What's lowered my opinion of them in when I told my child's Boy Scout unhinges in to be sewn. They quoted me a price of five dollars each patch sewn. This was the place recommended by the pack leader so I had them do it. But apparently they don't charge the pack leaders anything near as high. So beware of the price gouging, and I am taking all my business elsewhere.

She pinned up the jumpsuit & asked me to try it on. I was pleased with it & she said she will do it & it might take a couple of weeks she took down my info & gave me my ticket. But by the following week, she called & text saying it was ready for pickup. I was able to try it on again & sit down in it to make there was enough room. The store is a kinda cluttered because there's so much in it, but I'll take some clutter over fewer items. Sewing notions are getting harder & harder to find, so it's great when I can find what I need without ordering online & hoping I pick the right color. My one star deduction is because they only carry 100% cotton quilting fabric. I know it's the popular option, but a poly/cotton blend will last much longer.

On April 15 when I still hadn't heard from her, I called to ask if it was ready. She said she had misplaced the skirt but was going to hem it that day. Since I was out of town, I told her I would pick it up on April 18. I get there on April 18, and the skirt is not only not ready, it's not even there. She had outsourced it to be done elsewhere. I then had to pay $4.95 more than the $14 I had been quoted. The owner said she'd have the skirt dropped off, which she did. I just tried on the skirt, and it's not even the length it was supposed to be. I will never go back to this place. I might have given them a two-star rating had they apologized, but they offered ZERO apologies for the inconvenience and price discrepancy.
