Ordered Mattress with an adjustable base. First delivery was a fiasco did not have the correct…read morelegs for the adjustable base for the height which our bed required. Second delivery was a NIGHTMARE with damage sustained to our home. It had rained the day before and there was mud in our driveway. They (delivery employees) must have dragged the mattress with plastic on it through every mud puddle. Rather than remove the plastic from the mattress outside our door, they removed it in my dining room and mud went everywhere on the walls and one side of our drape. They then dragged the mattress through the house and damaged the trim around one of the bedroom doors. I asked for them to call their manager, and they indicated that they did not have the number for the manager, after I had already spoken with the manager earlier. They attempted to assemble the adjustable frame and were unable to as they were missing a leg. Mattress was a little smushed in one corner so I refused the delivery. It has been two weeks and waiting for someone, anyone to provide me with information as to how the trim around our bedroom door is going to be repaired. I was able to remove the mud from the dining room walls and bottom of drape with a little elbow grease. Have a call into Kevin who I dealt with over a week ago providing pictures of the damage which we sustained. Still no response. I asked for the name and number of his manager which Kevin would only provide a name no number. I was told that Eric, Kevin's manager would contact me. Next step is Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency of the New Hampshire Attorney General.

I am trying to warn people of the poor quality of service I received. I called the BBB but they said they couldn't help me.

They have people that come in to maintain the products on a regular basis which none of us would have the luxury of doing once a purchase was in our home. Today we came in to look for a power recliner for my mother. Two ladies were working at the time and one of them greeted us. Her name was Christine Farris. Her interest level in working with us was marginal at best. Yet a couple came in she said she had a 4:00pm appointment with and we were an after thought. She was kissing their behinds looking to win their sale; apparently she thought their money was better than ours. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

We figured shopping around was a good idea since what we wanted was a good night sleep, what we liked was expensive (imo... $4000 for a bed SEEMED like a lot) I noticed the sign walking in about 1/3 of your life etc and it kind of set a different tone.With my shoulder and back pain, my wife weighing a lot less, hot sleepers etc etc... it makes sense to choose wisely. Given it was so different we also heeded all the warnings 'give it a few weeks to get acclamated'. Nope.. day. one. we were both sleeping better. Absolutely amazed at the difference in my shoulder & back pain. I stretch daily when i wake up and another odd thing, i can touch the ceiling standing now, literally the first day on the new mattress ... i have 3 bed options (mine, guest room, couch)... i was in such disbelief it was the mattress making that much difference since our 1st night Ive tried sleeping in the other rooms since and EVERY. TIME. I wake up stiff and unrested. Amazing how much difference the right bed, and a quality salesperson makes. We SHOULD HAVE done this years ago, and since our first night we've given ZERO thought to the price. Relief from being in constant pain as before was WELL worth it... makes me wonder if our old bed was just that awful?!
