My Nissan Sentra needed the radiator replaced and a mechanic was charging me way too much to replace it so I decided to quote around at Eds and see what they would charge me . I said how much would you charge me to replace the radiator I already have the part in hand . The guy never once answered my question . He just said look at this powder in your Radiator . Your engine is bad , and his piece of shit coworker the lady was already on the phone getting quotes saying. New engine is 1400. Instead of quoting me what my radiator replacement is they said I need a whole new engine . What the idiots didn't know is that the mechanic I just came from I told the guy can you check my motor and trans and tell me if they're good . Got an evap code on my car and Ed said he could fix it. Claimed it was the egr solenoid and I paid him to replace it. Turned out that he never put the part in and overcharged me for the service. Also tried to tell me 6 months later that I needed to pay him again to replace the same item. When I told him I had a receipt he pretended he just forgot. Reason he said it needed to be replaced again was because he never put it in. The work I had him do to repair a leak failed and the engine oil is leaking again. When I confronted him about all these items he said "well we don't need to work on your car anymore." Ed his a liar and a crook. Don't trust anything he says and don't let him touch your car. Every single friken time "I've" or "we've" or "he" has taken "my," or "their" cars Eds Garage has done a superior job! They are on point when finding the problem and fixing it too, at first shot! Sometimes they can get a bit dirty, but for a mechanics garage really? How clean do you really expect your car to be. Thats like feeding a toddler ice cream and telling them "don't spill?" DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! Every single time I go there, they brake something off my car and say that it was like that already. FIRST they broke off my driver's side auto mirror knob that controls both sides (left & right mirrors) and they kept saying it was already like that when I CLEARLY remember seeing it there every single day I use my car. SECOND... I just got back from that place right now and the WHOLE MIRROR FRAME from the drivers side is BROKEN OFF. It looks terrible!! I noticed it right away! And once again they said that my car is old and it must've been like that already. BULL SH*T!! It was all in tact when AAA delivered it there with both myself & my mom there. I would've noticed if it was broken off when I was taking everything out of my car. (That's another thing, I don't even trust to leave anything in my car with them) They're a BUNCH OF THIEVES! & LIARS. Aaaaand they always leave my keys, steering wheel, handles, parking brake and more COMPLETELY FILTHY. My hands are BLACK within a few second of grabbing my keys and touching my steering wheel. OH & today when I was about to drive off, my car wouldn't even start! THEY LEFT MY LIGHTS ON ALL NIGHT (if you work in an auto shop... YOU SHOULD THINK OF THESE THINGS!!!) I'M SO DISAPPOINTED! One word... AWESOME! I have a 99 Accord 4cyl that is in tip top shape because of them. I had a complete engine and transmission swap out and it runs great! Of course there is always something minor to adjust afterwards when you get a huge repair such as in my car, but if it is something they worked on it was covered! I got my car back in the exact same condition in which I left it. Graciela is in charge and she makes sure every car is wiped off before it leaves (sometimes you just need a woman's touch! ). Also, if they notice something else that is wrong, they let you know, instead of letting you find out later when your stranded in the middle of nowhere ( like other places I've been to). I would give them five stars but it did take longer than expected to get my car back due to some incorrect part issues. Otherwise great repair work! read more

not satisfied with the service, first they told me 2 weeks it took more than that to get the engine done on the vehicle... I had to return like 3 times to repair and check out some issues with the repair of the engine!!! now I have a problem and she was easy to say!! oh yes IT"S NOT COVERED when they told me it was 8 months warranty!!! if you decide to take your vehicle to this place MAKE SURE you get a NICE invoice not like a 5yr old wrote... they should be a more professional and at lest have better understanding when you have customers with a problem for something that it was repaired. read more
