Everything was wonderful! I got the sampler which was one of each type of taco - chicken, lamb, & beef. The consume had so much flavor! The tacos were wonderful & the perfect amount of crispness! Not only do you get wonderful tacos but the fresh cucumbers & radishes to dip in the 3 types of salsa were so good! I loved the cucumbers because they tasted so fresh! We tried the Birria Trio (chicken, beef, lamb) tacos. All were great but the lamb was my favorite. It's a little more fatty ans softer. The beef and chicken were great as well. We also tried the Birria Ramen which i thought was great. They provide a good amount of beef and the broth is rich and flavorful. Daddy's Dogs delivers exactly what you'd hope for from a late-night Nashville hot dog stand. The dogs are big, have a satisfying snap when you bite into them, and look good enough that you'll be tempted to take a picture before eating them. We both went with the New York Dog: mustard and sauerkraut. Simple. Classic. Delicious. And let's be honest, when it's pushing 2:00 AM, your dining options become a lot more limited. The hot dog was great and the buffalo Chicken dip was pretty good too. Could have eaten at least two dogs though because they were kinda small. I know now for next time.
