I came here for a rear passenger tail light repair on my 2012 Nissan Versa, but there was some miscommunication between myself and the rep. Therefore I cannot speak on actual repairs. However, they did provide a very detailed Tekmetric inspection report. Also the staff were friendly and accommodating. I took my car to another shop for warranty repair work because the check engine code that they supposedly fixed was still popping up. That shop recommended a valve replacement that would cost upwards of $1500+. Heck nooooo. I took Orozco's report recommendation to PepBoys and had a fuel induction service & air cabin filter change. I brought my car to Orozco's Auto Service at 9665 Alondra Blvd, Bellflower, CA because it was overheating. They claimed to have fixed the issue, but less than 24 hours later, it overheated again. I brought it back, and they said it was just an air bubble in the system and that it was resolved. Not long after that, it overheated again, and this time they said the thermostat was defective--something that should have been properly diagnosed and replaced the first time. After they replaced the thermostat, I was told the issue was finally resolved. But the very next day, the car overheated again. When I spoke to the manager, he tried to shift the blame by suggesting there might be "other issues" with the car and even mentioned the mileage I'd driven, as if that somehow proved they'd done their job correctly. He said the only thing they could do was for me to bring the car in again so they could look at it. I told him no--I no longer trust them after being misled and inconvenienced repeatedly. I also told him I would be filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and he brushed it off, saying the BAR would just tell me to bring the car back. That response told me everything I needed to know about their accountability and customer care. I feel completely taken advantage of. After multiple visits and supposed fixes, the issue is still happening. This is not a shop that stands behind their work. Avoid this place. Don't waste your time or money--go to a repair shop that actually diagnoses and fixes the problem the first time. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review but I Went in for a battery swap about 2 months ago , everything went fine with the service until a diagnosis for the rear break lights was asked to be done , employee agreed on servicing the lights and even said it would be free of charge , a day passes and the vehicle is "ready" to be picked up , went to pick it up and asked if the break lights were done and they said they simply forgot giving me the option to leave it again but I couldn't leave it for personal reasons so I agreed on bringing it back the next day , long story short I left the vehicle inside the shop once again and I come back to pick it up the next day as i received a message saying it is done , picked it up and the vehicle was left with a dead battery and the bulbs for the lights were just in the back of the trunk laying there , when I went inside the office they tried charging me 200 for another diagnosis and they tried saying the estimate was 900 (mind you this is for break lights ), I simply stated that the employee said that it would be free of charge , though I signed the contract accepting the diagnosis price I still thought the service was not good enough so they agreed and dropped the price down but other then that they gave me what was ultimately an inaccurate diagnosis as I took it to another shop and had it done for the right price and right diagnosis which ended up being a simple fuse in the fuse box not as Orozcos auto shop stated I had to leave the car again for another 3 hours after that , I never usually leave reviews for anything but I feel like this situation could have been handled differently. read more
