up. WTF! INCOMPETENT AND IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH. Don't bother wasting your money on this place. read more
