They neither charged me for looking at the car to diagnose the issue nor did they ever try to charge me for the over 2 month period where they allowed me to leave my car on their property or insist that I have it towed. Having a car die and needing to purchase a replacement is a stressful event and Kyle and team were so kind and patient. On top of that, the free tire rotation discount plus discount oil change for $49.99 that was supposed to be included with my oil change never showed up anywhere on the invoice. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location.
